    @FreedomMobile - 90 minutes on hold. Internet still down. You text messaging support it sporadic at best. May need to find another provider.

    Friggin dealing with @FreedomMobile is driving me insane. Dealing with the same technical issue for months now with no meaningful assistance, and technical staff are locked behind call centre+triage+1st level support. UUUUUHHHHNNNNNNN

    Hey @FreedomMobile why can I dial my wife on your network and only get through every 3 time . Your service is brutally bad in the Rural area’s outside of Edmonton .. Tower issues ???

    @FreedomMobile no cell signal, sos mode or one bar in Vancouver May 11th and 12th, was ok on 13th now back to one bar of signal again, is there maintenance happening again today?

    @FreedomMobile I closed my acct. 8 months ago, paid the balance & have email confirmation. Why are you sending me a bill? I've tried to speak to customer service & no one will respond.
