    @FreedomMobile I closed my acct. 8 months ago, paid the balance & have email confirmation. Why are you sending me a bill? I've tried to speak to customer service & no one will respond.

    @GTM618 @FreedomMobile That’s the tricky part of visiting Niagara Falls - easy for phones to switch to the US carriers. I was there 2 weeks ago and all our Bell phones did the same thing. With Freedom I always found messaging from iPhone to be pretty responsive for support.

    @FreedomMobile How long must one stay on hold with freedom? This is ridiculous I've been waiting to connect to an agent for over an hour, sitting on the phone listening to this terrible music while on hold, desperately hoping someone picks up the friggin phone.
