@freedomsupport So @FreedomMobile customer service cannot call customers.!?! Its a phone company! I guess they just expect us to line up like sheep and hope we get tired and give up.

  • krzyabn Chris (@krzyabn) reported

I ordered a sim card twice (because the first one never showed up) and the second one never did either. I have Case ID's for both, can someone help me? @freedomsupport

  • FreightGuy751 David (@FreightGuy751) reported

@freedomsupport You're missing the point, I already reached out & wasted over 2 hrs of my time with service reps that have no clue. And of course, you're a communication company that can't call and communicate with your customers, how ironic is that! I'd like compensation for my time!

  • msuebeeCA sue butler (@msuebeeCA) reported

@freedomsupport These attempts to DM are just a want to APPEAR helpful. I need someone who ACTUALLY will help me.

  • Sweetserver MsSweet (@Sweetserver) reported

@freedomsupport Nah... I have an S8+, there's absolutely zero reason why my phone starts roaming just outside of Calgary. AND not picking up the signal until I get home. Loyal customer since 2014 wtf

  • stalwar st (@stalwar) reported

@freedomsupport Your agents are saying to order on Amazon because your system is down. This is ridiculous. After 6 weeks of waiting this is not what I expect...

  • msuebeeCA sue butler (@msuebeeCA) reported

@freedomsupport On Twitter you appear concerned, but let me tell you what will happen...BECAUSE IT HAS...TWICE... I will D M. You will tell me to call customer service. I will, and share my concerns AGAIN...and they well say...sorry...can't help you with that. @FreedomMobile DO BETTER.

  • FreightGuy751 David (@FreightGuy751) reported

@freedomsupport I looked at the plans and spoke to agents plus chat on whatapp. Lack of knowledge, very frustrating, crappy service. I guess that how you retain your clients. Why don't you have a manager call me

  • dgirvan Dwayne girvan (@dgirvan) reported

@freedomsupport my service has been terrible lately. How can we fix it

  • msuebeeCA sue butler (@msuebeeCA) reported

@freedomsupport WHY? If you cannot call me please refer me to someone who can. Saying call customer service when it is the thing I am complaining about does not make sense. Phone companies need to do better. @FreedomMobile
