This is a reminder that @FreedomMobile takes its customers for granted and steals your money. **** all you ******* suits in the glass tower.

@freedomsupport Hi, I have been having ongoing issues not being able to access my account for a week and the issue has not been resolved despite contacting several customer service agents. I need access to my account ASAP please

I love working in Okotoks but @FreedomMobile I swear you guys gotta put some towers down here or I might lose my mind

  • meadoval4lyf person (@meadoval4lyf) reported

@freedomsupport No, everything is fine in the subway with you guys. No service troubles. That's the point.

@FreedomMobile Why don't you offer online service and shopping to new customers? it's much more convenient than having to go down to a store.

  • ciggmar 🕊🎀 (@ciggmar) reported

@freedomsupport hi! Is there some sort of network problem? I cannot send or receive texts and cannot make any calls. Really frustrating when my employer needs to reach me by phone and can’t get a hold of me.

  • BiddyInTO T.Biddy (@BiddyInTO) reported

@asifintoronto @FreedomMobile @Bell Don't bundle, if you want to always be in communication. During that (disgraceful) Rogers outage, I still had phone service and internet because my cell was not Rogers. My friends were completely out of luck. Maybe there is a savings bundling, but security is great.

  • PeterVarnai3 Peter Varnai (@PeterVarnai3) reported

@freedomsupport Hi, my service has been down since yesterday evening (no data, no texts/calls). My payment for April was automatically deducted a day prior. I also cannot access my online account - after sending a security code to my email, it just gets stuck. Any tips?

Hey @FreedomMobile where are deals for existing customers wanting to change their plan. Do I need to stop being a customer to become a new customer to get a deal (I have my own phone)?
