@FreedomMobile as bad is your online/phone customer service,I found a excellent service at one of your store at kingsway,Vancouver,executive:Flora,the amount of effort from store she tried to solve this easy thing. 10% of that effort from your backend would have solved the issue

@FreedomMobile when it comes to customer service your company is incompetent and there is no customer loyalty ?! What a mistake to be your customer ! Wish others don't make my mistake.
