    @FreedomMobile, I'm supposed to be on call for work tonight but yet, there seems to be a network issue and I can't call out or answer calls — any idea what's going on or if it'll be back sooner than later?

    @FreedomMobile charging me international roaming while I was on Vancouver Island is not right. Customer service is refusing to reverse the charge even though the coverage map shows that it's covered under Nationwide. @CCTS_CPRST @CTVNewsVI
