    @FreedomMobile your cell coverage is so awful since switching to your service my phone is basically useless unless I am on wifi. It’s horrible. SOS mode constantly and we’re 10 min from a city.

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile Last two times I was told they will fix it. Now I am being told that half of my Roam Beyond data (bonus 10GB) will be used within Canada BEFORE my home data is used (250GB US/Canada/Mex). How does it even make sense?!
