    @FreedomMobile - I am appalled tech support getting rid of difficult technical issues faced by customers. I’ve had horrendous experience since d past 12 days. Only 1 tech associate has partially solved the issue with roaming beyond pass. Just got dumped. Complaint - c98068779

    When’s the last time you got 80gb of data free from a mobile phone company on top of your plan? Well @FreedomMobile gave me that today. I didn’t ask for it or enter any contest. They just did it. So thanks Freedom. Already loved you guys and your customer service teams. Woot!

    @FreedomMobile I spend 2+ hours with technical support, they say they can't fix my issue so I had to port out. Then you claim that no one accessed my account and you have no record of it---how convenient @cbcmarketplace @cbcmarketplace

    @FreedomMobile You couldn't resolve my technical issue. I had no cell service. Your team said you couldn't fix it. I had to port out. I try to return my device and now all the sudden you wont let me return it, even after you told me I could return my iphone13 #freedommobile
