@FreedomMobile I keep getting set to French based on the location freedom gives websites. I'm in Alberta, not Quebec. How do I permanently fix this so I don't have to change language settings every time I visit a site on mobile data?

@freedomsupport I have replied to the emails stating I have arrangement with Freedom Mobile and that I will be paying them directly. Didn't matter. Email after email. Like holy **** Freedom Mobile. I thought you wanted the money you say I owe for a phone that stopped working

@freedomsupport I get treated like ****. From a company that sold me a dud phone that stopped working 1 month into the contract. When I enquired about having it repaired I got told to go to hell.

@freedomsupport How many hours are you down for "scheduled maintenance"? I'm trying to to p up my account and can't access anything? Should this not be done in the middle of the night when there is less traffic? Running past 7am is really poor planning and an inconvenience.

Hey @FreedomMobile my sister was offered a discount after her service agreement was done. We bought our phones on the same day, same phone, same plan. Where is my deal? Just want to know why I don’t qualify for the same.
