    So figured it out myself by a simple Google search while the @FreedomMobile customer service agent basically told me she doesn’t know how to switch to a new SIM card and asked me to hold to transfer me to level two technical help. Then hung up 👎🏾#badcustomerservice #fixitjesus

    @FreedomMobile I have been on queue for last 3 hours in whatsapp and none of your team joined me on chat. Very poor customer service. I tried to contact using phone call, but no one receiving call

    @freedomsupport Hey @freedomsupport, I'm trying to pay my bill. The card I had on record expired. I can enter the new card info no problem, but it won't let me change my billing address, which is different for this card than it was for the old one. Please advise.

    @FreedomMobile when agents mention to one customer on the plan to wait to upgrade for this summer deal & not the other stuck with paying $122 compared to my original $65 People make sure to ask more than 1 agent because these guys are sneaky & during covid noless take advantage
