    Ugh! Tried to set up an account with @FreedomMobile, but their system is horribly broken! I've wasted too much time on this. Does anyone know where I can get a cheap plan for my upcoming backup phone? The original data requirement was 40 GB for the year at $15/month after taxes.

    Hey @FreedomMobile... just filed a formal complaint to the CCTS on you. 16 years as a loyal customer and you wrongly shut my phone off due to an "unpaid balance" that wasn't posted until yesterday, and shows DUE MARCH 19. Your customer service reps were no help.

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile wr have had an issue with how leaving your team was handled by the location we dealt with. We advised them our plans all along and they advised us the proper steps to take. Now they are charging us. #CustomerComplaint #customerservicefail
