  @freedomsupport All I get is protocol error 404 this page does not exist. By the opening of business Monday morning I would like to be contacted by someone in real authority. This is not causing an immediate problem, but I can no longer waste my time repeating myself.

  @FreedomMobile took more then $700 from our cards and 7 agents dont know where that money went !!! @FreedomMobile give me an explanation on this. I want my money back. No one is helping us. Took our money and cant help us. They dont have answers. No agent writes notes!!!

  @freedomsupport The contact center phone number has an issue, once I get redirected to an agent I get an automated message to call back during open hours , are you open? If so then you have a problem been occuring the last 2 hours across about 8 calls

  @TwitterSupport @FreedomMobile Is it a Twitter issue or the mobile carrier issue that the verification code is not delivered via SMS!? It’s been a month since this issue has come up, and it’s causing a major inconvenience.😢😭
