@DomChrisOwens @FreedomMobile The service they offer is somewhat specialized hence the pricing/price gouging. I'm guessing as a freelancer you have a business number. Usually better service for businesses. Business/home internet is through bell still. Fibe.

  • Tachfer85 Tanya (@Tachfer85) reported

@tlrowanrmt @FreedomMobile Downloading more on the customer in the name of Self Service, but still charging us for that service they should be performing. Yup with Rogers buying them, this is makes sense as they are falling in line with their bad business practices.

  • angelsuzy65 Sue The Insane Writer (@angelsuzy65) reported

@freedomsupport I'm having problems with texting. Texts aren't delivering for up to 19 minutes and texts sent to me are taking that long or longer. It's only been the last few days

  • TimFromToronto Tim From Toronto (@TimFromToronto) reported

@freedomsupport @freedomsupport - Postpaid service: Activation and upgrade via online, instore or Customer Care for all devices - $45 You don't have to activate anything unless it is a locked phone. Are these phones locked?

  • tlrowanrmt Terri Rowan RMT (she/her or they/them) (@tlrowanrmt) reported

@freedomsupport Perhaps considering changing it to a "Network Improvement Fee" then? Connection fee makes it sound like you provided me with an actual service.
