PSA: Don’t trust the @FreedomMobile store at Jackson Square. I cancelled my prepaid plan on July 15 after switching to @koodo, but they still charged my card for August. Now I have to wait 5 business days just to see if I can get a refund. Your customer service number is a joke

I tried for the last time @FreedomMobile has no loyalty. A customer since 2012. Was actually told to sell my phone. No customer service. #freedomobile #nocustomerservice #loyality
