    @adifood1234 @freedomsupport Freedomes home network is great, I just used all my data so I wanted to use the 1GB of roaming I get with them. Its just they change the names of the network (Telus Rogers etc…) to Nationwide so you have no idea which one your connecting too. Only 1 of them works. Or it should

    I am beyond disgusted with the "customer service" provided by @FreedomMobile. I have been dealing with their ineptitude for three months now, and am going to have to go through my bills to see how badly they've screwed everything up. Just what I need.

    @freedomsupport hi. I got my number in 2017, the representative told me I don’t need to visit a branch to cancel the number and I left Canada mid 2020 and never used the number, now I received an email with unpaid balance !! How to solve this issue, I want to cancel the number

    @freedomsupport 15 min on all 3 of them and no successful connection. Would be nice to know what actual network I’m selecting. As I know Bell doesn’t work out here.

    @freedomsupport Why is it almost impossible to get a working Nationwide network (stupid marketing name on your end) when selecting them from the list. Which network works. All I’m getting is empty bars on all 3 of them.

    @freedomsupport I got hung up on so I'll try Twitter. I want to remove the Phone Protection Plan 9 from my account. I've had the phone 3 months now, I think I'm good. There used to be codes you could use to cancel various add-ons; text that code & it gets cancelled.

    @freedomsupport I've talked to many people. This issue is beyond regular customer service. I'm porting out my number, and warning my friends to do the same.

    @freedomsupport I am trying to get a hold of CRA and I keep getting disconnected after a couple of hours. According to my research this is a freedom mobile issue. Is there any way to get around this? I need to be able to wait for 6+ hours without disconnecting to get through.

    @freedomsupport Issue is your agents hang up. They clearly don't want to keep me as a customer. I want to cancel and pay off my balance. I would like a discount on the tabs for all the BS if you wish to keep the 27 friends I got to sign up with you guys in April 2019.. call me 613 600 0199
