@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile why can't I leave Edmonton (literally can't go 20 mins outside the city) without losing service? It's the opposite of freedom and quite honestly it's a safety concern.

@freedomsupport @RichardFHowes it has happen to me...gave me these credits and told me they would stay as long I stayed a customer....you lied...sorry sir your credits have expired and we can't bring them back..blah blah blah....liars!

  • BurnCity79 JJ (@BurnCity79) reported

@FreedomMobile Don't do it. I had the S21+ & it died after 3 weeks so I exchanged it for the S22 Ultra that had been released 2 days prior. This S22 Ultra has nothing but issues. I know a few others who have this phone & they have just as many issues with it as I do. Samsung has gone to crap.

@RahulGahlawat13 @FreedomMobile yeah I had to switch cuz I didn’t get service in my own house half the time lol

@FreedomMobile I'm already a Freedom customer. Can I switch to one of these plans?

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

@SeanMontani @FreedomMobile Every customer is subject to the fair use policy (data is unlimited at slower speeds), not just you. There is no such thing as "unlimited high-speed" data on any cellular network in Canada. Fyi: 4G is 3G on your device.

@freedomsupport However, when I called customer care today, I was told I will not get any credit of 45 dollars so called up gradation fee Ok, is it a fault of mine or your sales policy? I was quite loyal to freedom, although I had offers from Telus via my company..cont
