Literally the worst service providers I have ever come across in my entire existence @FreedomMobile. You guys bill people for services you don’t even provide & refuse to take care of it.

With @FreedomMobile being sold there is no net loss in competition, and as @Quebecor has #5Gspectrum and is prepared to launch #5gnetwork there is some hope Freedom will see some network improvement #shawrogers

@freedomsupport @OfficeGuru247 The only issue with freedom is safety. I work in an industrial zone. If a huge machine falls on me and I have to send my last text before I die, freedom cannot be trusted to deliver. Very unsafe.

@FreedomMobile I can’t understand how a company relays information to new customers via online chat, to then have a local retailer give different information? As a new customer, why am I the one running around to buy your product?? Am I missing something?? #poorservice

@freedomsupport not urgent, but my data says roaming. I'm at home on wifi, but I live in a city with solid coverage. I scanned manually for networks and I see 3 'away' options. Are the internet towers down in peterborough?

@freedomsupport Yes it is the trade up, but how can I benefit from these plans if I can't get the phone? And doesn't help that I have to call every single store to find it when one of your representatives can easily look it up and find it or should be able to

@FreedomMobile are literal fraudsters - no one in person can help you and they refuse to help over the phone and they lie about what the app can do. Never ******* use them.

@FreedomMobile just was on hold to speak with a specialist and they dropped my call and no one returned my call? I am a customer and you expect me to callback to wait in queue again. Horrible
