Anyone that is with @FreedomMobile I suggest switching to @Bell , at least bell cares about there customers, where @freedomsupport does not. It's been a year and half with problems and I'm still in the same spot I was when the problem started. Just horrible

@FreedomMobile Why would I pay for 10GB of freedom network full speed LTE and only 1GB of nationwide if I’m living somewhere with no freedom network RIP 🪦 Hey freedom, North Bay Home Network coverage this summer? then u can keep my money hehehe

  • Ella_S94 Ella (@Ella_S94) reported

@FreedomMobile is something wrong with your service? My phone and brothers phone has been saying no service on and off the past few days….

  • Kk_Ffs Blank (@Kk_Ffs) reported

@freedomsupport The problem is there is no warning if and when they will be deleted. There also is no way to back them up to my pc for example. I'm pretty sure mine is 90 days or more. Never really looked into that detail. Never had that issue with previous provider.

  • notmanishgandhi ㅤgandhi (@notmanishgandhi) reported

@freedomsupport Customer service of Freedom truly sucks. Call is connected smoothly but when the representative hear about the problem. Surprise, the call gets disconnected. Happened to me 2 times JUST TODAY.

  • caffein3_fiend 😷 b{ri}ot grrl (@caffein3_fiend) reported

@freedomsupport Oh— that kinda sucks! What happens to MyTab balance in that scenario?

  • kelly_lanktree Kelly Lanktree (@kelly_lanktree) reported

@freedomsupport I can receive them, but none of the messages I’m sending via sms are going through to recipients on various different networks. Tried restarting and manually selecting the network, neither has worked.
