@freedomsupport thanks for the amazing support and answers to my questions over the last couple of weeks. I was just able to upgrade my hardware to an iphone 12 pro with zero issues

@FreedomMobile I hope future customers stay far away from Freedom. Hours spent on the phone trying to cancel a contract where my parents don't even get service in their area, after the worker in the store lied and said they would. Terrible, do not be fooled by their cheap prices

@freedomsupport Have reached out multiple times, and they just keep trying to give us a promotion price, so we can pay less for a service that doesn't even work.

@freedomsupport Thanks for the response but I'm not sure I understand fully. If call forwarding is on but the phone is off, why would it matter whether my prepaid phone is physically within the Freedom Network coverage area? I would be call forwarding the number to an American number, fyi.

@freedomsupport I am a prepaid customer. If I set my phone to call-forward to my business phone, does that incur any charges? Thanks!
