@FreedomMobile is the absolute worst phone company on the face of the earth. Not only did they not apply a promotion to our account that was the only reason we signed in the first place, we call them and tell them to apply it and refund us for it. But they don’t refund it.

@FreedomMobile so I should go to a store then? Well I’ve also gone to physical stores only to be laughed at, cackled at, and made to feel horrible with insults, for simply asking what I may have to pay for a certain phone. I know it’s hard to believe. It is true.

@Bell Top of my wish would be for @Bell to stop screwing up with customers. You ported my number a week after I called to cancel the port, and now I owe @FreedomMobile almost $1000! To make things worse, I'm paying more each month!

@freedomsupport Pleas retrain your employees on chat claiming that your coverage map is 100% accurate when everyone knows it's clearly not. Stop making liars out of customers facing issues. A recent example, your chat support rep, Nahla, would not accept that the map is not 100%.
