    @FreedomMobile What's the deal with the phantom calls I get from "Freedom Mobile", which never actual ring my phone but show up on my call list, followed by a text: "Thank you for your recent interaction with our Mobile Care Team...", followed by a survey? This happens every day.

    The hell is wrong with you today @FreedomMobile ?? No one is answering live message, and your customer service phone line will ask you to wait for a prompt and hang up. Is anyone even working today

    @freedomsupport I am not likely to upgrade my plan again now I know it's going to take an hour or so to go back down so I'd really like to see the process changed back to how it was.
