    @freedomsupport Now I am being told by your customer service that had I done the upgrade online I wouldnt have to pay,so it really is not about connecting me to a service I am already connected, for starters, It is about you charging me money because you can.     @FreedomMobile Hey Freedom, I was offered to upgrade the phones on my lines but was never told that I had to pay a connection fee upgrades. I have been with you since you were a different company and I had never paid for an upgrade. Now I have to pay $60 dlls I didnt know! Way to scam people
