@freedomsupport hi there! I’m in downtown Ottawa and I haven’t had more than 2 bars of service the past week. Is there a service issue here?

It’s like once @FreedomMobile gets comfortable taking your money… they make it their MISSION to make your service absolutely beneath them worst possible… fix up.

@ShawInfo needs to sell @FreedomMobile at a discount. They have neglected the network. It's unacceptable that in this day and age rain interrupts mobile data.

@freedomsupport Are you kidding me? How am I supposed to call customer service back if I'm in the area where I keep loosing signal? Do you not see the issue with what customer support is asking me? 3 years I been with freedom and you guys have done nothing to offer anything for all my problems.

@freedomsupport I have 2 other phones with bell and not a single issue in the 5 years with them. Freedom wants to argue with there customers and pretty much tell us we are wrong all the time.

@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Having problems with you phone lines? I’ve called 5 times this morning and every time the call gets dropped. I have an issue I want to get resolved

@freedomsupport I would love to call. However, the sim card is not working! Also, I want help, not an excuse why your customer service agent cannot deliver customer service. If there are too many customers contacting them, hire more people.

@FreedomMobile so your supervisor solution to me loosing signal in my city was for me to drive back to the spot where I lost reception and call him back.... do you see what's wrong with this solution?? I have called multiple times about my service issues to get the runaround.
