@FreedomMobile Unfortunately this doesn't make any difference to me since I live in Winnipeg and since Freedom mobile doesn't seem to give a damn about people in Winnipeg and bringing their services here so I had to re-sign with telus but hey it's your loss,

@freedomsupport Thanks anyway. Your customer service hung up on me twice when I was trying to upgrade my plan. UPGRADE. They are aware that my intent was to upgrade. I was stuck w/ child in freezing cold and I had to rapidly use washroom yet none were avl.

I need to know @FreedomMobile, you published a page about 5G in 2020, the 5G spectrum auction got pushed to June 2021...now you won't be participating in the auction. How & when will Freedom Mobile offer 5G service??? And pls don't say Stay Tuned for updates. Let's get answers.

@FreedomMobile Hi Freedom Mobile, I activated a prepaid plan yesterday and I was assigned someone else's account through my SIM card yesterday. I escalated to a manager that refuses to treat this seriously. I would like a refund. My case ID is C-640-78173.

@bell mobility prepaid sucks. Two days in a row no service/insufficient $. I have spent more time on the phone with Bell in a month than I ever have with @FreedomMobile its a shame they have spotty service in the hospital so we had to get bell. Bell really isn't user friendly.

@freedomsupport Just explain how i can sit in 1 spot not moving and have to airplane mode my phone 3 times because your network keeps stopping. And god help me if im on 4g. Even with full bars its 0 service.
