    @freedomsupport I have always used wifi calling option. As soon as i m out of the house, its gone. It doesnot connect Partner’s network rightaway. It takes few minutes to connect. Its okey if u cant give us coverage but website claim is way off than its showing.

    @FreedomMobile agent told me he'll find a way to avoid connection fee if I enroll in the phone protection plan and cancel it after a month. Two months later, I have to pay phone protection plan and connection fee for a slow phone!

    @FreedomMobile ... seriously unimpressed with your idea of #customerservice. On the line for over 42 mins (!) arguing to get compensation for a US roaming pkg I purchased last week. I was assured on 2 separate occasions prior to my trip it would work with no issues... it did not.

    We've been through this so many times with @FreedomMobile. Terrible backup service – a Mayne Island power outage shouldn't mean the Mount Parke transmitter goes offline within minutes. I wish they'd come clean about what backups they do have.

    @freedomsupport My device shows full bars and LTE but no cell or data service is coming through. Texts won't send, no internet. Tried turning data on and off, airplane mode, restarting. Is there an outage?

    @freedomsupport Thanks. Yes, he already did everything. Even reset network settings. Now Waiting for his call. But i wish freedom should have better customer service on calls rather than messages.

    @FreedomMobile everybody was complaining about all the emergency alerts yesterday. I was in Edmonton the whole day connected to mobile internet and I'd not get any alerts. Not 1. How is that possible?

    @Cricrifi @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport Oh, yeah. He is at work and was doing delivery, now figuring out routes. Thats terrible. I am trying to call freedom customer service support its still busy, not getting response except all agents are currently busy😓. I hope everybody reach home safely
