@freedomsupport That is the problem, they do not want to re-mail the check, they want me to wait forever for a check that never got here, I keep asking to just assume it was lost and re issue one

  • therealb0wser Jason (@therealb0wser) reported

@freedomsupport I have already logged in through 2FA with a code sent to my device. The problem is not being able to update my billing address details myself like an adult after having moved well over a year ago.

  • lesdedovic Laura's mama (@lesdedovic) reported

@FreedomMobile Exactly. Never had one and never will.

  • viarenzophone Viarenzophone 🙏✌⛪ (@viarenzophone) reported

Hello @FreedomMobile thanks for the free 5GB of data at for Chriatmas! Long time customer and plan to stay that way. Unless you sellout to @Rogers

  • laxboysmom nevermindSH (@laxboysmom) reported

Never use @FreedomMobile they took one hour to cancel my service over messaging because they say they cant do it in store. Then said it would take 24-48 hours to unlock it! What????

  • like_yeast dianne wiest infection (@like_yeast) reported

@FreedomMobile ok i hate to be that person but this ad doesnt make sense and im seeing it everywhere like if you only have service under the table doesnt that mean you have BAD service?? who tf approved this

  • benFsinger Ben of the Dead (@benFsinger) reported

@freedomsupport Likewise, but this stuff is very concerning. The fact that your customers are targeted BECAUSE they are customers on your phone network should provide more impetus to actively fight this. Older, or less savvy people could have easily fallen for this. Many already have, I am sure.

  • SueinDurham Patsy ****** (Sue IRL) 🇨🇦 (@SueinDurham) reported

@freedomsupport Thanks, I tried that. They ignore emails about wanting to cancel.

  • kidd1230 Doug McGinn (@kidd1230) reported

@freedomsupport my mother's freedom cell hasn't been able to receive or send calls, same with text messages. Surrey BC. is there an issue?

  • therealb0wser Jason (@therealb0wser) reported

If I'm already logged in through 2FA, why can't I update my own address information? If the expectation is that I'm going to call Customer Care or visit a store, I'm just... not going to bother doing that. @FreedomMobile
