@freedomsupport with over 5 hrs of back and forth, still my phone issue isn't resolved. Agents said 5 days. Another agent said $600. To cancel this poor service. Customers choose wisely.

@freedomsupport Hey so here is my issue I have to restart my phone everytime I leave my house to get data even though wi fi is turned off and data us turned on. Csn you explain why in the city if Hamilton I need to do this and why exactly am I paying a bill 4 a crap service,?

@freedomsupport I can't forward a text and If I try to attach the screenshot to a text to that number it won't accept it. If only I was in communication with freedom support...
