.@freedomsupport PLEASE let your customers disable the forced connections to the awful ShawPasspoint hotspots. In a big city it makes walking around with your phone annoying and unusable. I've been with Freedom for two years and happy other than this. It will make me leave :(

@freedomsupport just spent 45 min via text support but getting passed around by 3 different reps already - each time they ask the same questions - I have an account with you, I want to add a new line, I want to give you business, why are you making this so hard for me!?

@AndreTheGeek @freedomsupport The lengths they're going to to misleadingly make it sound like you can use your plan normally are sort of insane. I'll tell you what they're refusing to here: You get an insultingly small amount of data when you're off their network, and you're screwed if you go over. Stay away!
