    @FreedomMobile What does it take to get someone to call you back after an issue has been escalated? I have been waiting 3 weeks for a call back from a manager. In the meantime I have spoken to multiple agents and none of them have been able to resolve the service issues.

    @freedomsupport Only 3G signal at Windsor, ON Metropolitan Hospital. Maps says LTE coverage. Are you aware of this and what are you doing to correct the issue?

    @FreedomMobile Hey ********, maybe don't turn people's phone service off for $0.30 when they have been loyal customers for 3 years and no prior notice of price increase was given. I mean It's not like you can't call and say so!!!!

    @freedomsupport I have been with you for at least 6 years & in that time I have not once seen a micro tower installed in my neighborhood. You rely on your now parent company in my area which makes you substandard. Further more I didn't like the dismissive attitude at my local freedom service...
