After escalating a billing issue I just spoke to a so-called manager from @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile who was so dismissive and rude. This cannot be the best customer care or highest level of escalation you have to offer.

@freedomsupport do you guys offer cellphone signal boosters? Once I enter my home I have no signal at all but if I go outside the house I'm good, please help!
