@freedomsupport Ya has anything changed in the last three months? B/C I couldn’t make a phone call in my basement that’s very far from the city limits. Was told, “ya, iPhones don’t like our network” but only on the call where I cancelled service.

@FreedomMobile Very disappointing , got phone on 24th and not returning today giving silly excuse that phone is pre-ordered. At least should be courteous with the old customer and please don't give wrong excuses. There is no such policy that a customer cannot return pre-ordered device .

@freedomsupport Thank you. My order was made on the 17th (1st day) before noon, can I expect it soon? Also, what type of parcel service will you be using? Just looking to get an idea of the mail time as well.

@freedomsupport Hahaha that’s all you can say? 😒 I don’t have Wi-Fi at work. How about offering better service so I don’t have to keep my LTE antenna off all the time or so I don’t lose signal when I’m at the mouth of the Etobicoke creek, which is in Toronto in case you didn’t know.

@freedomsupport My phone has no data connection. It says its connected to the nationwide network and is roaming, and that's fine. But I can't load a webpage or anything. I just don't have an internet connection.

@kmcpatriot The phone was great, the service was absolutely terrible so I cancelled. They even sent my already paid bill to collections. 🇨🇦 #Incompetent #FreedomMobile #Canada

@freedomsupport I have to keep my LTE off all the time cause it just keeps switching between LTE and 3G when I’m at work. Doing that kills my battery. I can’t even get a decent signal in Milton where I work.
