@freedomsupport is your stuff broken? No internet all morning, data barely works (mostly network error) and your phone support keeps disconnecting. There is no follow up text for message support either.

@FreedomMobile if you offer a customer an early phone upgrade and proceed to tell them at the store they have to buy out their remaining contract...is that really an early upgrade?? I could have bought out my contract the day I signed up and got another phone.

@FreedomMobile why is your service so garbage? paying $90 a month for the SLOWEST data ever. i have 40gs. i have not exceeded my usage. so why advertise fast speed LTE when it’s always on 3G?? even sending this tweet feels like dial up.

Me and my wife may be forced to change our provider from @FreedomMobile. Seems to never work when we are on Nationwide network (outside Toronto). Customer service says they cannot know which provider we were registered to when on Nationwide network. Gave us a $5 discount on bill

@freedomsupport Wow, great job making it look like you give a crap about customer service. You want to make it up to me? Refund me my money for the 2 years of bad service

@freedomsupport Well, I don't want to snitch on individual stores as this seems like a corporate wide issue. I just want to know (specific) phone inventory. But even so, your stores do not call back, corporate or franchise for whatever reason

@freedomsupport The specifics are over 11 years. I've had good one on one service from the store I mentioned

@freedomsupport You shutting down a widow's FULLY PAID acct because she hasn't been able to get the needed ID in a pandemic? Not a good look. Wanna try again? Maybe try being human?
