@Gaming1Canadian @seastar898 @FreedomMobile I don't care who owns who. I got a better deal and it's packaged with my Internet as well. I'm paying a crap ton less per month than before on both bills. I won no matter how I look at it.

When your outsourced phone support is so bad that the mere phone upgrade becomes an closed loop of phone support telling to contact chat support and then chat tells to phone, the path of lowest resistance is to switch to a new carrier who has their **** together. @FreedomMobile

@freedomsupport why do you guys say you have unlimited data but dont put down that if you go through your monthly data say its 20gb that you guys slow down the internet to worst then dialup. So its really not unlimited is it and that aint right

@FreedomMobile The s13 isn't a bad device (if you're coming from the s6 that is). Just don't transfer that junk data. Export and import your contacts and that's all you need.
