@freedomsupport I called and complained all the time (before I left). I would get put on hold. Then the call would drop. So now you see the problem!

@ThorneDoesStuff @FreedomMobile That’s pretty expensive… just switched away from Freedom and pay $85 for 50GB at 5G speeds on Telus. Bigger network, but less expensive, but still expensive, cause ya know, “Canada”.

@freedomsupport 2FA is great, but the site should remember me and I shouldn't have to 1) perform 2FA when the site recognizes me, and 2) require me to enter my phone number or email address every. single. time. That's absurd and bad practice. Especially with the app, but even in a browser!

@FreedomMobile has been over charging my monthly bill and the agents are of 0 help to rectify the issues. The plan fee doesn't match what the bill is (ridiculously high with horrible service).

@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Y'all, stop forcing me to go through your terrible 2FA process every single time I sign into my account. And how is your app just a portal to your website? ******* do better.

@FreedomMobile Don’t be fooled. This plan is cheap because the Freedom network is awful. Poor coverage/dropped calls are the norm. They occupy a bad end of the frequency bandwidth which Telus and Rogers and Bell would never want to bid on.
