@freedomsupport Eventhough your representative promised me on PM that the activation charges would be waived (credited). I have just received the first bill that has $30 activation charges. Frustration doubling up. A good way to welcome new customer! #freedomExperience

@FreedomMobile you sent me an offer for free phones. When I tried to redeem it, you told me it expired2 days before. Why not write the expiry date on it? Why do your call centers tell me no one can escalate my complaint , and your actual escalation form results in no reply?

@FreedomMobile You need to expand your service between Windsor to Leamington. Very very very bad coverage to a point where I am looking for options to go to another carrier.

@plutoorbust @DaveSfmg54 @FreedomMobile Hahaha have you called and had any real issues where you had to speak to customer service or you one of Freedom Mobile's employees sticking up for them, because you're obviously oblivious to the lack of service apparently

@ungullibleguy @DaveSfmg54 @FreedomMobile Nah man. Was a customer for 3 years with cheapest plan ever. My issues get resolved everytime. Billing issues, resolved. Like I said their network wasn’t good enough for what I needed. I often feel that when people complain, it’s usually said person that’s the problem
