@FreedomMobile You guys need to train your employees.. last few days has been terrible for me due to your incompetent staff. When we go to store, they ask to place order online. When we try to place order online and via customer care, the order doesn't go through and they ask us to go to store.

My data signal locates me out of Toronto, when I'm in Kingston, Ontario 🇨🇦. At first I thought, "ah, my IPV6 has kicked in. Then I realized, I wasn't on wifi. How does @FreedomMobile traffic it's telephony, and what owners towers do they rent broadcast transmission on?

@freedomsupport I am not pleased with the changes to your support & service. Part of what made you great was that you had automatic chat windows and I could get help with issues right away. It took me forever to find a cell phone provider I liked.

On hold with @FreedomMobile, who’s service is terrible, btw, and there are roosters crowing in the background of wherever the agent is. #workfromhome2021 Also, the previous agent, @ what I think is a 🇨🇦 company (?) had never heard of Newfoundland. #rigorousinterviewprocess #not

@DJRaz_Music @RRArtistMGMT @FreedomMobile What exactly is this company equivalent to? Like the crap fido and Virgin?? Small time hustlers or a proper Telco?Either case this sounds preposterous that they have no idea what sales they offered. I'm more partial to proper telcos.

@freedomsupport In the midst of a stay at home order I would think policy would be reconsidered. In my opinion it is poor social responsibility and disregard for citizens. Promoting in-person shopping is against everything we are being told. $10 discounts would come at a very high cost, no?
