Freedom Mobile Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

@FreedomMobile Very close to Roger's pricing. Roger's has way better service but prices suck. Like this now. Meh. No thx.

  • downtownTOc Ch.He (@downtownTOc) reported

@FreedomMobile does Freedom offer a vacation mode to suspect service for a month (while on holiday) and pick the same package back up on return to Canada?

  • tabu424 T_Bell (@tabu424) reported

@freedomsupport Just don't expect proper answers from anyone IN Canada. CSR in Eqypt (& elsewhere) may be cheaper metric but NOT when Cdns have to make multiple calls to get problems 1/2 fixed. Cheaper offshore is NOT better for here. @CanadianPM put jobs back in Canada, BEFORE next election!

  • kanuk_krazy Krazy Kanuk (@kanuk_krazy) reported

Anyone that is with @FreedomMobile I suggest switching to @Bell , at least bell cares about there customers, where @freedomsupport does not. It's been a year and half with problems and I'm still in the same spot I was when the problem started. Just horrible

  • caffein3_fiend 😷 b{ri}ot grrl (@caffein3_fiend) reported

@freedomsupport Oh— that kinda sucks! What happens to MyTab balance in that scenario?

  • harmitk Harmit Kamboe (@harmitk) reported

@freedomsupport why does your roaming service not cover Delhi & Mumbai?

  • kanuk_krazy Krazy Kanuk (@kanuk_krazy) reported

@freedomsupport is the worst phone provider there is. 2 separate times in 3 days spent a hour and half on the phone with customer support for them to pretty much say it's not our problem. The phone was bought from freedom. Freedom plan. But it's not there problem. Ridiculous

  • starfiremoonbae 𝟽𝟽𝟽 (bemvindos) (@starfiremoonbae) reported

@freedomsupport sure, wonder if freedom will do the same as @Bell and ignore it. i’m sure you guys dont want clients talking about issues with your services publicly.

  • WahajK21 Wahaj Khan (@WahajK21) reported

@freedomsupport Has there been a disruption to service or has something changed? I'm constantly getting "waiting for connection" and weak to no signal in my own home lately and that's never been the case the past 10 years

  • caffein3_fiend 😷 b{ri}ot grrl (@caffein3_fiend) reported

also now realizing that I’ll have to reconfigure my phone plan when I move to North Bay bc @FreedomMobile doesn’t have service there other than Nationwide hopping onto other providers and my current plan will be all but USELESS for data up there. But that’s a problem for Sept 🙃
