    @FreedomMobile been on hold all day to fix our home internet - over 3 hours now. But when called and said add more services you picked up jn 1.47 minutes!

    @FreedomMobile I closed my acct. 8 months ago, paid the balance & have email confirmation. Why are you sending me a bill? I've tried to speak to customer service & no one will respond.

    @FreedomMobile Warning: Do not contract any service with Freedom Mobile. It's a company that steals from you and doesn't tell you. It's a company that deceives its customers with lies. You call to cancel the service and they continue charging you for months after you've cancelled

    @FreedomMobile Support sucks. I’ve spent 3 days and 9 hours on hold or with people who’s first language isn’t English. Trying to resolve a problem with the TV service. On day 4 now and on hold.
