  @freedomsupport The website and app are not working for me, I am trying to pay my bill. It reset on me several times forcing me to keep logging in. It failed to make my payment and then wouldn't accept my debit card.

  @freedomsupport day 2 of "server errors" when trying to make a phone call. Any incoming grts met with a busy tone (I am not on the phone at any point during this). Little hard to get things done when you cant contact anyone and they cant contact you.

  Just had a phone conversation with @FreedomMobile customer service and it was the most frustrating thing ever. Why do they even have one because nothing can be done over the phone, it has to be all in store, which during this pandemic, I don't want to go into a store.
