Called back, no follow up, messaged customer support through app, no response. Very displeased

Wendy (@WendyHappenings) reported@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile 2 Year contract with Freedom is ending. I have been suffering with 1 bar of service downtown Toronto (Cityplace). Do you have any plans of improving service for this area at all? I get dropped/missed calls with VOLTE and wifi support.
