@jimbugg @FreedomMobile I hope you pick a better network. Sometimes you get what you pay for unfortunately. Hope you are ok and the emergency is over.

I decided to stay with my current service provider @FreedomMobile At this point it doesn't make sense to switch as I just want to ride out my contract & it's too expensive for me to pay my tab on a very expensive phone. Besides, I don't plan on being here forever. I want freedom

@freedomsupport Hi, since yesterday i started having problems with phone calls. i can receive or dial, it's like no dial tone. but text and data working fine. Is just me or freedom issue?

  • kimkhan Kim Khan (@kimkhan) reported

@freedomsupport Your unlimited data is unlimitedly slow after regular data cap. Come on @freedommobile one of your tech said its 9600 modem speed. I remember in 1995 i was doing online banking with IUCU at 9600 speed. OMG you are taking us back to prehistoric era!!!

  • 4axioms Adrian Patience - Contrarian (@4axioms) reported

@fonebone45 @FreedomMobile They have non-contract pay as you go flat rate per month...it's pretty much like Freedom, but with a much better network. Also, no fee to cancel. The difference is that if you go over your allotted data for the month, they just charge you($0.30 per MB)—no unusable throttling.

@FreedomMobile I have a friend In Ontario whose phone is out of service since last 7 days. All bills are paid. Your customer help is helpless! Being contacting them, no resolution. #badcustomerexperience

Hey, @FreedomMobile. Had two life+death situations this wknd + your service crapped out. Couldn't call/connect to network. When it's life+death and we can't rely on our phone service, things need to change. Needless to say, we'll be leaving. #unhappycustomer #freedomwireless

@MichaelMay21 @FreedomMobile I have been a customer for over 10+ years. I am their target consumer. I just don't depend on "apps" to do everything with my device, rather limit such uses to the web browser instead (apps load everything into an HTML Frame), from a website, using "android system webview".

@freedomsupport You shutting down a widow's FULLY PAID acct because she hasn't been able to get the needed ID in a pandemic? Not a good look. Wanna try again? Maybe try being human?

  • Bunnuunuu Bunny (@Bunnuunuu) reported

@FreedomMobile wtf? we are literally in the worst part of the pandemic and parents are scared to death.
