    @FreedomMobile - I am appalled tech support getting rid of difficult technical issues faced by customers. I’ve had horrendous experience since d past 12 days. Only 1 tech associate has partially solved the issue with roaming beyond pass. Just got dumped. Complaint - c98068779

    @RogersHelps I attempted to chat with your customer support, but it appears to be a long wait. There are about 95 people ahead of me. On the other hand, I chatted with someone at @FreedomMobile who responded immediately and provided helpful assistance. Sorry to say this.😔

    @FreedomMobile LMAO but you charge your customers ridiculous roaming fees, lie to them about it being free, then expect them to pay the fee? i am a customer and this happened to me. Don’t believe freedoms lies

    @FreedomMobile You couldn't resolve my technical issue. I had no cell service. Your team said you couldn't fix it. I had to port out. I try to return my device and now all the sudden you wont let me return it, even after you told me I could return my iphone13 #freedommobile

    @FreedomMobile #HubertDsouza #On call for almost 1 hour 30 minutes to cancel my service with #FreedomMobile but no help keeping me on hold and the line gets disconnected. Please help.

    @FreedomMobile I know it comes w the plan but in the core aka downtown Toronto, I’ve never been able to get nationwide even in very poor reception areas which is something I’ve always wanted. The ability to temporarily rock nationwide in Toronto but only in poorly covered areas. Would be great.

    @FreedomMobile this has been for years. Guys, u need to do a better job in Niagara on the Lake. Signal there is terrible.
