    @FreedomMobile Your price points are terrific. Your service remains terrible after a few years of service. There is a poor transition to service on Nationwide Cell Towers, and service deteriorates at one end of my home...and there are dead spots remaining in LaSalle. @TELUS has better offers.

    @FreedomMobile worst carrier of canada. I ported my number to freedom. No network even in Vancouver. it is one of the major city in the world. Go to surrey again same problem no network even in the centre of the city. It was worst decision of my life to port my sim to freedom.

    @FreedomMobile Charging me twice a month the past 3 months now saying I'm over my limit. Impossible, I'm on home wifi mostly, plus proof on my phone how much network data I use not even close! #freedommobile

    @FreedomMobile 1/2..I bought a phone outright from a Freedom store, without a connection. And now Freedom is trying their best to not unlock that phone. Have spoken to atleast 5 cust. care reps and everyone gives a different solution which were proven wrong later.

    Hi @FreedomMobile, yesterday I purchased a 6mth prepaid plan and just today learned that your network doesn't cover even the very urban neighborhood of Steveston in Richmond, BC. Is it possible that there is no cancellation/refund available?
