@freedomsupport when you get online I need help, I ported to bell but people on your network can't reach me. Bell says you need to clear your back-end of my number. Text and volte call can't reach me.
Not bad for using 15.02GB (5GB past 11), after I was slowed down. Now back to high-speed again. cc @FreedomMobile, previously used 18.6GB.
@FreedomMobile your website could use a major overhaul... it's nearly impossible to use, the app too :(( can't get on to do the simplest things, or even message an agent (the link is broken?)

@freedom_mobile_ @freedomsupport But respectfully I mean if you don't have Towers then you won't be there I mean I can get Freedom mobile but I'll be paying quite a lot for service what I really want is to have one of those total Citywide zones where, everything's included like in Vancouver or Edmonton

@FreedomMobile Hey, so i just called about a refund for money you guys stole from me by charging my credit card without authority and your representative's best solution was to do a chargeback? I mean sure i can do that but is that you SOP? I was led to chargebacks were bad.
