@FreedomMobile IS A SCAM !! They will charge you for things you don't use. They will incorrectly advise you. And they will lie to you and waste your time. Their customer service is trash. Do yourself a favour pick literally any other company

@FreedomMobile eSIM Swap feature does not work on MySupport and Freedom has no intention of fixing the issue as not many users have reported using this feature. Is it true? Reference chat with your agent-Case ID: C74862096.

@freedomsupport Oh yeah, the spill factor if the side of the DIY hot tub ruptures. That would definitely make a huge mess, including the tripping of breakers and water damage, plenty of it.

@FreedomMobile You guys are terrible. I went in to get a zero down phone and was told to buy the phone outright before I was eligible to get it. Makes no sense. Needless to say I went back to fido.

@FreedomMobile This Trade up thing is the worst possible idea by Freedom. Some of us never want to give up our things. Without Trade up Eligible you guys are more expensive and with far lesser coverage than Rogers or other big guys. Just my honest Feedback.
