    @freedomsupport I understand that it takes time to wait in queue for an agent. Totally acceptable. After you connect it shouldn't take 5 minutes between messages. That's poor customer service.

    @Fidomobile is honestly the worst. Wont price match with @FreedomMobile and i've been a customer for years. Guess it's time to switch!

    @freedomsupport I'm livid. I paid my bill through banking earlier this week and today your company took out the same amount on my visa when i NEVER signed up for autopay and ALWAYS refuse it. You are dangerously close to losing my business
