@freedomsupport I just got off the phone with your colleagues — they were unable to help me, but thanks for the offer. I was told I would need to turn off my Wifi every time, which isn’t much of a fix.

@MichaelJonesETC @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Their customer support is generally better than Bell's, Roger's and Telus'. Never had a complaint about Freedom, other than lack of signal in Stittsville. I still remember being on the phone with Rogers for hours to resolve a problem. Pathetic.

@Amma02020 @FreedomMobile If you're talking about RCS not working properly, temporarily turn it off, then turn it back on. The other way around it to get it working, would be a factory reset (because transfering junk data and settings from your previous device, can cause issues like these to happen).

@halkeye @thaeus Oh yeah they totally replaced it for me, but it's a problem with the reception, it seems specific to the frequency used by @FreedomMobile I've nearly switched back to my Pixel 3 so many times. Massive totally dead areas, and plenty of them.
