    @FreedomMobile Your customer service person asked me what I would like to be referred to as, and I said "my name is fine". They went ahead and called me ma'am for the duration of the call. I'm cancelling my service next billing period.

    I switched to @FreedomMobile in December (from Bell Mobility) and the rate of spam calls is higher and @freedomsupport says it’s not their responsibility. Well, they’re right. It’s my fault for giving Shaw a chance to be my service provider. @simplycomputing can I break contract?

    Hey @FreedomMobile why can I do everything online except for removing a line? Now I am stuck in a phone waiting loop and when I tried to do it via chat it was just confusing. Also instead of giving me $5 off for 4 months when cancelling you should reward loyal customers! #fail
