    @freedomsupport No help at all from the support staff. The store is located: 252 Mayfield Common Northwest Unit A011, Edmonton, AB T5P 4B3. I visited that store on Dec.26. 2020 at exactly 4:38pm as that was the time the staff were entering my info in the system and I got a text with

    @freedomsupport I got the same security code text as the previous day when I was in store. Didnt think much about it thinking its a “bug” or some delay in the system. Shortly after I notice I dont have service at all, trying to login into various apps all locked out.

    Just got off the phone from a support supervisor @FreedomMobile. Had a return call to assist in stopping SCAM call, no luck! Will need to seek another provider. I return back to freedom after trying another provider. Mistake on my part!!
