@FreedomMobile been charged 2 x $30 connection fees for my phone and Apple Watch. Was told that setting up my watch would be free and I would not be charged $10 monthly. However I’ve been charged $42 total this month. Please rectify as customer service aren’t helping. Thanks

@freedomsupport That is absolute garbage and you know it. So now my phone is off and I have to possibly wait 5 days for it to be back on? You guys could have atleast sent out a text saying this payment option won’t be available. Now I’m screwed with no phone. Thanks. Definitely changing service

Don’t go with @FreedomMobile unless you absolutely have no choice. My #FreedomMobile data doesn’t even work when I’m at home. Called #customerservice and was told I needed an add-on to my plan. Absolute garbage. @freedomsupport
