@FreedomMobile what’s the deal with not allowing existing customers to switch to better plans that are only for new activations? Where’s the customer retention in that logic?

  • reneedipasquale renée di päsqualę (@reneedipasquale) reported

@FreedomMobile I called to cancel the line on Oct 29th and still getting invoiced for service. Was told that it wasn't actually canceled on your end, and I still need to pay for a line that doesn't exist. Are you a joke?

.@FreedomMobile I've been with your company for 5+ years and I want a new phone. Your staff refuse to help me over a dollar difference. Is that really how you do business?

  • jeckenzibbel jeckenzibbel (@jeckenzibbel) reported

@FreedomMobile After about 5 weeks of waiting to have my number ported to @FreedomMobile, about 8 calls/chats/store front visits, I gave up on them and went to @Fido. Fido ported my number within 3 days. I lost the $80+ I paid to Freedom for activation (which they never did) and talk/data.
