Tech confirms your network is like Swiss cheese. Guess I’ll spend money elsewhere. It’s 2021, 4G shouldn’t be a challenge, and not sending half my texts…

I tried calling the agents the chat service etc but there is no proper answer. I am not free everytime to visit your stores and pay the bills. Kindly look into this matter.

Ask someone at Rogers, they'll tell you in 1 second. Ask someone at Freedom, you get a song and dance and never get an actual number
