    @FreedomMobile I have to say I went to upgrade my phone at your South Surrey BC location on the weekend and it smelled so terrible in there I couldn’t even stay in the store and had to leave. I don’t know if it was a customer or an employee, but the smell was absolutely atrocious.

    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!

    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

    @FreedomMobile I closed my acct. 8 months ago, paid the balance & have email confirmation. Why are you sending me a bill? I've tried to speak to customer service & no one will respond.

    @FreedomMobile This is the worst mobile company I have ever used. No guaranteed cell phone use anywhere. I cannot function like this for work.

    @FreedomMobile can you please review your APs in the Guelph (Kortright & Hanlon / Kortright & Edinburgh) area. I have 5g with between 2 & 3 of 4 bars but data is borderline unusable. IF it connects it's brutally slow.
