    How is that I can't join in on a @FreedomMobile Black Friday deal that would allow me to pay the same amount I do now for MORE data but wanna charge me $300 for a "new plan" even though I want to amend it for a service they provide & not completely stop my plan halfway through

    @FreedomMobile having trouble paying my bill the freedom app keep giving me error can’t process. this is the second time again it’s not taking my payment my billing information is correct now I have to wait another 5 days for it to be sent back ridiculous will be 10 days total.

    @freedomsupport i am very annoyed! ive spent HOURS waiting and speaking to different people who seem to keep quoting me different prices! how can a tab go from $10 a month 0 down, to 130 down and 25 tab.... this truly makes me want to leave you guys!

    @freedomsupport I feel I pay what is satisfactory for service but it maybe an issue I need to address with my LG phone manufacturer !

    @freedomsupport its fine, when i get the manager to call me back i will just ask to cancel my service as i no longer want to deal with this inconsistency .

    @FreedomMobile Beware of this terrible brand with terrible service.. For existing customer asking 600$ to close the deal and for new one 0$.. it is ridiculous. Once you are their customer you have no value. Keep away for peace of your mind.
