@FreedomMobile your customer service sucks. My CC was compromised. I informed Freedom immediately as my auto pay was due in two days. I was told to pay in store. I tried but they said I had no balance. Now I have a message that says I’ve failed to pay & lost my discounts

@FreedomMobile so... anything to say on this whole business, or are you just going to ignore it? I really do not enjoy getting pulled around every which way and I do not enjoy that I can't count on any level of consistency with you guys. I need resolution.

@freedomsupport You do have an issue for sure, once you enter the freedom number as requested then select option 2 or 3 I get an automated message from freedom to call during open hours after agent transfer. check if your call volume trend baseline handled by support that may help.

@MysticTheFox @FreedomMobile I think this is not about coverage. They decreased the speed per user, so they can allocate the same bandwidth to more users. In short, cost reduction. They are gaining time on something they already know. Blame the customer's phone, the environmental factors bla bla.
