    @freedomsupport little to no help updating my 94 year olds fathers account with freedom. when i asked to speak to a manager i was told i would get a call back in 12 to 24 hours. all im trying to do is fix and pay his bill.

    @freedomsupport After 1 hour of senseless conversation because of an issue caused by freedom itself. It has been resolved. Interestingly they said it couldn’t be resolved initially. Really suspicious and I’ve lost trust. 1 hour of my precious life. That u stole from me 😡

    @freedomsupport I don't understand -- I tell online support to send you the communication log? How can I ensure they know what I mean and how to do that? I can paste the conversation points here but it is lengthy with the back and forth messages. They took a long time to understand my concerns.

    Dear @FreedomMobile your customer service and wireless connection is terrible and as a customer with 2 cellphones and who is been with you for 1,5 years, I am trying to cancel my service since you do nothing to support your customer! Thx

    @freedomsupport I've tried to DM, but Twitter keeps telling me my account is locked, and I have to complete an Arkose challenge... never had this issue prior to interacting with your account. Odd.

    @freedomsupport After more than a decade, I'm leaving over the lack of empathy, not removing the full 5 days of $7 charge, and not offering compensation for the extreme distress that not delivering promised service caused me.

    I got a new number from Freedom but I can't receive phone calls from other carriers in Canada or outside of Canada. And customer service couldn't solve my problem. @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport
