@nobodyspecia63 @FreedomMobile I can't tell if this is a "said nobody" joke or an appreciation of service. I'm leaning on the former.

  • feedinghand august heat wave (@feedinghand) reported

So best believe I'll be looking for a better service provider with better cell service & where I can use my phone outside of Toronto without having my 2GB "nationwide data" be used up in 2 days @FreedomMobile

  • danddrost Bipolarhitchhiker (@danddrost) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@FreedomMobile Lousy company, lousy coverage. Make offers and deals they have no intention of honoring. Customer service is low level and uninformed

  • magmamatiger CF (cw for RTs abt genocide) (@magmamatiger) reported

@FreedomMobile Except sending kids to school during an ongoing global pandemic (which when not lethal is known to cause long term multiple ***** damage with not-fully-known frequency/scale of disabling sequelae because it's a new disease) is a catastrophically terrible idea. Don't support it

  • Ranshernain Ransher Nain (@Ranshernain) reported

@freedomsupport I had the most unprofessional and rude customer service by a customer service Manager. I have been with @FreedomMobile for the last five years but never have I experienced this level of immaturity. I would request Freedom to hear the recorded conversation.

@FreedomMobile What is happening with your coverage of the Niagara region? I’m in St Catharines, ON and went from having full bars to one bar of reception at home. Same for my husband. Is the company aware of the issue?

  • izace01 Iz Ace (@izace01) reported

@FreedomMobile Hello, I joined Freedom mobile last month and have had so many issues with the line being suspended even though I have auto pay set up, I was charged yesterday and today it is suspended AGAIN. The support through mobile chat is extremely slow and frustrating.

  • ClownHamster CLOWN HAMSTER 🤡🐹 -=Vicious Ambitious=- (@ClownHamster) reported

@FreedomMobile I’ve changed my service provider for more than a year now and I’m still getting emails stating I’m being billed.

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

@iamgroot11 @FreedomMobile I never expected it the day the other carriers announced it. These things take time, even decades, to even launch a new set of equipment and frequencies. Rogers, telus and bell got theirs up and running 10 years ago, and then made an announcement, and activated it a month later.
