I've never seen my wife as angry as she is right now with your customer service. We canceled our account 7 months ago and charging us but they can't tell us why or send us a bill.

Switch to other service providers if you need a better service and save money and only pay for what you use. Because @FreedomMobile does is going a great job in extorting their customers. #freedommobile
