    @MSCMommyLife @FreedomMobile My bf does. It used to be VERY spotty in the city and missed calls because of it at home. However, the last few months it’s been a non issue and he pays $57 per month which is amazing (I pay $83 with Telus).

    @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport just had the worst customer service experience. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

    @freedomsupport So @FreedomMobile customer service cannot call customers.!?! Its a phone company! I guess they just expect us to line up like sheep and hope we get tired and give up.

    @freedomsupport why do you restrict the characters I can use in my password for your account? makes it harder to use a password manager and generate complex passwords. Poor practise, contrary to what every security expert recommends.

    @FreedomMobile it would be nice if your site worked to set up account online (tried for a week already). Now I’ll have to go to store to stare a NEW service and pay many fees. Is that a scam or is your site that terrible? #badtech #badservice

    @FreedomMobile WORST ABSOLUTE SERVICE EVER. WHEN REPS HANG UP AND LEADERSHIP TEAMS MEMBERS HANG UP - YOU ALL NEED TO GET FIRED/ RETRAINED - MAKE A CONTRACT - BREAK A CONTRACT. DO NOT EVER TRUST FREEDOM MOBILE! EVER EVER EVER!

    @freedomsupport I looked at the plans and spoke to agents plus chat on whatapp. Lack of knowledge, very frustrating, crappy service. I guess that how you retain your clients. Why don't you have a manager call me

    @freedomsupport I All I do is explain to different Freedom employees but no resolution. It is exhausting explaining it over and over again. I would like a phone call from someone who can actually resolve things.
