    @freedomsupport Issue is your agents hang up. They clearly don't want to keep me as a customer. I want to cancel and pay off my balance. I would like a discount on the tabs for all the BS if you wish to keep the 27 friends I got to sign up with you guys in April 2019.. call me 613 600 0199

    @freedomsupport After being hung up on 3 times I'm not exactly motivated to call. I was hoping Freedom would appreciate me as a client and reach out but I guess that's not the case. Great customer service 👍

    @freedomsupport Then it should reflect in my account.. and it doesn't.. im so done with Freedom.. ive been paying my accounts always on time... got shitty service, connection issues and lied too.. if someone doesn't contact me soon.. freedom will loose 27 friends of mine all do to renew soon

    @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile is there current issues with your service in the South Etobicoke area? Call drops and poor reception. This has just happened recently.
