@freedomsupport @AndreArsenault1 I really dislike these trouble shoot answers when most of the time it's your networks and you guys always fail to acknowledge it until too many customers start complaining online , instead of hiding things from customer be honest just like how rogers is buying you guys out

@FreedomMobile agent told me he'll find a way to avoid connection fee if I enroll in the phone protection plan and cancel it after a month. Two months later, I have to pay phone protection plan and connection fee for a slow phone!

@freedomsupport Do you have access to the long conversation with Support I had today (ended right before tweeting you) or would I need to repeat all of it?

@FreedomMobile passing the buck and saying it’s a manufacturer problem now bc I didn’t pay for warranty on my phones. I’ve NEVER had a phone STOP charging within less than a year of having the phone. There’s no water damage to either phone and no other charger used

@freedomsupport After more than a decade, I'm leaving over the lack of empathy, not removing the full 5 days of $7 charge, and not offering compensation for the extreme distress that not delivering promised service caused me.
