    @FreedomMobile how can a company cut off a man for $33??? When his new bill isn’t even due yet?! You are ******* over someone FOR $33!!!!!! DURING THIS TIME OF YEAR?! Yea **** that, all three of us in this house will be switching phone companies.

    @FreedomMobile my mother signed up at Christmas, has had no coverage at home and around town since. Customer service in store no help, can't call due to no reception. Very disappointed and now wants extra money to cancel contract. Terrible

    @freedomsupport Thanks for the response but I'm not sure I understand fully. If call forwarding is on but the phone is off, why would it matter whether my prepaid phone is physically within the Freedom Network coverage area? I would be call forwarding the number to an American number, fyi.

    @FreedomMobile if there is an outstanding bill of 1 month and a new bill thats not even due yet, how do you get off on saying both bills are due before service can be reactivated?! THE NEW BILL IS NOT DUE YET!!!!!!!!!!!!
