@freedomsupport Your support line team is ******* useless! I was promised my deposit back after 6 months of good standing payment and it has now elapsed. I spoke to someone 2 weeks ago who said it would be applied to my account via credit and guess what?! It didn’t happen! And when I follow up?

@FreedomMobile your online portal doesn't support home internet any more to manage account and make payment. Even your showrooms do not accept payment for home internet. Please solve your website issues, the old portal was better

@freedomsupport Please consider putting a celltower near the Kelowna airport or at UBC near the airport. The signal is poor in that area. Thx
