    @FreedomMobile I have 1 gig high speed on Mt cell phone and 10 gig regular. I've used 1.17g of regular bit am having problems with my data. Why would this be happening?

    @FreedomMobile I purchased a phone from you outright & it is somehow blacklisted despite it never being reported as stolen or lost. Your reps have been unhelpful & no one has replied to the email I sent last week. Please make an effort to rectify this.

    @freedomsupport been trying to login the app for the last 3 days, can't login even with the correct prin. I have reset it 3 times and still gives me an error- invalid pin, any ideas to fix this?

    @freedomsupport Your support line team is ******* useless! I was promised my deposit back after 6 months of good standing payment and it has now elapsed. I spoke to someone 2 weeks ago who said it would be applied to my account via credit and guess what?! It didn’t happen! And when I follow up?

    @FreedomMobile your online portal doesn't support home internet any more to manage account and make payment. Even your showrooms do not accept payment for home internet. Please solve your website issues, the old portal was better

    @freedomsupport Please consider putting a celltower near the Kelowna airport or at UBC near the airport. The signal is poor in that area. Thx
