@freedomsupport I tried to do with your employees at the branch where I purchased my plan and they only took my information, to "comment it to the manager and for him to call me", he never called me, that was two weeks ago

@freedomsupport It doesn’t seem like normal protocol to me when I have spent over 6 plus hours on the phone plus having to go to a Freedom store for security issues that keep happening over and over again. Last time I was credited why not this time?

@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Now when I try to call customer Care, they keep disconnecting my call after sometime automatically. I visited the Freedom store Fairway Mall Kitchener , They said we cannot do anything , it's a billing issue only handled by customer care service.

@freedomsupport I've now been disconnected FOUR TIMES on The Freedom website trying to order a sim card and sign up for services. I'll literally be in the middle of typing a message and they disconnect. Piss poor customer service, AWFUL first impression. I'll have to go elsewhere
