    So my phone charger just started smoking at work. I quickly unplugged it and called @freedomsupport to find out what I need to check on my PHONE to make sure it's ok and the agent kept repeating "take the charger to a repair shop to get looked at. How can I help?" Wtf

    @shanathalas @FreedomMobile Well done Freedom, you just brought back the worst day of some people's lives. It's not funny or edgy, its just cruel and callous. That's a well-know trigger, and the smart thing would be to take this down now

    @freedomsupport I did try that earlier seemed to work for awhile. Did it again seems ok for now… hope it isn’t a phone issue… thanks!
