@freedomsupport Hey @freedomsupport, I'm trying to pay my bill. The card I had on record expired. I can enter the new card info no problem, but it won't let me change my billing address, which is different for this card than it was for the old one. Please advise.

@freedomsupport I had the worst experience ever with freedom. The agents on whatsapp have no idea about plans. No rainchecks even if the mistake was of freedom agent. Terrible terrible experience. #freedommobilesucks

@FreedomMobile @freedomsupport I’ve been talking in chat with your customer service reps for almost 4 hours and nothing has been resolved. The most useless team ever. Can’t even help me out. It’s as if freedom doesn’t care about it’s customers.

So figured it out myself by a simple Google search while the @FreedomMobile customer service agent basically told me she doesn’t know how to switch to a new SIM card and asked me to hold to transfer me to level two technical help. Then hung up 👎🏾#badcustomerservice #fixitjesus
