    @FreedomMobile In Niagara Falls Canada last 2 days. Get a message yesterday that I roamed into the US and would be charged at such. Never left Canada. And now today can't get a call out. Not even to you for support. What happened to your twitter suport chat.

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile wr have had an issue with how leaving your team was handled by the location we dealt with. We advised them our plans all along and they advised us the proper steps to take. Now they are charging us. #CustomerComplaint #customerservicefail

    I signed up weeks ago for Freedom Home Internet. My activation date was yesterday BUT I'VE NOT RECEIVED MY MODEM OR ROUTER. My other ISP has been cancelled and I have no internet for my home. That's a huge problem. I NEED THE HARDWARE TODAY!!!!!! 🤬 @FreedomMobile

    @FreedomMobile I contacted you guys 4 hours ago about a very simple issue, my internet was working great but I couldn't reach one site, now my internet isn't working at all! I've been on WhatsApp for 4 hours with 2 of your techs and nothing! I'm disabled & work from home
