Had the worst ever experience with @freedomsupport They flagged my account for "excessive texting" and locked me out of texting for an entire month. They did not inform me of this. When I called technical support multiple times they assured me my device was the issue.

Hey @freedomsupport I requested my old auto pay setup and number to be removed - you have still debited my account for 3 months after this request, every time I phone customer support they tell me it is removed and cancelled but I am still being debited! WTF is going on?

@freedomsupport This is a huge issue that definitely needs the CEOs attention. I don't exaggerate. The company is paying people to create basic orders when these orders could be done in two minutes. Huge waste of time and money!

I've now been disconnected FOUR TIMES on The @FreedomMobile website trying to order a sim card and sign up for services. I'll literally be in the middle of typing a message and they disconnect. Piss poor customer service, AWFUL first impression. Total disregard for new customers

Wow, I think @FreedomMobile may have the worst service. Tried to upgrade my phone went to the store they refused to help, went online and they also refused to help. Guess no upgrade for me and no more money for them! 🥰

@freedomsupport I recently got a yearly plan without data (nov 10th ) and now I see an offer for yearly plan with 50gb data . Why can’t you add data to my plan and match it ? This is so unfair to customers like me who choose yearly plan until yesterday . Can you help ?
