    @freedomsupport Interesting. I've never been with Freedom Mobile. Not unless you absorbed Wind Mobile years ago???That's the only other cell company I've ever been with.

    @freedomsupport Really been with you guys for years. Went in this morning to get a new phone as I am do and the service was so horrible I had to leave. Will be taking my business elsewhere

    @freedomsupport Expedited ticket past its SLA of 3-5 days. 10 days no result from the team. Ticket - FSR00321702. No refund was given either as its prepaid but cant use the service.

    "Bubkus" - @FreedomMobile says, you have to buy a Samsung Galaxy A8.4 from us for 4GB data / month. #iPad not available. Not able to speak with anyone other than Customer service staff (which were great) to plead my case.

    @freedomsupport My Freedom Mobile service has been terrible for the last week. I am getting no service at all. I have been to the local outlet for help and they can't tell anything. What is going on?
