I've been bounced btwn two depts for 2 hrs!! 9 people I spoke to!! u have effed up my profile in the DB either a sync issue or corrupted and I'm stuck in middle. HR (@_kasheer_) reported@FreedomMobile Last two times I was told they will fix it. Now I am being told that half of my Roam Beyond data (bonus 10GB) will be used within Canada BEFORE my home data is used (250GB US/Canada/Mex). How does it even make sense?!

Internet has been out for 2 weeks . * Customer service is pathetic and no resolution to issue. * 1 hour with customer service and I was bounced around between 5 people. Because of your worthless internet I used up my mobile data, trying to get that corrected and I was told “ buy more data” Why would I pay more when I’m already not getting what I paid for ? CRTC has my two complaints.

Can you guys help please?
