@FreedomMobile so I owed freedom and paid my bill in full on the 7th of December and @FreedomMobile had the audacity to send my information to the credit bureau knowing damn well I don’t owe them, now lily making it seem as if it’s ******* ok how dare you @FreedomMobile

@freedomsupport Looks like we're going on to day 4 then of not being able to login/process payments/ have service? Awesome. You think you'd just activate service for people who's payments happened to fall during your outage until it's fixed so we can do our jobs & live our lives

@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Now when I try to call customer Care, they keep disconnecting my call after sometime automatically. I visited the Freedom store Fairway Mall Kitchener , They said we cannot do anything , it's a billing issue only handled by customer care service.

@freedomsupport It’s not just internet, it’s my phone service and your customer service support is no help, your representatives at the store are no help instead started an argument with me. I have it all documented and video taped!
