@FreedomMobile Am I able to cancel the service with you and get a refund? I am trying to use my data when I’m travelling but your service keeps saying “Nation Wide” and the data speed isn’t good. Help me get a refund and maybe in the future I’ll come back to freedom. I am gonna cancel next mont

  • wzver Will Zver (@wzver) reported

@FreedomMobile what is going on with your customer service? Been trying to upgrade my device with you and was told I’d get a call back (two days ago)…do you not want me as a customer?

  • gaelan_mccrea Gaelan McCrea (@gaelan_mccrea) reported

@freedomsupport My phone has no data connection. It says its connected to the nationwide network and is roaming, and that's fine. But I can't load a webpage or anything. I just don't have an internet connection.

  • jenn @jenn (@jenn) reported

@freedomsupport I guess I'm not seeing the 0% down on your site. On a basic iPhone 13 Pro, you require a $840.00 pre-payment for the device—even though my account is well over 5 years old with regular payments made.

@FreedomMobile The problem is Freedom doesn’t work appropriately.

  • JF_Viljoen Frank. (@JF_Viljoen) reported

@freedomsupport Ya has anything changed in the last three months? B/C I couldn’t make a phone call in my basement that’s very far from the city limits. Was told, “ya, iPhones don’t like our network” but only on the call where I cancelled service.

  • jenn @jenn (@jenn) reported

@freedomsupport Apple has a 0% APR with no money down. I suspect that would be more valuable to your customers who cannot purchase a device outright.

I had the worst exp with @FreedomMobile today! The service reps at 200 Dufferin street store are the worst, not friendly and they have this DONT CARE attitude towards customers. I req any1 planning to go for @FreedomMobile as their network provider think twice!

  • LorenzoVanMatt4 David Wooderson (@LorenzoVanMatt4) reported

@FreedomMobile hey so how about you hire Canadians to service Canadian customers. No point having Alan the idiot in Manila tell me ive incurred roaming charges is because Downtown Toronto might not be in the full coverage area. #RogersMobile #Telus might be looking 4 new clients

  • JF_Viljoen Frank. (@JF_Viljoen) reported

@FreedomMobile iPhones work on your network now?? Had to switch away mere months ago due to having zero service reliability. In yyc mind you. Rep on the phone said it was a known and old issue
