    @FreedomMobile Switched to freedom 4 months ago and now I get dropped calls repeatedly it's been so annoying never had this issue with any other carrier and when you try to phone customer support it takes up to an hour to get thru been to the outlet a few times. ready to give up on this plan

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile Went to Fido they took the time to explain everything, found the right provider for me, out of 3 carriers & went with Rogers, didn't need auto pay, got 100gb of data, better service, & walked out the store with a brand new Pixel 10 with no cost up front. That's how you do it.
