Now Freedom penalizes me for not being able to go back to a store & complain when my phone doesn't work. Charges me a connection fee when have been a customer 4+ yrs. Shame on you.

Saying she cant see who did the SIM swap and where. Went to the police filled a report. Still checking and sorting out what and how much was stolen.
