@freedomsupport I just called to pay via phone… still not working. And it’s not my card because after the phone thing wasn’t working I went to pay my Rogers bill (wifi) and was no issue

@freedomsupport It is not just a concern for me. Look at Reddit and see how many customers are reporting being told their credit card was declined. We all know our credit card is good. Your processing system has a flaw and your customer rep was rude. Fix those issues.
