    @freedomsupport I got hung up on so I'll try Twitter. I want to remove the Phone Protection Plan 9 from my account. I've had the phone 3 months now, I think I'm good. There used to be codes you could use to cancel various add-ons; text that code & it gets cancelled.

    @FreedomMobile WTF.. trying to solve issues regarding my internet and my tab.. wanting to pay off.. upset because service sucks and your reps hang up on me.. 3 times... yeah that will keep me as a customer..

    @freedomsupport hi. I got my number in 2017, the representative told me I don’t need to visit a branch to cancel the number and I left Canada mid 2020 and never used the number, now I received an email with unpaid balance !! How to solve this issue, I want to cancel the number

    @freedomsupport 15 min on all 3 of them and no successful connection. Would be nice to know what actual network I’m selecting. As I know Bell doesn’t work out here.
