    Wow @freedomsupport has really poor support. I think escalating a problem really means "you're on your own". Not cool.

    @EricaEhm @FreedomMobile Oh their central customer service is awful. Occasionally you get someone good in a store, but I don't go out that much anymore. Sorry you had that on top of everything else. Sounds like you've had a crappy day!

    @FreedomMobile is running a very crude attempt at customer retention. They stall unlocking your phone preventing a customer from going to a different #cellphone carrier. #CRTC #telecommunications

    @FreedomMobile Just the worst company to deal with. Their parent /sister company, #ShawMobile, is just as sleazy. If your #cellphone account is with either run to damn near any other #mobility carrier. Like dealing with the worst used car salesmen ever. @ShawInfo

    @FreedomMobile has terrible customer service. Everyone seems to be very incompetent at their jobs, no one has any answers or solutions. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT at all! As soon as I can I will get out of it

    @freedomsupport Thanks. My bad experience was actually with Samsung Canada directly through their website. Let's see the outcome of this promo first.
