    @FreedomMobile Forced Auto-Payment upon me a Customer of over 10 year's, when I came in to grab a new Google Pixel 10. I refused he wouldn't sell me the phone. So I left. ****** business.

    I signed up weeks ago for Freedom Home Internet. My activation date was yesterday BUT I'VE NOT RECEIVED MY MODEM OR ROUTER. My other ISP has been cancelled and I have no internet for my home. That's a huge problem. I NEED THE HARDWARE TODAY!!!!!! 🤬 @FreedomMobile

    Hey @TekSavvyCSR @TekSavvyBuzz I can get cheaper Internet and TV with Freedom mobile ! About $60.00 Cheaper ! So unless you can fix my bill going $127.00 to $181.60 I will be going with the most reliable provider in Canada ! @FreedomMobile

    . @FreedomMobile - I have 4 phones / internet and tv with Freedom - been a customer since it was WIND - like 15 years. Your TV app is failing after its latest update. At the very least you could email customers to say 'we are having an issue'.

    @FreedomMobile got scammed for the annual plan. Been paying my dad’s phone every year and they charged me for a plan that they never provided. Instead they gave me the lower plan but charged me for the higher tier plan. Now I’m stuck with useless agent refusing to pay that back
