    @FreedomMobile - impossible to reach on phone, WhatsApp and chat. Disconnected my line with no explaination and waiting for more than 2 hours with someone else’s phone. I don’t know how think someone can reach the support line using others phone for two hours.

    @FreedomMobile is there no way to actually contact support right now? Can't get a reply through any text platform and on hold for 40 minutes on the phone
