    @FreedomMobile I got home internet from you guys mid February and it was decent, but since my payment from March went through it's been horrible. Its like 90s dial up speeds with things not working. What do I do?

    I signed up weeks ago for Freedom Home Internet. My activation date was yesterday BUT I'VE NOT RECEIVED MY MODEM OR ROUTER. My other ISP has been cancelled and I have no internet for my home. That's a huge problem. I NEED THE HARDWARE TODAY!!!!!! 🤬 @FreedomMobile

    @FreedomMobile find out it was an issue on your end. 5 lines not working all day, can't get a hold of anyone until 6pm. Asked what is going to be done about 5 ppl not being able to work all day. Responses was nothing.
