    @FreedomMobile For close to a month and a half, I have been calling your customer service to get an issue fixed - my Roam Beyond data is being used and the allocated home data is left untouched. I am in Canada on 'Freedom/Nationwide' network all the time

    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!

    @FreedomMobile I’ve been trying to get in touch with your customer service team for 2 days now with no luck. All 5 times I’ve been on hold for more than 30 minutes. No agents available on WhatsApp either. I’m having issues with my home internet and need technical support.

    @FreedomMobile you just lost an internet and TV customer through a combination of employee incompetence and a deficient infrastructure piggyback business model. I gave you guys 8 months but its clear hybrid workers can't rely on your business and service model. 👋🏻

    @FreedomMobile what's the secret password to get my data working again, or are we just pretending it’s 2005? Month+ w/o service is a bold strategy for a telecom company. Your tech support is officially stuck on loop & my patience has left the network. #FreedomMobile #TechSupport
