@FreedomMobile Hi. Your CSR said she would call me back yesterday but of course she didn’t and that’s how your customer service has been for quite a few months now. Do I have to talk to the CRTC for customer support?

@FreedomMobile The customer service this company provides is beyond terrible. After being on hold for 30 minutes, I tried the text option. Text made me wait another 25 minutes for an "agent" that won't confirm they are human. #freedommobile

@freedomsupport How is that unfortunate for you? It's unfortunate for me that I've stuck it out this far. When I need to juggle some bills I don't expect to be suspended for a mere $146 and told by CS that it's just policy. No mention of help, just pay up.

@freedomsupport love love that it's now 3 hrs still no issues resolved and it's only been 4 days since I requested to speak to a Manger and yes manager not supervisor
