  • TomFool1234 Tom Foolery (@TomFool1234) reported

@FreedomMobile called freedom mobile and it wasn’t until the 4th person that actually knew what a SIM card was. Seriously! First person kept rushing me off the phone before knowing if I needed more help

  • NaijaSweet C.D. (@NaijaSweet) reported

@freedomsupport why aren't you guys offering the GB bonus to existing customers on existing lines in good standing? Same plan/price but the new customer will have 35GB and existing customer 15GB? Shame on you guys 😔

  • Christopherj818 Christopher Johnstone (@Christopherj818) reported

@FreedomMobile This is a good deal I reccommend taking advantage of this offer! If you end up becoming a Freedom Mobile customer please mention that I(Chris Johnstone from Kingston, ON) refered you to Freedom & I'll get $25, if enough people do it than I'll be able to get a much better phone.

  • TomFool1234 Tom Foolery (@TomFool1234) reported

@freedomsupport With all due respect, being on twitter is not a replacement for not training your employees in the call centre or having them hang up on you when they can’t find out what a SIM card is

  • Christopherj818 Christopher Johnstone (@Christopherj818) reported

@FreedomMobile If you switch your mobile phone service provider over to Freedom Mobile than tell Freedom Mobile that I steered you to Freedom Mobile & I'll receive $25 in Freedom Mobile credit per referal. Remember, Freedom Mobile's Big Gig data plans come with unlimited monthly data!

  • Artsygal2019 Artsygal (@Artsygal2019) reported

@freedomsupport Sorry about that. I'm not a freedom mobile customer. I'm a Verizon customer unfortunately.

@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile We need and deserve affordable wireless service. What it’s currently costing us is obscene.
