@freedomsupport I got the same security code text as the previous day when I was in store. Didnt think much about it thinking its a “bug” or some delay in the system. Shortly after I notice I dont have service at all, trying to login into various apps all locked out.

@Microsoft I cant believe that in 2020 you can ONLY talk/chat with a BOT at Microsoft. You cant reach a human being @microsoftcanada to talk to when you have issues. My hotmail email was hacked via #simswapping and 2 factor authentication by some employee at @FreedomMobile.

@FreedomMobile learned the hard way to not trust your sales staff. They don't offer information or professionalism. If you ask for help after the fact? Answer is, 'this is your problem not ours'. Do not trust Freedom. Ever.

Just got off the phone from a support supervisor @FreedomMobile. Had a return call to assist in stopping SCAM call, no luck! Will need to seek another provider. I return back to freedom after trying another provider. Mistake on my part!!

@freedomsupport No help at all from the support staff. The store is located: 252 Mayfield Common Northwest Unit A011, Edmonton, AB T5P 4B3. I visited that store on Dec.26. 2020 at exactly 4:38pm as that was the time the staff were entering my info in the system and I got a text with
