@freedomsupport Yea I've reached out. Y'all can't help. Instead tell me to go buy the top up cards. I've tried with 4 different cards to pay on line and doesn't work. Never had this issue before. I'm going to be glad when I move away from freedom. Used to work there, supported but still garbage

@daveobri @FreedomMobile @ChurchWellesley When I had to knock to get in, I understood bc maybe with covid capacity limits they’d only let a few people in at a time but when I saw an unmasked customer & turned around to leave, I found that the door was locked BOTH ways. They unlatched it remotely immediately but ZOIKS.

@freedomsupport You can’t we’ve been through this song and dance many times. Respect to your customer service for always reaching out even though the company has failed to make the service any better for years now.

  • tdimakas Thanasi Dimakas (@tdimakas) reported

@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile Was a former Freedom customer and although the plans were cost effective, the reliability of service was mediocre at best (dropped calls all the time) and the customer service over the phone was painful. I tried supporting the ‘small guy’ but didn’t feel supported back.

@freedomsupport I'm a current customer - if I want to change plans can I just switch to any one? It is there a different option for new/current customers? Thanks!
