    @FreedomMobile I have to say I went to upgrade my phone at your South Surrey BC location on the weekend and it smelled so terrible in there I couldn’t even stay in the store and had to leave. I don’t know if it was a customer or an employee, but the smell was absolutely atrocious.

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    Customer since 2017. @FreedomMobile says my contract showed the wrong TradeUp amount. 6 months later they added $669 and won’t waive it. Their mistake, my cost.

    @FreedomMobile been on hold for over an hour twice to get a usage report for Aug 15- Sep 15 2025. Why is it so difficult to get in touch with support. Texted, WhatsApp, called. What else can I do? Please get in touch and help out. @FreedomMobile
