EVERY TIME you call @FreedomMobile you get a passive-aggressive female robot who says "We are currently experiencing longer than normal wait times...". No! That IS YOUR 'NORMAL'! It's every time I call you! And that 'hold music' is the worst sounding trash ever! I'm an artist.

@FreedomMobile big time joke of a company, was there for 10 years, they give my phone to 2 diff ppl in a 5 months, causing many issues besides the privacy issue after promising it would never happen again telling me it's not there fault the 2nd, CS is a joke.

Fellas @freedomsupport, is there a problem with your data today? My data keeps going in and out today. I mostly have it but then I l’ll have an outage for a few minutes then it comes back again for a while then again outage for a bit. What’s going on?
