@FreedomMobile Worst service ever. Ported a line to freedom today and boom! Line ported. Did a top up and now line is not working. Even can’t receive any text or call and C.Service doesn’t have any clue what’s going on! Hats off to you guys! 🙏🙏 She replied it is a rare case.

@freedomsupport Basically yes. Didn't even bother to give me a pamphlet to show the plans you offer even though I knew from online, didn't bother to offer help!

@freedomsupport Also, it would be nice if your agents responded to the live chat you suggest. I've been "connected" to two different agents, but neither of them respond to any messages. Kind of a bad experience, don't you think?

@freedomsupport Not impressed with the service I got at the Ritson Rd Freedom Mobile location in Oshawa. I went in, in hopes to get some information about your phones and plans only to be told they couldn't help without a credit check first.
