    @FreedomMobile You're harassing my daughter on charges that she does not owe you, you have sent a debt collection agency after her. She has called your reps, they won't listen, she has emailed, no one cares. WTF? DO BETTER!!

    Hi @FreedomMobile just switched to you last week but have since found out your system has both my name and my email spelled incorrectly. Getting the runaround from customer care about correcting it because I can't even get a PIN

    @FreedomMobile You guys have seriously deteriorated. Your app has issues, you don't answer your phone. Was on hold for over 30min and hung up. Not good enough. What I owe is wrong in your system, and haven't been able to top up through app for 2 months now. Time to change company
