    @freedomsupport Thanks for being so quick to answer because I just spent for the fifth time hours trying to fix an issue ! Everytime I need to beg to freedom to listen to my problem as a customer ! Should I go to the TV or other social medias to solve a simple charge on my phone

    @FreedomMobile is a joke. I moved to an area that doesn't have Freedom Network, I'm limited to Nationwide data, which is only 1GB on the plan I pay $65 for. I have to pay $30 for another 2GB of data. So I'm paying $95 for 3GB of data.

    @FreedomMobile everyone who purchases insurance protection CANCEL IT NOW. They use a 3rd party to fix it and the 3rd party charges you an insane amount... I canceled my contract with freedom.. shady business

    @freedomsupport is this whats preventing logging into the site or app? I needed to make a payment before services were suspended and I feel this site/app situation just caused me to further be delayed resulting in suspended services. ugh bad month
