    @FreedomMobile just ended the call with Aya c10480. After 2h, still got scummed by your company. Never again! No more talks! Folks - do not sign with FreedomMobile especially the prepaid services.

    @FreedomMobile you really need to fix the issues with this connectivity bs, I'm gonna switch to bell soon, I've had it I lost money last month due to my cellphone not putting my card number in properly. I have had this problem every month

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS I switched to @FreedomMobile for home and mobile last year. Cut my bill in half and don't pay roaming fees. The service has been the same as Rogers I had before. Highly recommend

    @FreedomMobile I’ve been trying to get in touch with your customer service team for 2 days now with no luck. All 5 times I’ve been on hold for more than 30 minutes. No agents available on WhatsApp either. I’m having issues with my home internet and need technical support.
