Warning. My daughter was scammed into typing #2030 on her cell phone and was charged $4.99 by @FreedomMobile. This scam has been ripping Canadians for over 8 years because @Bell Rogers & Telus continue to make money everytime. Sad but true. Solution: DON't use shortcodes at all

  • apostrophewreck The Apostrophe Wrecks (@apostrophewreck) reported

@freedomsupport And yet still no help at all. Ok...my move.

@FreedomMobile I can't send or receive SMS between Bell Mobility for over an hour, it's midnight now. All avenues of support of closed? What's up with that?

  • Jon49071940 Jon (@Jon49071940) reported

@freedomsupport Not something you can test obviously, but we are not sure if we could even make an emergency call if needed?. Last outage was 47 continuous hours, hopefully nobody has any issues during this time.

  • Trevorglove Trevor Fedan (@Trevorglove) reported

@FreedomMobile way to help Canada out during the pandemic by outsourcing all your call center Jobs to Egypt Is @ShawInfo doing the same thing on there side of thing? Also why have they been instructed not to transfer calls to Canada and to say no and be as difficult as possible?

  • Iamsmokee1 Vinny C FKA: IamSmokee (@Iamsmokee1) reported

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

@freedomsupport Just a heads up, I don't know how your support folks see it on their end, but you may want to send a communique regarding whatsapp - if they need to send text containing stuff like _ or *, they should use ``` <content> ``` or it will bold or just alter format.

@FreedomMobile Hi. I am currently using the postpaid plan. I would like to change to prepaid. I am currently outside Canada. I tried calling the international freedom customer care number but it's not in service. What am I supposed to do?

  • StmakMa Steve Ma (@StmakMa) reported

@FreedomMobile Freedom is the most unreliable and inconsistent network I've ever had. Big mistake switching to them. Many dead spots and are charged roaming fees when in Freedom area. Don't waste your money. You get what you pay for. Freedom is crap!!!!

  • ashmeloche ashley ∞ (@ashmeloche) reported

@freedomsupport Can you explain more what that means? I want to drop down to the $55 plan instead of $80 plan I don't need 15GB of data in lockdown. I don't want to pay $878 for that change
