    Hey @TELUS why does the power outage affect your customers more than @Rogers and @FreedomMobile ? Same area, similar reception because of the tower being shared between you two. I have all 3 in my house and only Telus lines are struggling.

    @FreedomMobile customer service and technical support matters. unfortunately Freedom could not deliver so you’ve lost a customer to Bell @Bell_Support who was able to solve my Apple Watch issues without a problem.

    @freedomsupport I totally understand that Freedom wants to make sure the account to be authorized but how can a customer trust an agent who will have the PIN visible? Can’t it be encrypted? Trust should be on both ends!

    @freedomsupport Making someone pay for extra data when YOUR towers are down and they HAVE to use the nationwide option? I’m in a freedom zone, but there’s no signal because your tower has now power. So why should I be paying the extra for the lack of service in your zone?
