I hold a tab and can pay the my tab charge but I will not be using the call or internet service from outside Canada. Been with freedom 4 plus years.

So basically you can use all the data you want while avoiding overage charges but after a certain point it gets slowed down. So after it slows down, you can still use it but it is indeed slower.

Christopher Johnstone (@Christopherj818) reported@FreedomMobile I'm a Freedom Mobile customer. I get 30 GB of data /month for $80/month. Freedom's Big Gig data plans come with unlimited data but when your monthly data limit is exceeded the internet speed is cut in half until your next pay date. If you sign up with Freedom tell them I sent ya!

The customer representative put me on hold for 15 minutes asking while she was checking my account then she had the call terminated… been a customer for a long time and very rarely do I call. Something is not right.

Basically the phone is not operating as designed. The second line on my account with a pixel 6 pro just erased all messages, contacts, and emails.
