so was talking to someone from @freedomsupport about my issues with upgrading online and was told no i can not do it online i am not eligible due to a recent billing delay? i have to go instore. now tell me how can someone do that when my city is on lockdown?? makes no sense.

@freedomsupport @francescsr If this was true than you’d provide better customer service, go agents would be trained in customer service & wouldn’t be allowed to talk over a customer or tell them hey are lying

@FreedomMobile just lost 2 customers in one day. Never have I ever experienced such poor customer service. Been there since Wind. What a shame. Resolution was to wait 7 days on their end for my phone issues to be resolved.

This is quite frustrating to see @FreedomMobile still not having support for MFA with Authentication apps. Verification codes sent as email/SMS arriving after a few minutes is just so outdated :(
