    @FreedomMobile HORRIBLE company who gave away our phone number that we were STILL paying for. Number has been ours for 19 years. Gave it to a daycare and never ever told us. Now offering $10 monthly credit for 6 months when we were out of service for several months. More to come

    @shanathalas @FreedomMobile Well done Freedom, you just brought back the worst day of some people's lives. It's not funny or edgy, its just cruel and callous. That's a well-know trigger, and the smart thing would be to take this down now

    @freedomsupport why is it that I can't send long texts to people? My siblings with the same phone and different phone company have no issues doing long texts.

    So my phone charger just started smoking at work. I quickly unplugged it and called @freedomsupport to find out what I need to check on my PHONE to make sure it's ok and the agent kept repeating "take the charger to a repair shop to get looked at. How can I help?" Wtf

    @freedomsupport hi Freedom, my phone keeps not reading my SIM card, and doesn't work until I restart it. I'm not sure if it's a phone issue or SIM card issue?
