    @FreedomMobile Just got off with 611 retention and it was the worst experience ever. A total disgrace by a @Quebecor subsidiary. The people they hire are a disgrace to Canadian society. Can't answer simple questions and threaten customers. @CRTCHearings

    @FreedomMobile - impossible to reach on phone, WhatsApp and chat. Disconnected my line with no explaination and waiting for more than 2 hours with someone else’s phone. I don’t know how think someone can reach the support line using others phone for two hours.

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.
