Raman (@rdsraman16) reported@FreedomMobile, THIS IS ABSURD ! I placed an order for iPhone 13 pro 256gb at Dufferin location paying extra $100. I was told it’d take 3-4 weeks at max but it’s been more than 9 weeks now. I’ve been a customer for the past 3 years. Is this how you treat your customers ?

They offered me a good deal for the phone after i port in with @FreedomMobile for the same but they don’t have time to implement the same offer even after a week. Customer service centre needs a lot of improvement
