@FreedomMobile Don’t be fooled. This plan is cheap because the Freedom network is awful. Poor coverage/dropped calls are the norm. They occupy a bad end of the frequency bandwidth which Telus and Rogers and Bell would never want to bid on.

@FreedomMobile So why can’t I use data outside my home zone anymore? Freedom uses the 150 mega bites to tell me I don’t have data. Been with freedom forever. Bailing ASAP. Total fail.

And yet AGAIN another STUPID problem with @FreedomMobile 🤬🤬🤬 I added the BigRoamUSA for $7/day since I was going to travel to the USA for 2 days. @FreedomMobile SUCKS so much that my phone never registered to any network even after troubleshooting with customer service....

@FreedomMobile Know what hurts? That you guys haven't bothered to fix the weird hand-off issues between Home & Nationwide networks that results in my phone dropping calls every time I leave the city, and sometimes taking over an hour to actually get service back.

@freedomsupport I called and complained all the time (before I left). I would get put on hold. Then the call would drop. So now you see the problem!

@FreedomMobile upgrading some customers to get them more data but legacy customer don’t get anything. Happened with my family. Very unfortunate that loyalty isn’t valued. :(
