Carole Ann (@Elorac911) reported@freedomsupport Guess what, you aren't being helpful. You are being unrealistic to a long term customer. My advice to anyone looking for a company is to run, your customer service over the past 9 years has been unacceptable. And it continues...

Krazy Kanuk (@kanuk_krazy) reported@freedomsupport I have 2 other phones with bell and not a single issue in the 5 years with them. Freedom wants to argue with there customers and pretty much tell us we are wrong all the time.

Victor Krisel (@KriselVictor) reported@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile @WINDmobile Wind was great value over the other players. Yeah, there were some problems with dead zones but as the infrastructure was built up these were less of an issue. Was sorry to see the company acquired by Shaw. Hope your bid to reacquire is successful.

𝟽𝟽𝟽 (bemvindos) (@starfiremoonbae) reported@freedomsupport why exactly is it that my data doesn’t renew on the payment day, but the credits go down? why can i only buy a one time pass if i “have enough funds” meaning i can only purchase 1gb $15 of data if i add another $10 top up when you could just renew the data i’ve already paid for?

Krazy Kanuk (@kanuk_krazy) reported@FreedomMobile so your supervisor solution to me loosing signal in my city was for me to drive back to the spot where I lost reception and call him back.... do you see what's wrong with this solution?? I have called multiple times about my service issues to get the runaround.

Krazy Kanuk (@kanuk_krazy) reported@freedomsupport Are you kidding me? How am I supposed to call customer service back if I'm in the area where I keep loosing signal? Do you not see the issue with what customer support is asking me? 3 years I been with freedom and you guys have done nothing to offer anything for all my problems.

ambitnpldn (@ambitnpldn) reportedVery bad customer service from @FreedomMobile went to 2 different stores 3 times to transfer ownership of a line to another person (both of us present) and were told they can’t do it. Told us to call 611 which I did and they are telling me to go to store.
