@freedomsupport Ahhhh ok.. and during that 24th term, I cannot change my plan, is that right? Like for example is the cost of data goes down (haha!), I would not be able to take advantage of that until my 24 month term is over. Is that correct?

  • 4axioms Adrian Patience - Contrarian (@4axioms) reported

@fonebone45 @FreedomMobile They have non-contract pay as you go flat rate per month...it's pretty much like Freedom, but with a much better network. Also, no fee to cancel. The difference is that if you go over your allotted data for the month, they just charge you($0.30 per MB)—no unusable throttling.

@FreedomMobile Thats IT. Im officially done with freedom mobile. Im moving my support to at&t, who actually gives us service, and I will contribute to their business. I gave you warning after warning but it seems like you just keep taking my internet. Learn how to provide.

@4axioms @FreedomMobile I'll never use Bell again. Their customer service for business plans was the worst I've ever experienced, not to mention the hidden fees to connect/disconnect the service. They also just flat out lie about what plans include.

Customer service is the lifeblood of every business. I cant tell you the number of times Ive stayed with companies because of the service and peace of mind they provide. That being said the past 2 weeks, @TDBank_US & @freedomsupport have dropped the ball. #whowantsmybusiness

@FreedomMobile I want to break free from their terrible service. Its like a @freedomjail. After the data cap, their support said its 9600 modem speed. Im thinking 1995!!! I don't even think its 9600 as vital toronto covid page would not load. As well as twitter wouldn't load.

  • 4axioms Adrian Patience - Contrarian (@4axioms) reported

@fonebone45 @FreedomMobile The customer service is abysmal—I left and went to Bell; $10 more but the service is much better.
