@FreedomMobile What ******** are you doing rolling over to any of the big 3 Bell and Rogers imparticularily. Competition was helping me now I'm sure to get screwed. Been here since Wind. Shaw I'm begging you or whatever regulatory body not too let this to happen. We pay too much already.

Seems @Rogers is buying @ShawInfo and @FreedomMobile. Had just made the switch to Freedom last year and have been pretty happy, but after my contract expires, I’ll no longer be Freedom customer because I dislike Rogers *that* much. :(

@FreedomMobile you lie bc you still imply you will give a consumer their full 30 days from the time they pay, no clauses, but yet everytime i pay end of the month my service cuts on the 17th and nobody at freedom mentions this to new customers, because they always get told its illegal, & it is!

Well, I guess I'll be on the hunt for a new cell provider soon. There is no way in hell that I'll be giving my money to a Rogers-owned @FreedomMobile. The entire point of switching was to get away from the highway robbery of Rogers/Bell/Telus. I will not support them - ever.

@FreedomMobile Is there an email or something I can message? It's not a complaint per-se, but a general service feedback sort of thing I'd really like to try and get in front of the suits, or as far as consumer channels go, anyhow. Your CCTS/Contact us page is kinda borked...

@cbcnewsbc lol im with @FreedomMobile and the rates arent bad:$50 unlimited everything. with this merger, it only gets better reception-wise and better 5g.

@FreedomMobile First of all, if someone pays a suspended phone line without your damn help, dont charge them. Second, ive seen better service back in 2007 inside underground parking lots. Third: when you get paid for A MONTHS SERVICE it is not legal to manipulate the service and you lie in T&C

@camerongraham I remember when Calgary-based AGT bought EdTel to create @TELUS. They broke conditions of the sale within months of its finalization. No good will come of this, especially in cell service prices for @FreedomMobile customers like me. Consolidation is bad for competition.

@FreedomMobile @freedomsupport I left Rogers for you guys and never looked back. DO NOT SELL OUT TO ROGERS!!

@FreedomMobile your stores are useless, because you go in there wanting help but they tell you to call customer service as if the individual in front of me doesn’t work for freedom already. You guys have been stealing from me but won’t take action for an investigation.
