@freedomsupport Let's be real, there's a higher chance of you being owned by Rogers than Shaw giving a crap about Ontario. Freedom is a western company now. If I want 5G I'll have to switch providers.

@freedomsupport Please make esim work or don't offer it. I'm now out a phone because the QR generated doesn't work (others do) but my old phone is deactivated. So I have to go into a store. In COVID wave#3. Thank you so much. I'm so glad I tried this.

@freedomsupport You lot can write me a cheque for all I care. You don't get to hold my money paid in good faith for services you apparently cannot provide. The simple thing would have been to just give me a working QR code or put my LG G4 back on the network. Instead we're here.

@freedomsupport and now I apparently can't get my $231.78 credit back! How wonderful! First I can't get a running phone when I'm a customer in good standing without jumping through hoops and now this. This is about the customer service I'm coming to expect.

Have an account w/ @FreedomMobile? Be aware of possible “lapses” in data. I signed up my 98-yr old MIL for contact w/ family during Covid. While checking data for virtual seders, I saw 33% of bonus data was gone. @freedomsupport offered $5 for all my wasted time to find &fix it😡
