    @FreedomMobile is hands down the worst of all the providers. Strong arm tactics and multiple attempts to cancel a prepaid $15 phone. Said they would do it, never did, phone was no longer in their poor service area. Very rude customer service. Kept me waiting to make me give up

    @freedomsupport I have been your client for years and I never had to pay a connection fee. I should have been informed before upgrading 2 phones. I was lied to when I did the upgrades. You may want to justify your charge all you want, but nothing justifies your sales people liying to get a sale.
