the hermit: (@AshleyDoe) reported@FreedomMobile put me on a $90 promo plan that went up to $135/mth after promo ended. In order to reduce my plan they told me I need to pay $240 on my tab. Customer service is horrible, coverage sucks, and letโs not get started on the solution provided.

Iโm with you on the locked down iOS, I have both a Samsung and iPhone in my pocket and I wish I could combine both into one (Samsung hardware and user interface and Apple CPU and OS)

My 2017 XCover 4 had Gorilla Glass 5 and in a year of use never suffered so much as a hairline fracture. My LG K61 has scratch-resistant glass topped by tempered protective film and after a year the glass has several hairline fractures.

This is why Apple doesnโt care about making the switch to a faster port (except iPad Pro and iPad Air 4). Because of cloud/fast internet, USB sync isnโt a priority anymore witch sucks for you.

I had spent over 3 hours even talking to your supervisor on live chat about my phone bill but you canโt help me at all. I had been direct over and over. Iโm never recommend my friends and family to you guys ever again
