    @Rogers @RogersHelps dealing w/ AI today(Anna) it was wrong about damn near everything. waiting for customer service I was 100 in queue. Then dealing with the multiple reps, who didn't seem to give a damn. I've been a customer 20 years, considering @FreedomMobile in Jan '26

    @FreedomMobile does it mean that on Sunday you don’t have one single customer service person on call to attend to your customer this is a shame for over 5hours waiting time

    @FreedomMobile Ordered a SIM online and the next day Canada post went on strike. They were unhelpful so I tried to buy another SIM and have it shipped via purolator or FedEx. They refuse to offer another shipping method despite the nationwide Canada post strike. Customer service says I can buy one in store. I would have done that already if it wasn't a 5 hour drive. Pathetic.
