    @FreedomMobile I hope future customers stay far away from Freedom. Hours spent on the phone trying to cancel a contract where my parents don't even get service in their area, after the worker in the store lied and said they would. Terrible, do not be fooled by their cheap prices

    @freedomsupport Because it is outside the 15 days, Freedom says "too bad so sad." Lesson learned not to give companies a chance to improve. next time will cancel right away to avoid this situation.

    Im so tired of being a @FreedomMobile Customer. Years and years with them and they are customer charging some bullshit fee they decide to add for no reason.

    @freedomsupport Thanks for the response but I'm not sure I understand fully. If call forwarding is on but the phone is off, why would it matter whether my prepaid phone is physically within the Freedom Network coverage area? I would be call forwarding the number to an American number, fyi.
