    @freedomsupport I went over my 5gb plan but the speed has slowed down to the point of it being unusable. My plan is supposed to be unlimited. I'm fine with slower speeds, but not to the point that apps just don't work at all. Please help/DM me. Thanks

    @FreedomMobile hi just read your article on blacklisted phones. My phone is blacklisted, but it works on Vodafone here in the UK but doesn’t any other network. EE told me it’s blacklisted. So how can it work on 1 network and no others. Thanks

    @freedomsupport Ordered my iPhone 12 before Christmas 2020 and it's been 2 months and I have never received it. Been talking to your customer service since January and was told to wait for 7 days every time. It's been many 7 days now and I haven't seen my phone yet. What do you say about it?

    @freedomsupport Hi K.S. It does not matter if we spoke on this platform but I have spoken to three supervisors , 10 agents and waited for 15 months with no resolution till date. Sent a message to senior management 6 months ago with no response.

    Hey @FreedomMobile your team is totally dropping the ball and making up dates and $ amounts. I've never seen my wife as angry as she is right now with your customer service. We canceled our account 7 months ago and charging us but they can't tell us why or send us a bill.

    @freedomsupport You have reached out to me again to give me the exact answer as you did 2 weeks ago: the back office is investigating. You've already admitted that you cannot help me, along with all your representatives. I am sitting without service for 2 weeks now for no reason! Thanks anyway
