@freedomsupport Well no, you get the tablet for $270 in service fees. It's a dubious promo but wtv.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions The biggest issue with your voicemail service is , it doesn’t tell the day and time the voicemail was left. I think I better move to @FreedomMobile who has better voicemail service. I lost my job because I thought msg was from past & never called them.

@freedomsupport why exactly is it that my data doesn’t renew on the payment day, but the credits go down? why can i only buy a one time pass if i “have enough funds” meaning i can only purchase 1gb $15 of data if i add another $10 top up when you could just renew the data i’ve already paid for?

@freedomsupport I have 2 other phones with bell and not a single issue in the 5 years with them. Freedom wants to argue with there customers and pretty much tell us we are wrong all the time.

@ShawInfo needs to sell @FreedomMobile at a discount. They have neglected the network. It's unacceptable that in this day and age rain interrupts mobile data.

@freedomsupport Guess what, you aren't being helpful. You are being unrealistic to a long term customer. My advice to anyone looking for a company is to run, your customer service over the past 9 years has been unacceptable. And it continues...

@freedomsupport I would love to call. However, the sim card is not working! Also, I want help, not an excuse why your customer service agent cannot deliver customer service. If there are too many customers contacting them, hire more people.

@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile @WINDmobile Wind was great value over the other players. Yeah, there were some problems with dead zones but as the infrastructure was built up these were less of an issue. Was sorry to see the company acquired by Shaw. Hope your bid to reacquire is successful.
