@FreedomMobile You guys have seriously deteriorated. Your app has issues, you don't answer your phone. Was on hold for over 30min and hung up. Not good enough. What I owe is wrong in your system, and haven't been able to top up through app for 2 months now. Time to change company

@aceofhertz @FreedomMobile But the thing is we have had freedom since 2014 and these phones since 2023. Wife never got the message only i did. But nothing beforehand to advise. Plus even their tier 2 support claimed they had no idea. Claimed it was phishing but there was no link and no number associated
