@freedomsupport It’s always been this slow. It doesn’t matter where, what device or whether I cleared anything. Going through the main site has always been painful. I miss the old Wind Mobile days, the old website was good

@donnaisreading @FreedomMobile It’s because they literally have the worst customer service in the world and can’t provide a single straight answer. I’d go to bell or Rogers

@donnaisreading @FreedomMobile None of them are great but when it comes to service, clear contracts and customer service Freedom is the bottom of the trash pile.

@lindshopewalsh Ok, I accept your facts. Not sure why @FreedomMobile would charge a late fee unless they made a mistake. Good luck with the complaint.

Why is @FreedomMobile’s main site so slow? (MyFreedom is fine.) It’s even slower than @Twitter. My session times out just from waiting for the TOS screen to load, it’s ridiculous Can’t they hire someone to take out whatever crap it is that’s making it so slow?

@RogersHelps Hey @freedomsupport weird eh? I’m so excited to file a complaint with the CRTC. My guess is that they feel the same.

@FreedomMobile anyone thinking of going with Freedom PLEASE DON'T for your own sake don't the network sucks and service is garbage. Do yourself a favor pay $10-$20 more a month for any other company it will be way more reliable. Only use Freedom 2 get a better rate somewhere else

@freedomsupport I have had these issues for over a year with Freedom your network is awful and the customer service when I call in with an issue is sh*t. I can't wait until this contract is up and hope people rethink going with garbage Freedom in the future
