@freedomsupport I just upgraded my kid's plan to Freedom 2GB online. Site said that "new and existing customers" get bonus data, but the fine print says it doesn't apply if I change plans online? Seems kind of dumb, can we fix that so he gets the bonus data?

@freedomsupport Having the worse experience with your “customer service” department. Everybody is quoting policy and nobody is helping. After being with you for 6YEARS the least they could do is help without me having to kiss their ***.

@FreedomMobile “no-term contracts” my ***. do not go with this phone company. The service is ****. They lock you into a plan even though they promise it’s not a plan and you’re not locked in. You’ll have to pay $500-1,000 to get out of it. Just don’t. They’re ****.

@freedomsupport I was actually referring to Apple. I have no issue with Freedom Mobile Care at all. The irony of experiencing "freedom" by purchasing Apple products was my point.
