    Support sucks. I’ve spent 3 days and 9 hours on hold or with people who’s first language isn’t English. Trying to resolve a problem with the TV service. On day 4 now and on hold. #FreedomMobile @FreedomMobile

    @CRTCeng Finally. It has been long due. Telcos have been charging it to exploit customers further, although the plans pricing is still high compared to rest of the world but thanks for @FreedomMobile, at least now overall service providers charge less than what they used to few years ago

    @FreedomMobile Hello Freedom Mobile team, I’m reaching out because I’ve been having difficulty getting in touch with your customer service team. Despite multiple attempts, I haven’t been able to reach anyone for assistance. I tried calling 611, app chat, and whatsapp!

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS I say this only bc I’ve been with them all over the years. @FreedomMobile has been the best I’ve ever had in terms of pricing and support. Just my take.

    @FreedomMobile got scammed for the annual plan. Been paying my dad’s phone every year and they charged me for a plan that they never provided. Instead they gave me the lower plan but charged me for the higher tier plan. Now I’m stuck with useless agent refusing to pay that back
