Jesus Christ @FreedomMobile could you make your website any more difficult to deal with? WTF?!?

  • olrac602 olrac (@olrac602) reported

@FreedomMobile agent told me he'll find a way to avoid connection fee if I enroll in the phone protection plan and cancel it after a month. Two months later, I have to pay phone protection plan and connection fee for a slow phone!

  • cathyincanada Catherine Kelly-Brown (@cathyincanada) reported

@freedomsupport After more than a decade, I'm leaving over the lack of empathy, not removing the full 5 days of $7 charge, and not offering compensation for the extreme distress that not delivering promised service caused me.

  • ATonofFun ☠️Dave Sokolowski🇨🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@ATonofFun) reported

@freedomsupport No, because your website is shite, there's nothing you can do to help, I have to physically go to a store and waste my time there as opposed to just ordering off the web because I've been a customer for seven years

  • cathyincanada Catherine Kelly-Brown (@cathyincanada) reported

@freedomsupport Do you have access to the long conversation with Support I had today (ended right before tweeting you) or would I need to repeat all of it?

  • SabrinaHewick Sabrina Hewick (@SabrinaHewick) reported

@FreedomMobile why are some of your agents so rude and hang up!! is this how business is conducted then I will be forced to speak with your head office, it seems no one is around to take calls anymore!!

  • wessiegoeswest rik net (@wessiegoeswest) reported

@FreedomMobile everybody was complaining about all the emergency alerts yesterday. I was in Edmonton the whole day connected to mobile internet and I'd not get any alerts. Not 1. How is that possible?

  • PabloMorcz Pablo (@PabloMorcz) reported

I bought a SIM card with @PublicMobile online and it never arrived. Do you recommend @FreedomMobile instead?

  • hitashi_sharm Hitashi Sharma (@hitashi_sharm) reported

@Cricrifi @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport Yes, my brother called and is unable to connect to network.

  • DonBruce73 Don Bruce (@DonBruce73) reported

@FreedomMobile ... seriously unimpressed with your idea of #customerservice. On the line for over 42 mins (!) arguing to get compensation for a US roaming pkg I purchased last week. I was assured on 2 separate occasions prior to my trip it would work with no issues... it did not.
