    @themainnetwork @FreedomMobile Been on hold for over an hour. 1.5 hrs on the chat. It's horrible. My number got ported, being charged as they did, unable to log into the account. Just a nightmare provider

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS I say this only bc I’ve been with them all over the years. @FreedomMobile has been the best I’ve ever had in terms of pricing and support. Just my take.

    @FreedomMobile Mind you, my phone bill is paid. Everything’s paid. So humour me on why I haven’t had any service since yesterday & it keeps saying no sim or invalid sim. Mind you I have a sim from yall & an e sim too. So kindly humour me on why my reception is on sos on day 2?

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.
