    @FreedomMobile you broke my heart. I would have been loyal to you despite network reach being not the best everywhere I go. But the sale to Rogers is an utter betrayal.

    @FreedomMobile you charged me $101.20 for your agents mistake for roaming. According to the ctc you can only charge a max of $100. Fix my bill

    @Crackmacs @koodo @FreedomMobile I loath Freedom because they made it unconscionably difficult to close my Mom's account after she died. You can do anything online with Freedom INCLUDING CHANGING CREDIT CARD INFO - except cancel their service. That required sitting on hold for an hour and then being refused.

    Question @Spotify - I have a family account and just got a new @LGCanada Velvet through @FreedomMobile Ever since I got the new phone, the app won't work. I've tried all troubleshooting options I can think of. How do I fix this? Do I need to bring my new phone in?

    @Crackmacs @koodo @FreedomMobile I have that plan with freedom. It does slow down after you go thru all the data but I'm happy with it. Only ****** thing is when you arent in a major city it costs money to text. Still worth the savings!

    @freedomsupport My Freedom Mobile service has been terrible for the last week. I am getting no service at all. I have been to the local outlet for help and they can't tell anything. What is going on?
