A suggestion, @freedomsupport, if you actually care about the safety and the wellbeing of your customers, please get me someone who is actually able to recover a "quarantined" number. Your staff are incompetent by your choice and are given little to no account information to help

@FreedomMobile Ripping off customers today. Loaded $150 onto my cell phone. They refuse to activate it due to a glitch on their end. Four hours later, I try to cancel and they refuse to refund. ScamMobile

@FreedomMobile I am very disappointed with your rules and regulations. I have been a customer since 2012 and wanted, this time, to bring a phone to you because you don't carry it (Samsung Galaxy FE 256 GB version). I am told I can't do this unless I change my plan.
