    @Rogers @RogersHelps dealing w/ AI today(Anna) it was wrong about damn near everything. waiting for customer service I was 100 in queue. Then dealing with the multiple reps, who didn't seem to give a damn. I've been a customer 20 years, considering @FreedomMobile in Jan '26

    @FreedomMobile Currently in Europe and both my & my husband's phone stopped getting data at same time. Is there a known issue? We need our phones 😕

    @FreedomMobile disabled my Wifi Calling all of a sudden back in April and since then I have spent hours with customer care; false suggestions and investigations but no resolution. Tickets raised, phones swapped, sims swapped but final reply, "We have no timelines for resolution."
