@adifood1234 @freedomsupport Freedomes home network is great, I just used all my data so I wanted to use the 1GB of roaming I get with them. Its just they change the names of the network (Telus Rogers etc…) to Nationwide so you have no idea which one your connecting too. Only 1 of them works. Or it should

  • clpolk C.L. Polk (@clpolk) reported

hey @freedomsupport i hate to be that person who rolls in with a technical problem riiight at the end of your shift but--how do I know my new phone can receive phone calls? my signal icon says x and has no bars

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

@freedomsupport Cause I gotta say, if $30 helps develop your network, I'm curious as to what the hit to near total profit margins 4 lines is gonna do to help that along. This is bullshit. I'm sorry, it's bull. This time, I am giving an ultimatum. Fix it, or I leave with 4 other subscribers.

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

@freedomsupport Is that actually going to show on my bill? I'm not a new customer and I'm not connecting a new line. If it is, well, that's going to be a problem, and I will not accept anything but the obvious resolution if so. I'm not going to be treated like chaff as a loyal customer.

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

@freedomsupport Come on, neither of us are that stupid. It's just you guys padding your line with fees to claim low rates. I wouldn't have even had to buy it in store if you could keep some stock online (after 2 months!), or tell me when! This is seriously gonna be your final answer then?

  • CVivera Cindrella Vivera (@CVivera) reported

Supervisor Chris @FreedomMobile is not in an intention to help the customers. He said nothing can be done, it’s policy to lose money and false promising reps are all natural here. All I could do, is suck up the pity recompense and smh.

  • RachelMRedmond1 Rachel M. Redmond (@RachelMRedmond1) reported

@FreedomMobile pathetic customer service... and pathetic cellular service

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

@FreedomMobile Online. in store they ding you for $30 after failing to mention this fee when asked 20 or so times about "the total cost" during customer service calls. Don't forget to mention that, eh? it's not $0, it's $30.

  • iamgroot11 Dallas Groot (@iamgroot11) reported

So I spoke to a @freedomsupport technical suport specialist on the phone yesterday telling me I can’t use the nationwide network inside of a homezone, when ever did this policy change? It worked 2 months ago and the month before that when I tried it just fine.

@clpolk @freedomsupport Mine's been that way for about a year. @googlefi has no support infrastructure that I can tell, doesn't answer emails, and is basically useless. I'm looking for a new carrier.
