@freedomsupport Hi. I think the problem needs to be fixed since other people are experiencing same, otherwise people will think it’s false advertising

@FreedomMobile Slowest network ever. Poor customer service. Issues neveer fixed. Been a long few years. Time to switch carriers. Do yourself a favor folks. Cheaper in no always better. You *** what u pay for.

Do any mobile carriers offer actual free phones on contract? I’ve been with @freedomsupport for years despite their service. They sent me a letter saying I’m eligible for a new $0 phone. When I go in, they agree, as long as I pay off the phone at $35/month…for a free phone.

@freedomsupport @RichardFHowes it has happen to me...gave me these credits and told me they would stay as long I stayed a customer....you lied...sorry sir your credits have expired and we can't bring them back..blah blah blah....liars!

@FreedomMobile why can't I leave Edmonton (literally can't go 20 mins outside the city) without losing service? It's the opposite of freedom and quite honestly it's a safety concern.

  • manimanijinder Manjinder Singh (@manimanijinder) reported

If you speak nicely and calmly to the customer service on call, they won’t help you. 1st time: Talked calmly - they dropped the call once I presented my problem. 2nd time: Talked calmly - dropped 3rd now waiting for the hold they’ve put me in. @FreedomMobile

@freedomsupport Is service down? I have zero reception!

  • AviBarua15 Avi Barua (@AviBarua15) reported

@freedomsupport However, when I called customer care today, I was told I will not get any credit of 45 dollars so called up gradation fee Ok, is it a fault of mine or your sales policy? I was quite loyal to freedom, although I had offers from Telus via my company..cont
