    @freedomsupport I have been with you for at least 6 years & in that time I have not once seen a micro tower installed in my neighborhood. You rely on your now parent company in my area which makes you substandard. Further more I didn't like the dismissive attitude at my local freedom service...

    @FreedomMobile I have skipped a day decorating before. Though, setting up the lights (on the ceiling) and never taking 'em down again, and leaving them running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (despite what the manufacturer claimed would cause a fire - they're LED).

    Dear @chatrmobile I haven't been able to make, or hold a call without it dropping for weeks now.. I pay 55 dollars a month for texting & data basically; and I'm not happy. Sincerely, A dedicated, long time customer about to switch to @FreedomMobile

    @FreedomMobile has the worst customer service ever. Everytime I talk to them, all they answer is " I'm sorry there's nothing else I could do". When it should be "Sorry, there's nothing at all that we will do". Never get freedom mobile. They are the worst.

    @freedomsupport is there an data outage in the London, ON area. I can text and call but have no data connection. I have rebooted, reseated the Sim card and manually scanned to no avail.

    @freedomsupport Your LTE+ data connection has been painfully slow the last few days. I'm at full bars and not past the throttling limit yet, and basic pages are taking forever to load or even fails saying there's no network connection. What's going on?
