    @FreedomMobile I paid my phone bill online an hour ago ( never missed a month before) and it’s saying my account is still suspended. the money came out of my bank account and I got the 611 text that my account has been topped up ? Any solutions?

    @FreedomMobile I’m been with freedom since the start of this company but once roger finalize take over I’m gone had bad experience with Roger service overcharged

    @freedomsupport same issue here. no sms going out. Customer service told me it can take upto 5 days to resolve... btw... customer service had no idea that this is network wide with multiple reports... disappointed...

    So unprofessional behavior @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport. My complaint for WIFI-calling is unresolved from past 2 weeks and no hope for resolution from your customer support. Have been chasing from so long but no one ever calls back with resolution. Always misguiding clients.

    Y’all I called @FreedomMobile TWICE tonight, cause my kid bought an unlocked phone. JOKES ON HER, person sold it, didn’t unlock it. Now I have a sobbing kid, who worked so hard to buy their phone. Someone help freedom mobile SUCKSSS!!!!
