    @freedomsupport hi it seems are a reoccur email ever month trying to lay by bill , your system for some reason never excepts any of my credit cards . And I see a payment posted on my end But you guys never receive it . When I make a payment it always gives an error message

    Im so tired of being a @FreedomMobile Customer. Years and years with them and they are customer charging some bullshit fee they decide to add for no reason.

    @FreedomMobile if there is an outstanding bill of 1 month and a new bill thats not even due yet, how do you get off on saying both bills are due before service can be reactivated?! THE NEW BILL IS NOT DUE YET!!!!!!!!!!!!

    @FreedomMobile worst customer service experience. Wanted to migrate from prepaid to postpaid. Had a credit check at the store. Asked the customer care representative to migrate. Instead of migrating me to postpaid he transferred me to another prepaid plan.

    @freedomsupport Because it is outside the 15 days, Freedom says "too bad so sad." Lesson learned not to give companies a chance to improve. next time will cancel right away to avoid this situation.

    @freedomsupport I have been contacting you guys since then and again, I was told to wait for 3-5 business days, three times. nothing happens. I tried to cancel the order and buy my phone elsewhere, and again, the answer is no. you tell me what can I do now?

    @freedomsupport So, I'm having the usual problem when Freedom's app takes the money from my account but does not apply it to the bill? Why is this happening every couple months? Not to mention, my kids are stuck without a phone until the money is returned.
