    @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport - I am having hard time with the customer care service. I have been told at store that activation fees will be waived off after talking to customer care but no one is listening. I trusted your store and now it is going nowhere. Can someone help ?

    @freedomsupport But now I'm without cell service, can't get hooked up, I drive to stores and they show "open by appt" when the website says they're open. If they're only by appt, put that on the website instead of having me drive all over the city/3

    @FreedomMobile I am not satisfied with your service and billing you charged activation fee in first bill but when you sell the person said we donโ€™t charge from you I will left freedom soon bad experience ๐Ÿ˜’

    @freedomsupport I've already spent 1/2 hr on the phone with support and I fail to see what a DM will accomplish that escalated support can't except take this out of the public eye.
