@freedomsupport I'm finally leaving Freedom after 11 years. Your loyalty team called me and gave me a discount upgrade offer. After 90 mins of the store clerk arguing with your support team, I was fed up and went to a different store where the same thing happened

Your team wasted 4 hours of my time and gave me an offer that didn't exist. Please avoid freedom at all costs. They're barely cheaper than the other guys but the service is much worse. @freedomsupport

@freedomsupport Feedback? Not one single CS interaction we’ve had with Freedom has been enjoyable. Always issues and get the runaround. It would be a waste of my time and yours to provide feedback. Crediting back the unexpected charges was the thing to do and you failed miserably.

@freedomsupport is not able to help customers in case of spoofing the only way out is changing the number which if not a good resolution at all.

@freedomsupport The issue is that Freedom Mobile blocks anonymous calls. That should not be happening. It limits my ability to receive calls as not all "Private Number" calls are spam; people have the right to their privacy when sharing personal information, like their phone number.

@freedomsupport No but what you can do is send somebody from corporate down and check it out for themselves I'm not going to send you a DM because it does absolutely nothing or maybe look at the reviews what people say about that store
