    @FreedomMobile Mind you, my phone bill is paid. Everything’s paid. So humour me on why I haven’t had any service since yesterday & it keeps saying no sim or invalid sim. Mind you I have a sim from yall & an e sim too. So kindly humour me on why my reception is on sos on day 2?

    @FreedomMobile for a telecom company, you surely set the bar for how low quality and crappy a service can be. Your website does not load and it's been 48 hours. Please fix.

    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!

    @FreedomMobile I made no changes, and my bill just went up 25%. Tried calling, texting, online chat, and Whatsapp. Nobody answers at any of these options. How do I get help with my account?

    5/ 10+years of being a loyal customer, it is truly disappointing having to fight for price transparency when @FreedomMobile advertises their Price Freeze Promise extensively. New customers beware, I highly urge you to clarify every discount advertised.
