    Hey, @FreedomMobile, quick question. Have any of your employees ever used your customer service systems? Because my experiences today have been astoundingly bad - among the worst customer service experiences of my life. I'm trying to give you money, and it's just brick walls.

    @FreedomMobile I’ve been trying to get in touch with your customer service team for 2 days now with no luck. All 5 times I’ve been on hold for more than 30 minutes. No agents available on WhatsApp either. I’m having issues with my home internet and need technical support.

    @FreedomMobile You guys over charge your customers in the name of arbitrary charges and then your customer service doesn't even respond. ****** services
