@FreedomMobile 's Customer service has been terrible. They just keep making everything hard on me and doing nothing to make any of the inconveniences they place on me right. Might be time to find a new carrier.

@FreedomMobile I'm returning my new phone tomorrow, unopened. Charging a "connection fee" when I am already a customer is outrageous. You aren't connected squat when I'm already on the network. The $2000+ and $90+ per month isn't enough? Time to find a new network.

Yesterday was one of the worst birthdays on record for me (like, the peak of "lockdown poverty & isolation" depression bad) & I am STILL trying to get my phone working so that I can return the few text messages I received & thank them. @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile

@FreedomMobile. Not the greatest mobile provider honestly customer service is terrible. If you go in the store they tell you different then by phone. Honestly didn't have my phone working for more then 3 days. Had to cancel still waiting on the money I sent them Honestly Terrible

@freedomsupport Nevermind -- just fix your damn system please? Telling me to *leave my house* (hint: that's part of the problem) to find a dedicated Freedom kiosk\retailer to buy a top-up card at *that* store is just saying "Find a different store if you don't like that store." 🤦

@AureliaCotta @RogersHelps @FreedomMobile Freedom doesn't offer the *same service as Rogers, though. Freedom Mobile is still a regional provider. Their 'Nationwide' network is roaming on the other networks like Rogers. Note the limited data when not on Freedom network. Rogers offers true Nationwide service

@RogersHelps No point in lying about how I feel about the company — (I know you are just the social media person, certainly not your fault personally) It’s why I switched my cellphone from Rogers to @FreedomMobile Better or same service, way less money. Competition helps us all
