    @FreedomMobile To get a new phone shipped to my work I had to cancel my upgrade and change my billing address? In 2022? Dumb. It's been 4yrs but maybe @Rogers is a little more customer-savvy. #disappointed

    @freedomsupport It is cancelled now The issue was a glitch that you had not received my original request and I got charged for an account that I did not want and have not used not even for a text. But it was never cancelled then and there was no understanding from @FreedomMobile on that matter

    @freedomsupport Yes I can read. And I’d suggest customer retention = retaining customers not sending them elsewhere. I’m well aware I have options. I don’t feel stick. Angry. Annoyed. Furious.JUDGED. Are all the emotions I am experiencing

    @freedomsupport I’ve DMd you, but have little hope things will change. What needs to change is clearly your systems and training of employees. It’s been a huge mess that has cost me so much time and no resolution. Moving is stressful enough, then not have internet I was promised by your staff.

    @GwapogiTalaga @koodo @FreedomMobile Same will happen with freedom. Just wait till they mess with your billing. I lasted one contract no issues and since renewal they’re making stuff up
