@FreedomMobile I ordered two phones. One was free, one I paid for. The free one arrived and the one I paid for never arrived. Money taken from my account. CX service told me phone is no longer in stock and I cant change to a phone that is in stock? 'To just wait it out' the worst!!

@freedomsupport I'm so fed up with your lack of service I will most likely switch my cellular phone needs elsewhere in 2021 ! I have had this conversation with you too many times before with no resolve to the situation of poor connection etc. I'm not going to waste anymore time.

@FreedomMobile I cancel my account. I receive my last bill. want to pay it and I am told I can’t because they can’t because the “agent” can’t find my account and I now receive a Credit warnings. 😳

@CRTCeng Why is it legal for me to Purchase a New smart Phone have incoming calls from some country billing my phone bill & YES @FreedomMobile is taking the money from me over this BOGUS **** @crtceng i wanna get a lawyer & i am calling someone from CRTC into court for some info

@Gayosaurus @FreedomMobile It's so tempting. My only concern has been leaving the city. I don't do it often, but when I do, I really really really enjoy having service. Especially when camping and stuff.

@freedomsupport Yes, thank you. Unfortunately, I was quite dismayed by how disinterested the customer service rep and Supervisor were at actually talking me through any of the available offers. 😔 I can appreciate the level of exhaustion and stress we’re all feeling. I will look elsewhere. Thx!

Ridiculous. My wife had bad experience with her previous mobile provider, so I recommended @FreedomMobile. She signed up Friday — number wasn't ported until today, and now they've 'lost' her payment. Waited on hold for 1 hr. for a top up code that didn't work. Ugh.

@docpickles @FreedomMobile It did this to me months ago. It took 3 payments out if my bank, an still didn't give me my "time". Check your bank to make sure it didn't happen to you. Surely a inconvenience but I now have to go in to get my top-up bcuz they refuse to fix their broken system.
