@freedomsupport Your network reliability is terrible. I have raised concerns with reliability even in Calgary and you do nothing to fix your issues. Let’s keep this issue public. Yes we have saved money but we cannot receive or place calls and texts reliably when we travel. Time to go.

@freedomsupport I was actually referring to Apple. I have no issue with Freedom Mobile Care at all. The irony of experiencing "freedom" by purchasing Apple products was my point.

@FreedomMobile I am trying to get customer service help. My father has been charged for over two years for a service he canceled two years ago. Called Customer Support and they keep putting me on hold. Transferring me from one "supervisor" to another. They won't issue a refund.

@FreedomMobile “no-term contracts” my ***. do not go with this phone company. The service is ****. They lock you into a plan even though they promise it’s not a plan and you’re not locked in. You’ll have to pay $500-1,000 to get out of it. Just don’t. They’re ****.

@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile my account had ~$35 as an unused topup balance, which the whatsapp customer provider said would be refunded, however now the phone customer service executive says no balance can be refunded as the account is closed. Please help

@FreedomMobile your "unlimited data" is such bs, almost 10 years of this being throttled to the point of being unable to do ANYTHING except tweet... I can't even load my work app to you know, clock in, and get money to pay for this garbage service

@FreedomMobile Please, @FreedomMobile, answer my question so everyone can see what I'm talking about. What data speeds wil I get on your network?

@FreedomMobile Don’t know it’ll be buffering for 30 minutes on your “network”. 3G only in half the CAPITAL OF THE COUNTRY is a joke. Tech confirms your network is like Swiss cheese. Guess I’ll spend money elsewhere. It’s 2021, 4G shouldn’t be a challenge, and not sending half my texts…
