    @lexharvs uhm never had any problem with network there @FreedomMobile but guess if they sell out to @rogers they ll pull the coverage?

    @freedomsupport I could not here calls , some times cracking, sometimes nothing at all, generally they could hear me, is there a problem…. Windsor Ontario

    @freedomsupport why would you allow a sales rep to waive the $45 connection charge (which is a ridiculous charge BTW) only to then turn around a blindside a customer and add it to their monthly bill.

    On the line for over 40 min trying to resolve almost $100 in charges I never incurred. Latest rep offered to refund me %50 of what @FreedomMobile is trying to STEAL FROM ME! If I tried to rob a person and only return %50 of goods, I'd be arrested. Where is the regulation?!

    @freedomsupport hours on the phone and via live chat + being hung up on three times to prevent me from speaking with a supervisor and I still can't get a resolution for my issue. This is appalling. Even Rogers isn't this terrible.

    @freedomsupport is such a garbage service. People call me and it says the number doesn't exist, and most of the time WhatsApp calls work. Can Anyone set up a call with me?
