    @leeannelv1 @TELUSsupport @FreedomMobile i never had complaints but once I needed assistance: they apologized for the inconvenience AND emailed & texted me numbers who i can call to fix the problem IF i dont get contacted in an hour — i never had to call!

    @freedomsupport Thanks anyway. Your customer service hung up on me twice when I was trying to upgrade my plan. UPGRADE. They are aware that my intent was to upgrade. I was stuck w/ child in freezing cold and I had to rapidly use washroom yet none were avl.
