@freedomsupport I want to cancel my service and apparently your phone support is incapable of doing that. No option to cancel on site, several hour wait for a “call back”, only reinforcing my decision to leave

  • somerandodude38 Hugh mungus (@somerandodude38) reported

Had the worst ever experience with @freedomsupport They flagged my account for "excessive texting" and locked me out of texting for an entire month. They did not inform me of this. When I called technical support multiple times they assured me my device was the issue.

Then there is telecom. Ordered a new phone for my daughter from @FreedomMobile. Phone missing. Call the shop for 2 weeks no answer. Call @FreedomMobile and they say I have go in because it's not their problem. If they can't manage basic stuff what exactly are we paying for.

  • hemond_r L. P. (@hemond_r) reported

@freedomsupport If “one response is enough”, how about six? Your system screwed up and never “successfully” do anything. It would be nice if you could hold yourselves to a certain minimum standard of care.

@FreedomMobile how come new customer gets 50gb of data for 40$ but old customer that has been with you for 10years doesn’t get that good of a deal ? Is that how you treat your loyal customers ?
