    @FreedomMobile - 90 minutes on hold. Internet still down. You text messaging support it sporadic at best. May need to find another provider.

    Hey @FreedomMobile... just filed a formal complaint to the CCTS on you. 16 years as a loyal customer and you wrongly shut my phone off due to an "unpaid balance" that wasn't posted until yesterday, and shows DUE MARCH 19. Your customer service reps were no help.

    @FreedomMobile How about you guys figure out how to make it so people don’t wait on hold for an hour to see why their internet isn’t working… I say this as I actively sit on hold. Terrible customer service

    @FreedomMobile is the ABSOLUTE worst service provider ever! 14 years as a customer and I’m being treated so horribly, cancel your services with them abhorrent customer service
