@Microsoft I cant believe that in 2020 you can ONLY talk/chat with a BOT at Microsoft. You cant reach a human being @microsoftcanada to talk to when you have issues. My hotmail email was hacked via #simswapping and 2 factor authentication by some employee at @FreedomMobile.

  • DREmilare DREmilare (@DREmilare) reported

@freedomsupport hi, I’m trying to get e-sim on your website but I’m not getting any response. Can you help with that?

  • robzy_h ሮቤል (@robzy_h) reported

@DJHighTone @freedomsupport Lol they don’t even help anyway.

  • AldenHuseinovic Alden Huseinovic (@AldenHuseinovic) reported

@freedomsupport Email password and security changed. Took my awhile to reach them to suspend the number. Damage was already done. Email lost completely after 20 years of using the same email, never got hacked until some Freedom mobile employee compromised my personal info.

@rwpickard @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport Well I am switching from them today to Koodo. I got tired of not having service as well. Dropped calls while walking within 30 minutes of my house in Fairfield??? I hope there was some justice in your experience with them!

@FreedomMobile great service-not. We're in a lockdown meaning seniors like myself are staying home. Now Freedom penalizes me for not being able to go back to a store & complain when my phone doesn't work. Charges me a connection fee when have been a customer 4+ yrs. Shame on you.

  • AldenHuseinovic Alden Huseinovic (@AldenHuseinovic) reported

@freedomsupport Nobody new the PIN on my account not even my wife who is an authorized user. Next day went to the store, manager playing stupid. Saying she cant see who did the SIM swap and where. Went to the police filled a report. Still checking and sorting out what and how much was stolen.

@FreedomMobile I had my worst experience with your service over today and yesterday. I would not recommend this network for anyone

@FreedomMobile @TASSCouncil @cityoftoronto How about helping the Indigenous woman to have a phone that works instead of selling me a piece of crap and then not standing behind your product?
