    @FreedomMobile freedom is stealing money from my Credit card. I have called 27 times and even a manager that didn’t sound like he was in Canada told me that there is no way he can find out why my credit card is being charged because I’m not a customer.

    @FreedomMobile Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced had. I regret signing up with them and it hasn’t even been 3 weeks. I have spent countless hours with no help. #worstcustomerservice

    @freedomsupport Over the past few months I have talked to 5 service reps and no one could help. Can you please put me in touch with someone who has more authority that may me able to help correct this?

    @freedomsupport Thanks for this. Im already a freedom customer with a plan and device. Im not looking for a new plan, just a non-smart phone to have as a backup.

    @FreedomMobile So if you do actually want to fix anything. Don’t both contacting their support via phone or website. Just contact @freedomsupport They helped me and won back my trust!

    @freedomsupport If you’re going to slow me down so much that I can’t even load your app, first what makes you think I can load a web page? And second, what makes you think I feel like paying for that level of service?

    I just woke up one morning with my service disconnected. And not knowing why. Countless hours of confusion, stress, and frustration and not even apology or admission of error on their part. It would have been nice to at least receive a credit for my trouble. @freedommobile

    @FreedomMobile so, I get a message that I'm due for a hardware upgrade, I jumped thru all the hoops only to find out that I have to find a store that remains open,has the phone I want, during a pandemic when we are supposed to stay home??? Not going to be a customer much longer!
