    @freedomsupport I totally understand that Freedom wants to make sure the account to be authorized but how can a customer trust an agent who will have the PIN visible? Can’t it be encrypted? Trust should be on both ends!

    @freedomsupport Good morning! So I’m in the Muskoka-region for the next few days and have ZERO service. No roaming. No data. No LTE. Zilch. Can you reach out to me to assist cuz I’m using wifi currently but will need to use my phones maps etc. TIA.
