    @freedomsupport Phone is working fine, just this particular area has poor coverage since 2020. I am hoping someone would report this so you guys can improve.

    @freedomsupport so when is freedom going to actually be providing 5G cell service to customers since you been selling 5G phones for many years now? Not to mention your coverage for reception is horrendous! $60 for 15Gb LTE data, ripping me off have offers for $60 for 20/25gb data

    @FreedomMobile Your customer service leaves ALOT to be desired. It's a wonder you have any customers left at all. I will be cancelling this service and going elsewhere.

    @freedomsupport Your support line team is ******* useless! I was promised my deposit back after 6 months of good standing payment and it has now elapsed. I spoke to someone 2 weeks ago who said it would be applied to my account via credit and guess what?! It didn’t happen! And when I follow up?

    @freedomsupport I'm trying to forward my Freedom number to a US number and it's not working. My wife was able to do this, but she's with a different carrier. How can I do this?

    @FreedomMobile passing the buck and saying it’s a manufacturer problem now bc I didn’t pay for warranty on my phones. I’ve NEVER had a phone STOP charging within less than a year of having the phone. There’s no water damage to either phone and no other charger used

    @FreedomMobile why would you rather have your long term loyal 10 year cx cancel than retain them by applying a discount to their account? why are new cx getting better promotions/discounts/plans than the loyal old cx? just had supervisor and specialist try to get me to cancel
