@freedomsupport Absolutely Understood! Not sure if it makes sense to have more customers reps on the inside when you could have sent one on the outside to ‘triage’ customers and allow a customer to receive service on the inside. The Oshawa branch customer service needs a review

@freedomsupport Hi K.S. It does not matter if we spoke on this platform but I have spoken to three supervisors , 10 agents and waited for 15 months with no resolution till date. Sent a message to senior management 6 months ago with no response.

@FreedomMobile change their policy according to the customer’s situation. Switch to other service providers if you need a better service and save money and only pay for what you use. Because @FreedomMobile does is going a great job in extorting their customers. #freedommobile
