@freedomsupport I signed up for a promo at the beginning of January and never received my SIM and now I am being told my account cannot be found and I am SOL. This is very disappointing, I got it for my son’s birthday which is coming up.

@freedomsupport Hi there Freedom Mobile, I am a long time customer of yours. I am messaging because I am flying to Manila tomorrow and I’m going to be there for around 3/4 months. I was wondering if you guys could hold my account/while I’m there? Thank you very much.

Having the worst experience with @FreedomMobile right now. Cancelled an unused line in August, but they didn't update their system. Then they continued to bill in stealth, until we get a collections agency letting us know there's an outstanding amount.

@freedomsupport @Apple And @Apple asked that I take it back to Freedom Mobile. After exhausting everything I could, I think I will be needing the help of the media and a good lawyer to see this through this.

@FreedomMobile @freedomsupport I have been charged USA roaming charges on my number, when i never left Canada. Your customer care reps dont seem to understand the problem. Should i be paying US roaming charges while sitting in Toronto?
