    @freedomsupport I need to cancel. I'm not getting the service I pay for. I can't even make a phone call on the road without it dropping. It's just not a service you buy if you need a phone.

    @freedomsupport Auto join has been turned off for days and it still automatically connects to ShawMobileHotspot. It is grotesque that Freedom Mobile always tries to force me to connect to ShawMobileHotspot instead of my home network.

    On the line for over 40 min trying to resolve almost $100 in charges I never incurred. Latest rep offered to refund me %50 of what @FreedomMobile is trying to STEAL FROM ME! If I tried to rob a person and only return %50 of goods, I'd be arrested. Where is the regulation?!

    Why is every @FreedomMobile customer care rep extremely incompetent. Im doing a simple plan change and it has taken over an hour. This is one of the most basic things in Wireless
