    @FreedomMobile Just got off with 611 retention and it was the worst experience ever. A total disgrace by a @Quebecor subsidiary. The people they hire are a disgrace to Canadian society. Can't answer simple questions and threaten customers. @CRTCHearings

    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!

    @FreedomMobile your cell coverage is so awful since switching to your service my phone is basically useless unless I am on wifi. It’s horrible. SOS mode constantly and we’re 10 min from a city.

    Usually you guys are the worst service providers in Canada. But in the 6 years I’ve used y’all I’ve never had this much issues. Why is my reception off since yesterday freedom? @FreedomMobile It’s 6:37 a.m on a Saturday & I’m up because of you guys. What’s up?
