Ivydelray 🙂 (@ivydelray) reported@FreedomMobile been on hold all day to fix our home internet - over 3 hours now. But when called and said add more services you picked up jn 1.47 minutes!
-
James Kellough (@JamesKello) reported@FreedomMobile you just lost an internet and TV customer through a combination of employee incompetence and a deficient infrastructure piggyback business model. I gave you guys 8 months but its clear hybrid workers can't rely on your business and service model. 👋🏻

Al Sadius (@Alsadius) reportedHey, @FreedomMobile, quick question. Have any of your employees ever used your customer service systems? Because my experiences today have been astoundingly bad - among the worst customer service experiences of my life. I'm trying to give you money, and it's just brick walls.

Ryan John White. (@RyanCanadian) reported@FreedomMobile Went to Fido they took the time to explain everything, found the right provider for me, out of 3 carriers & went with Rogers, didn't need auto pay, got 100gb of data, better service, & walked out the store with a brand new Pixel 10 with no cost up front. That's how you do it.

Stewart 🏴 🇨🇦 (@Stewmeak) reported@FreedomMobile The cell service in Queensland SE Calgary is absolutely terrible. Luckily my contracts now up

rehan (@wawast) reported@FreedomMobile I've not been able to get a hold of support regarding my cell phone service through freedom mobile WhatsApp support. tried multiple times but got no responses after waiting many hours. On one occasion the wait was 6+ hours and then I was kick'd off the queue.

Not Op Cue (@NotOpCue) reported@FidoSolutions When I spoke to you rep on the phone he did not care about the price raise and when I said I was going to cancel he did not try to keep me. A company that has no respect for loyalty and paying every month on time does not deserve my business. @FreedomMobile offered me a great deal when I was leaving them years back, but I still said no cause the data was trash in some areas. @Rogers raised the price randomly on me several times, left them cause why pay $55 a month for something when you can get the same thing for $25 a month.

Vine.Park 🇨🇦🎙️ (@VineParkMedia) reported@FreedomMobile loyalty accounts for nothing with your company can’t believe I had to walk back out the door of one of your stores with the same broken phone. I walked in with because your representative refused to help me. time to give one of your competitors my money now.
