    @FreedomMobile 7 weeks of no data on one phone, multiple visits to the kiosks, countless phone calls and now you have also lost the phone number to our business. Ticket FSR00310197. Please help.

    @FreedomMobile Online. in store they ding you for $30 after failing to mention this fee when asked 20 or so times about "the total cost" during customer service calls. Don't forget to mention that, eh? it's not $0, it's $30.

    @freedomsupport you can call our customer care at 611 for help if you do want phone service. We do not offer outbound calls here however. -S.C YOUR SERVICE IS DOWN !!!!!!!!!!!! I CAN"T CALL YOU> THAT IS THE POINT!!!!
