@emd20000 @FreedomMobile If your own home will NOT allow signal inside, turn on Wi-Fi, setup and turn on WI-FI CALLING. Because the carrier cannot "fix" that kind of problem.

@freedomsupport I just upgraded my kid's plan to Freedom 2GB online. Site said that "new and existing customers" get bonus data, but the fine print says it doesn't apply if I change plans online? Seems kind of dumb, can we fix that so he gets the bonus data?

@FreedomMobile CROOKS! Finalized my order w/o my consent, added a protection plan that I told them not to add and now can’t tell me where my phone is and refuse to escalate the issue!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

@freedomsupport when agents mention to one customer on the plan to wait to upgrade for this summer deal & not the other stuck with paying $122 compared to my original $65 People make sure to ask more than 1 agent because these guys are sneaky & during covid noless take advantage

@FreedomMobile your "unlimited data" is such bs, almost 10 years of this being throttled to the point of being unable to do ANYTHING except tweet... I can't even load my work app to you know, clock in, and get money to pay for this garbage service

@FreedomMobile I am trying to get customer service help. My father has been charged for over two years for a service he canceled two years ago. Called Customer Support and they keep putting me on hold. Transferring me from one "supervisor" to another. They won't issue a refund.
