@freedomsupport Feedback? Not one single CS interaction we’ve had with Freedom has been enjoyable. Always issues and get the runaround. It would be a waste of my time and yours to provide feedback. Crediting back the unexpected charges was the thing to do and you failed miserably.

@FreedomMobile Planned obsolescence by companies that have no incentive to make products last longer decreases the length of time we hang on to our gadgets before we toss them away for the next new thing. Our system of disposal has been to dump our e-waste onto any country willing to take it.

Hi @freedomsupport I’m permanently moving from Canada to UAE (Dubai). And I want to keep my mobile phone number for 2FA etc. I’ve been told your $99 prepaid plan would be an interesting option. If I transferred to it, would my phone work in UAE (or do you have network partners)?

@freedomsupport Yes I can read. And I’d suggest customer retention = retaining customers not sending them elsewhere. I’m well aware I have options. I don’t feel stick. Angry. Annoyed. Furious.JUDGED. Are all the emotions I am experiencing
