@TELUSsupport Thank u @TELUSsupport for coming through. @FreedomMobile has absolutely NO costumer loyalty. I've been a customer for more than 10yrs and clearly they dont care if I switch carriers so I'm going to be calling you after I get off work today. I hope I can switch over to you asap🤞🏾

@TheTruMessiah @FreedomMobile I knowww! I was with bell before, Then I changed to freedom over some boxing day deals and that was like the worst decision. First, they lost my number through transfer and now the customer service's the worst.

@freedomsupport 1/2 I have questions about why your customer service is so piss poor. 3 days later I still don’t have a simple second line added. 45mins plus on each chat. One agent makes an offer. Transfers me. Next agent says no that’s invalid. Transfers me. Next agent says im sorry, transfers

Whether it is @Globalive or another buyer of @FreedomMobile we must ensure the buyer is a well-capitalized pureplay independent with no ties to the Big Three, one that will actually compete so that prices come down in mobile services.

@freedomsupport Well I never received any emails or message asking for my consent, Moreover maximum roaming charges are around 14-20$ per day, why would you charge 100$ for May be an hourly usage? I have specifically asked in past to shut down all my services that may cost me extra.
