    @FreedomMobile is a joke I bought a 75gb package and they throttled me to less than 1mbps after 10gb and their support offers nothing

    @FreedomMobile why do you advertise certified pre owned phones on your website as a good option. But then they are NEVER in stock. It’s an excellent choice for my mom because she doesn’t need newest and wants to keep. But we can never buy. When will it be an option?!

Plus I dm’d u like told me to & u STILL haven’t replied. Why don’t YOU take my issue to them instead me explainng the same thing over & over 2 20 ppl

    @FreedomMobile … Freedom mobile internet is not working in Vaughan area all along Major Mackenzie… such a pathetic service by Freedom… advise to all prospective users…. Don’t subscribe to Freedom mobile… internet service is very pathetic….also never work in any indoor plaza

    @FreedomMobile says that if you use your phone outside Canada for over a month then your services will be suspended even if you pay your monthly bill or are travelling. Looks like now it’s the time to change my mobile service. #strange

    @FreedomMobile Girlfriend and brother got 80 extra gbs just for being a long time customer. I’ve been a customer since you guys were called Wind mobile. How come I didn’t get anything? Account has always been in good standing too.

    @FreedomMobile My number was remains stop incoming call and text for 2 weeks. After frustration, changed service provider. No compensation/refund yet get.
