HR (@_kasheer_) reported@FreedomMobile Last two times I was told they will fix it. Now I am being told that half of my Roam Beyond data (bonus 10GB) will be used within Canada BEFORE my home data is used (250GB US/Canada/Mex). How does it even make sense?!

I've been bounced btwn two depts for 2 hrs!! 9 people I spoke to!! u have effed up my profile in the DB either a sync issue or corrupted and I'm stuck in middle. I'm going to CRTC if I don't get help ASAP

They even sent me a text on feb 26th last year saying my bill wont be deducted from my account till march 11th cuz that was when it was due. THE VERY NEXT DAY they tried taking the money. I got a text saying the money did not go thru. Im like "What ********?!" I could sue, my bank has all my records even insufficient account tries from anyone when im broke. I talked to my bank after another incidient that was really ****** up. I had to GET A NEW CARD entirely. And i didnt even have auto pay on! They just went and tries to take it cuz the card was saved as a payment option. Scammy scammy scammy

Spike (@HeyimSpike) reported@FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

Not Op Cue (@NotOpCue) reported@FidoSolutions When I spoke to you rep on the phone he did not care about the price raise and when I said I was going to cancel he did not try to keep me. A company that has no respect for loyalty and paying every month on time does not deserve my business. @FreedomMobile offered me a great deal when I was leaving them years back, but I still said no cause the data was trash in some areas. @Rogers raised the price randomly on me several times, left them cause why pay $55 a month for something when you can get the same thing for $25 a month.

Why does this small region have no service yet there is coverage there? You guys have service in Grand Forks & in Creston. So?🤔?🤔?
