@freedomsupport I have had these issues for over a year with Freedom your network is awful and the customer service when I call in with an issue is sh*t. I can't wait until this contract is up and hope people rethink going with garbage Freedom in the future

@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile recently used your express payment and it took money out twice and still didn't renew my service, had to use a friend's visa to do it and it worked fine but I'm out two payments that went through for no reason.... Totaled $108 roughly....

@AskISED @freedomsupport Thank you. They refuse to look into it as they claim that I never attempted to pay my bill. It does show on my bank statement and the bank has confirmed the money was in fact sent and delivered to @FreedomMobile - thank you for your help, it’s really appreciated.

@RogersHelps Hey @freedomsupport weird eh? I’m so excited to file a complaint with the CRTC. My guess is that they feel the same.

  • lindshopewalsh Linds W (@lindshopewalsh) reported

@freedomsupport is the WORST, the coverage sucks, the customer service is gross. They are liars, don’t know anything about the contracts and are useless and rude. @Bell_Support or @RogersHelps don’t play games like this. The CRTC said they have tons of complaints daily.

  • TrevorNose89 trevor noseworthy (@TrevorNose89) reported

@FreedomMobile anyone thinking of going with Freedom PLEASE DON'T for your own sake don't the network sucks and service is garbage. Do yourself a favor pay $10-$20 more a month for any other company it will be way more reliable. Only use Freedom 2 get a better rate somewhere else

So @FreedomMobile won't transfer me to their loyalty department because they're "too busy". Surely there's got to be an easier way to cancel one's service.
