    @freedomsupport I upgrade my phone on November 27th and today is Dec 27th and still waiting for my phone to arrived. Freedom passing the buck saying they did their job and ship the phone so It is my problem now to deal with Fedex. I didn't order the phone from Fedex .

    @FreedomMobile great service-not. We're in a lockdown meaning seniors like myself are staying home. Now Freedom penalizes me for not being able to go back to a store & complain when my phone doesn't work. Charges me a connection fee when have been a customer 4+ yrs. Shame on you.

    @freedomsupport No help at all from the support staff. The store is located: 252 Mayfield Common Northwest Unit A011, Edmonton, AB T5P 4B3. I visited that store on Dec.26. 2020 at exactly 4:38pm as that was the time the staff were entering my info in the system and I got a text with
