@freedomsupport I'm in Seattle and have purchased a Big Gig USA one time add on. However, I can't seem to connect. By default my phone connected to a 3G T-Mobile network, but can't get calls or messages through. AT&T and T-Mobile LTE networks don't register when I try. Help?

@freedomsupport The saga continues. Reached out to support for the 3rd time. 2nd line still not ported, apparently because the IMEI contained spaces. If that's an issue, the agent should've caught this, or the system should've caught this, and it should've been corrected. Imbiciles.

@freedomsupport Is your site having issues? It's refusing to bring up the 2FA dialog when I attempt to log in. Then it just says login failed. Would be cool if I could see my bill to pay it, thanks.

@freedomsupport I had my internet restored briefly on Saturday from the Rogers outage but it's been down again in Markham since Sunday morning. I've used almost 4GB of my monthly plan already. Can I get a credit applied to my account?
