    @FreedomMobile I've not been able to get a hold of support regarding my cell phone service through freedom mobile WhatsApp support. tried multiple times but got no responses after waiting many hours. On one occasion the wait was 6+ hours and then I was kick'd off the queue.

    @FreedomMobile I closed my acct. 8 months ago, paid the balance & have email confirmation. Why are you sending me a bill? I've tried to speak to customer service & no one will respond.

    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

    @FreedomMobile Reception is absolutely terrible in Queensland and deer run Calgary. Even when showing 5g . Not worth paying for
