  Never use @FreedomMobile they took one hour to cancel my service over messaging because they say they cant do it in store. Then said it would take 24-48 hours to unlock it! What????

  @freedomsupport my mother's freedom cell hasn't been able to receive or send calls, same with text messages. Surrey BC. is there an issue?

  @FreedomMobile love that my service inexplicably couldn't be renewed this morning so I had to borrow a friend's phone to get to the hospital for a pregnancy emergency and now the website won't let me top-up either. 👍
