@freedomsupport Currently on the phone waiting to speak with a supervisor. The service used to be fantastic when I worked for you guys and it seems it has all went down hill since.

  • kellyIsSomeOne Kelly Is No One (@kellyIsSomeOne) reported

Attention ALL companies & corporations. If you want to speak with me, I require a person on the other end of the phone. Leaving me a voicemail telling me to call you isn't working for me. I will never call you. #CustomerService @FreedomMobile

  • VirveAljas Virve Aljas (@VirveAljas) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@freedomsupport Get a hold of you? That's a very innovative solution. They've already wasted valuable time trying to deal with your customer service. A name, a direct contact would be fantastic.

  • jkmiller123 Kevin Miller 🧞‍♂️ (@jkmiller123) reported

@FreedomMobile great customer support today. Thank. Added a data package to the wrong line at 3 am because I was sleepy. And they fixed it up quickly and easily.

  • VirveAljas Virve Aljas (@VirveAljas) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@freedomsupport With all due respect, your process could go something like this: "My child died, I need to cancel the plan and return the phone." "We'll take care of everything, the plan is canceled as of now, we'll send you a return package for the phone. Condolences."

@freedomsupport been calling support for an hour and keep getting my calls dropped when the line is getting transferred.

  • KPKyeg Kevin Kimmis (@KPKyeg) reported

@TheLastLinda Glad to know he’s trying. I’m with @FreedomMobile which is cheap but they only have a 4G network. And since Shaw announced the sale to Rogers, which has Videotron buying Freedom, talk of upgrading their network has ceased.

  • kris_ugu Kris Uguccioni (@kris_ugu) reported

Go into the store. Which we did yesterday. Guy updated her plan no problem but no phone in stock. She’s there again today and now they won’t upgrade her device, that they now have in stock…. Bc her married last name is different. @freedomsupport why do you guys make things hard?

  • kcclaveria Kelvin Claveria ⚡️ (@kcclaveria) reported

@MishaAbasov @FreedomMobile @Fidomobile Wait, it is? I thought it was on the same network as Rogers.
