    @FreedomMobile Hello Freedom Mobile team, I’m reaching out because I’ve been having difficulty getting in touch with your customer service team. Despite multiple attempts, I haven’t been able to reach anyone for assistance. I tried calling 611, app chat, and whatsapp!

    After 15 years we dropped @Rogers they offered no price match or customer retention. And wouldn’t even offer the same rate as their “new to Canada” offer… @FreedomMobile FTW exact same everything and bill is down $100 month

    @FreedomMobile I closed my acct. 8 months ago, paid the balance & have email confirmation. Why are you sending me a bill? I've tried to speak to customer service & no one will respond.

    @FreedomMobile is the ABSOLUTE worst service provider ever! 14 years as a customer and I’m being treated so horribly, cancel your services with them abhorrent customer service

    @FreedomMobile I do not recommend this network to anyone in Canada. After bombarding me to converting marketing emails, I visited their stall at Fairview Mall in Don Mills Toronto- guess the worst experience I had from the sales man in the store he wanted to beat up bse I over questioned him.

    @MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I pay $44 (after tax). US Canada Mexico. 90gb. Price guarantee so they'll never change it even if my plan is grandfathered. Come to @FreedomMobile grab a prepaid plan for 1 month to test out, if you like it port your number over after.
