    @freedomsupport Email password and security changed. Took my awhile to reach them to suspend the number. Damage was already done. Email lost completely after 20 years of using the same email, never got hacked until some Freedom mobile employee compromised my personal info.

    @Microsoft I cant believe that in 2020 you can ONLY talk/chat with a BOT at Microsoft. You cant reach a human being @microsoftcanada to talk to when you have issues. My hotmail email was hacked via #simswapping and 2 factor authentication by some employee at @FreedomMobile.

    @diyyinah @FreedomMobile Oh damn. I picked up a $75 for 20GB plan at the beginning of the year. At least I have 5G? I don't trust Freedom coverage enough to hop over, though.

    @freedomsupport No help at all from the support staff. The store is located: 252 Mayfield Common Northwest Unit A011, Edmonton, AB T5P 4B3. I visited that store on Dec.26. 2020 at exactly 4:38pm as that was the time the staff were entering my info in the system and I got a text with
