  @Brightstar Don't bother getting @Brightstar plans. I have a phone protection plan through Canada's @FreedomMobile and it's a scam. I pay $9/month on a 2-year contract - that's $216 over the contract. My screen cracked, and I'm being told it's $129 to fix. That's $390 after tax!!

  Just a little while ago, I got off the phone with bunch of unskilled, no experience and ‘terrible’ @FreedomMobile customer service agents. It was the most wasted & useless 76 minutes of my life. The 3 agents are extremely terrible and it reflect the kind of company they work for.

  @FreedomMobile Please work in listening to customers. Your customer service is subpar and get rid of double verification. So when calling should take 6 verifications via 3 modes to verify who I am. No other cell service provider does this.

  @freedomsupport damn some pretty horrible customer service here. Got connected to an agent from the messaging platform that takes 10-15 minutes to respond on each message. It’s been over an hour talking to the guy and he’s still asking basic questions. So ridiculous!

  @FreedomMobile freedom mobile is a ******* rip off...selling 5G phones at Top dollar and all they have is a 4g network... SHAME.
