    @FreedomMobile you guys need to give L.P. over at @freedomsupport a raise. I spent nearly 10 hours between two days trying to get an issue resolved & got passed person to person until L.P. took it upon themselves to look into the issue for me. Top tier employee to say the least!

    @freedomsupport Please help! Got a new phone and now I cannot receive texts from my most important contact (but we can both send and rec. texts from other contacts) he gets mine but I don’t get his!
