As a long-time Canadian customer, I'm concerned about Bill C-22 and how it might impact my data privacy. ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ Iโ€™m eager to hear what steps @FreedomMobile plans to take to protect its customers, especially as other companies are speaking out. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ”’

@CRTCeng Finally. It has been long due. Telcos have been charging it to exploit customers further, although the plans pricing is still high compared to rest of the world but thanks for @FreedomMobile, at least now overall service providers charge less than what they used to few years ago

@FreedomMobile next step will be to move all my lines to Rogerโ€™s and pay the penalty with freedom. Thatโ€™s how disappointed in this company who is willing to loose a customer of 6 years

Pay more, get less. Thatโ€™s the @FreedomMobile motto โ€” unstable internet, unresponsive support. Hard pass. โŒ๐Ÿ“ก @CBCNews @globalnews

@FreedomMobile Warning: Do not contract any service with Freedom Mobile. It's a company that steals from you and doesn't tell you. It's a company that deceives its customers with lies. You call to cancel the service and they continue charging you for months after you've cancelled

@FreedomMobile for a telecom company, you surely set the bar for how low quality and crappy a service can be. Your website does not load and it's been 48 hours. Please fix.

Well. @Rogers Shaw, whoever they are doesnโ€™t seem to keen on fighting to keep a 20+ year customer so letโ€™s play the what do people got to offer game? Internet, TV, Home Phone. DM me your best plans @TELUS @FreedomMobile and whoever else.

@Kotaku WTF is up with the unclosable @FreedomMobile ad on your website? The little X to close ad doesn't do jack **** so rather than wasting my time (I'm already a FM client), I had no other choice but to leave the site & not read the content I opened on the first place. #BadWebDesign

@FreedomMobile Went to Fido they took the time to explain everything, found the right provider for me, out of 3 carriers & went with Rogers, didn't need auto pay, got 100gb of data, better service, & walked out the store with a brand new Pixel 10 with no cost up front. That's how you do it.
