renée di päsqualę (@reneedipasquale) reported@FreedomMobile I called to cancel the line on Oct 29th and still getting invoiced for service. Was told that it wasn't actually canceled on your end, and I still need to pay for a line that doesn't exist. Are you a joke?

Not only did they not apply a promotion to our account that was the only reason we signed in the first place, we call them and tell them to apply it and refund us for it. But they don’t refund it.
