    I don't think @FreedomMobile cares for its customers or cares whether they are staying or leaving ! It's not giving any offers despite being a loyal customer. Hence, I don't have any optionbut to leave. At least, I will get good discount and better network if I switch

    @FreedomMobile: Here is frustrated customer who lost some really important meetings due to the data issue. What the hell is nationwide data when you are in same province. Why doesn't your sales rep make the customer aware of this while they change the plan.

    @freedomsupport I disabled auto connect every time I see it connected to it for the last couple of years. Then I’m out walking again & BOOM reconnected to it. I also tried to forget the Shaw connection & no luck. Online research says it’s a known issue, but I can’t find a way to solve it myself.

    @FreedomMobile I am with freedom for years, renewing year after year. Yet not a single gig as a bonus for being a loyal customer is given. So, next time I get the same plan from a major provider, I might transfer and get a better reception. Something to think about.

    @freedomsupport I'm currently in Berkeley California and my data just stopped working all together. Is there an outage for US roaming? It's been this way since around 11pm pacific at least

    @FreedomMobile Worst service ever. Ported a line to freedom today and boom! Line ported. Did a top up and now line is not working. Even can’t receive any text or call and C.Service doesn’t have any clue what’s going on! Hats off to you guys! 🙏🙏 She replied it is a rare case.

    All that time they have been refusing to issue a refund and kept offering me additional coverage through their other, "nationwide" network, which have to be paid additionally. Eventually I had to reach out to @CCTS_CPRST. #Avoid @FreedomMobile
