@freedomsupport Hey, is there any way to flag fraud phone calls with you? I've got 8 automated "Service Canada caught you doing a no no, you need to pay bitcoins or go to jail" calls today. All from different numbers. I can't find anyway to flag is fraud.

@freedomsupport SMS get lost when on Nationwide, how can I get help on this? Chat support just wasted 2 hours of my time. Is this a known issue?

@tlrowanrmt @FreedomMobile Downloading more on the customer in the name of Self Service, but still charging us for that service they should be performing. Yup with Rogers buying them, this is makes sense as they are falling in line with their bad business practices.

@freedomsupport Perhaps considering changing it to a "Network Improvement Fee" then? Connection fee makes it sound like you provided me with an actual service.

Today @FreedomMobile’s customer service manager HUNG UP ON ME, after speaking to me in an unacceptable way. I was calmly asking to be treated as a human, not swearing or yelling, and the manager continued to insult me and then hung up. Shocking service.

@freedomsupport If there is anyone specific with the company I could send a formal email to with a better explanation of the ideas and how they'd improve consumer experience without hurting profit/network integrity I'd be totally willing to do so if you'd forward me that info via DM.

I know us Canadians are getting pretty hosed on our cell phone plans but @FreedomMobile just charged me a $45 connection fee for a new phone despite being an existing customer with a number already connected.

@DomChrisOwens @FreedomMobile The service they offer is somewhat specialized hence the pricing/price gouging. I'm guessing as a freelancer you have a business number. Usually better service for businesses. Business/home internet is through bell still. Fibe.
