@AskISED @freedomsupport Thank you. They refuse to look into it as they claim that I never attempted to pay my bill. It does show on my bank statement and the bank has confirmed the money was in fact sent and delivered to @FreedomMobile - thank you for your help, it’s really appreciated.

@freedomsupport My wife is the "account holder". Twice she's asked me to be added and twice nothing has happened. I want to know why when I was with Rogers with 9GB of data I never went over, and now with Freedom with 16GB of data, my data keeps getting frozen around the 15th of the month.

@FreedomMobile I am BEYOND horrified by my experience today. I went to simply return a phone I was completely entitled to under Buyer’s Remorse, but the store manager was INCREDIBLY rude, and on top of that lied to us and customer service. He said my phone was not in sellable-
