@freedomsupport Hope you make my Friday better. I am unable to upgrade device neither online (because your order processing system sucks) nor at the store (because stores don’t have the stock). Upon placing an order online, thanks for charging my credit card without issuing the device. Pathetic!

@Tazco @FreedomMobile Are you insane? What the hell are you keeping stuff in your phone for? Google provides 15G for free and 100G is €1.99 a month. Access from any device, no problem changing your phone. Have you heard of the cloud????

Hey @FreedomMobile why can I do everything online except for removing a line? Now I am stuck in a phone waiting loop and when I tried to do it via chat it was just confusing. Also instead of giving me $5 off for 4 months when cancelling you should reward loyal customers! #fail

@FreedomMobile You guys need to train your employees.. last few days has been terrible for me due to your incompetent staff. When we go to store, they ask to place order online. When we try to place order online and via customer care, the order doesn't go through and they ask us to go to store.

@freedomsupport In the midst of a stay at home order I would think policy would be reconsidered. In my opinion it is poor social responsibility and disregard for citizens. Promoting in-person shopping is against everything we are being told. $10 discounts would come at a very high cost, no?
