    Usually @FreedomMobile has fantastic customer service, but today was not good! Told the person what phone I wanted to get right off the bat… spent 30 minutes trying to set up the new phone and plan, had to MESSAGE a live agent while on the phone (was directed to)…

    @FreedomMobile I have been waiting for over an 1¼hr for a reply to my WhatsApp request for service. What's up with that? This is *terrible* Customer Service. I guess I'm happy I'm not listening to muzak

    @freedomsupport Hey @freedomsupport, I'm trying to pay my bill. The card I had on record expired. I can enter the new card info no problem, but it won't let me change my billing address, which is different for this card than it was for the old one. Please advise.
