@freedomsupport I have already logged in through 2FA with a code sent to my device. The problem is not being able to update my billing address details myself like an adult after having moved well over a year ago.

@freedomsupport My biggest issue is I feel ripped off. I bought two phones. So we have three in our family now. I bought two for my kids for Christmas and freedom said they would credit the Account and start the billing on Christmas Day when my kids get them. Nope I got charged for an extra $200

@FreedomMobile you just lost a customer because you have prevented the use of the online checkout function. I’m not going into a store because I will not be able to use my digital discount and there’s currently a pandemic with numbers rising!
