    Had the worst ever experience with @freedomsupport They flagged my account for "excessive texting" and locked me out of texting for an entire month. They did not inform me of this. When I called technical support multiple times they assured me my device was the issue.

    @freedomsupport I tried to do with your employees at the branch where I purchased my plan and they only took my information, to "comment it to the manager and for him to call me", he never called me, that was two weeks ago

    @freedomsupport that doesn't solve the problem. I need a manager to call me, which they do and three times theyve left 6 digit return numbers. All this after you reneg on your offer.

    .@freedomsupport hi is it possible to set up my account on Twitter? I’ve had a freedom bill for like 2 months but was never told to set up a pin/account. A bill auto payment didn’t go through but I’d like to process it again

    @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport I’ve received the WORST customer service both instore and on the phone. Over a week I’ve been trying to upgrade my phone and plan and have been given nothing but the run around.
