  @freedomsupport We've a problem with the service.Over more then 7 calls we paid $327.27, $122.79 × 3. No one know where that money is.Plan which was offered by retention department has changed as well.What 1st person offered and what last person is comfirming are totally different things.

  @freedomsupport why are you guys so unreliable! You misplaced four of my payments, and I was guaranteed the payments would return to my bank account, they have not, you guaranteed to not suspend my service on YOUR mistake , and you did. Truly disgusting and egregious behaviour.

  @TwitterSupport @FreedomMobile Is it a Twitter issue or the mobile carrier issue that the verification code is not delivered via SMS!? It’s been a month since this issue has come up, and it’s causing a major inconvenience.😢😭

  Apparently @FreedomMobile outsources their customer service to a company in Egypt now. That was hands down some of the worst customer service.
