    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

    @FreedomMobile please investigate your outsourced employees as one or more of them are sending scam text with links. These text only started coming after reaching out to your support team after a double payment off my credit card a few months ago

    @FreedomMobile In Niagara Falls Canada last 2 days. Get a message yesterday that I roamed into the US and would be charged at such. Never left Canada. And now today can't get a call out. Not even to you for support. What happened to your twitter suport chat.

    @FreedomMobile Can you please make sure a customer with full information about after services charges. Why did you introduce some new **** like giving connection fee refund with $5 over 9 months than full reimbursed.
