Though, setting up the lights (on the ceiling) and never taking 'em down again, and leaving them running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (despite what the manufacturer claimed would cause a fire - they're LED).

In the meantime I have spoken to multiple agents and none of them have been able to resolve the service issues.
