  so was talking to someone from @freedomsupport about my issues with upgrading online and was told no i can not do it online i am not eligible due to a recent billing delay? i have to go instore. now tell me how can someone do that when my city is on lockdown?? makes no sense.

  Made a huge mistake switching to @FreedomMobile saving $70 a month isn’t worth having to sleep inside a cell tower to get service. You suck

  @francescsr @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile They use to have an online chat which was AMAZING! now everything is outsourced, none of their chat options work & the agents have all been extremely rude & unhelpful
