    @FreedomMobile I've not been able to get a hold of support regarding my cell phone service through freedom mobile WhatsApp support. tried multiple times but got no responses after waiting many hours. On one occasion the wait was 6+ hours and then I was kick'd off the queue.

    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!

    @JTkksmom @FreedomMobile Why? Because they are headquartered in Quebec. My vast experience with Quebec based companies is extremely poor. I try to avoid at all cost.

    @FreedomMobile I don't get any network in my office building in downtown Toronto and when I call you technical support team, the people either shout or cut the call. If this is the service one receives I am done with your service. Scammer company

    @FreedomMobile you just lost an internet and TV customer through a combination of employee incompetence and a deficient infrastructure piggyback business model. I gave you guys 8 months but its clear hybrid workers can't rely on your business and service model. 👋🏻
