    @freedomsupport Mistakenly ordered a new line from Freedom instead of upgrade, called to cancel immediately on Jan.26. Freedom didn't cancel, charged my account $1350, didn't ship any device yet suspended my account for being overlimit. Are you serious?

    @freedomsupport They have. "SC" told our customer that Freedom Mobile "cannot authorize it via our end." The customer is outside of Canada. They can receive the Port Out SMS message, but cannot reply because you use a Canada-only Short Code to send it. They cannot call 877-946-3184 it is CA-only

    @FreedomMobile I have an issue with the staff at one of your mall kiosks in Burnaby BC I would like to talk about this with someone at head office.

    @freedomsupport you can call our customer care at 611 for help if you do want phone service. We do not offer outbound calls here however. -S.C YOUR SERVICE IS DOWN !!!!!!!!!!!! I CAN"T CALL YOU> THAT IS THE POINT!!!!

    @freedomsupport I guess your own service isn't working.....so you can't call to service a PAYING CUSTOMER..
