@freedomsupport I am a @FreedomMobile customer since 2017. Could you dm me and take down my number before letting me know of stock? I am not confident the stores will call.

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

@VictoriousOwO @FreedomMobile And nobody said you were mandated to buy a new device to remain a customer.

  • LocalRaccoon156 Canadian Raccoon. (@LocalRaccoon156) reported

Bruh I understand making service slow when you pass your data limit. But making it slow to the point you can barely use is literally the most evil thing I can imagine. Thank you @FreedomMobile you made working harder for me.

@freedomsupport I’m starting to get really annoyed with how reliable service is. Haven’t been able to send txt msg for 3 days now and no one there can help. Are you guys have outages?

  • Amma02020 Amma2020 (@Amma02020) reported

@FreedomMobile I am annoyed, as Freedom mobile has no technical staff at their westway location, who can solve the issues with their chat features problem with Samsung phones

  • reaonford Reaon Ford (@reaonford) reported

@freedomsupport I just got off the phone with your colleagues — they were unable to help me, but thanks for the offer. I was told I would need to turn off my Wifi every time, which isn’t much of a fix.

  • leeanne_walker Lee-Anne-Rose Walker (@leeanne_walker) reported

@freedomsupport That’s not true. Just spoke to someone on the phone and my ticket will not be escalated to be resolved. Im paying $150 a month to not be able to send txt msgs and no one can tell me why or help.

  • EhtishamQ Ehtisham Qadir (@EhtishamQ) reported

@freedomsupport So at least your customer service department should inform us, Tried to call them but they don’t have any answer and same for my friend @wyne357

  • HudDabangg HudHudDabangg (@HudDabangg) reported

@freedomsupport I was chatting with your support contact over the issues with my coverage connectivity on roaming. Will I be able to continue the chat or wait till tomorrow

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

@Amma02020 @FreedomMobile If you're talking about RCS not working properly, temporarily turn it off, then turn it back on. The other way around it to get it working, would be a factory reset (because transfering junk data and settings from your previous device, can cause issues like these to happen).
