    @freedomsupport Yeah, I don't think so. Your service today was so ******. You are not worth my time. I even spoke with a call centre supervisor. He was the worst of them all.

    Why am I being charged with a connection fee for a phone upgrade when I’m already an ongoing customer???? I was sent a SIM card that didn’t even work, I had to use my old one. I could have just bought this phone elsewhere. @FreedomMobile

  • Yesuasavedme Freddy Ntumba (@Yesuasavedme) reported

    @FreedomMobile I'm using Freedom Mobile right now and your connection is sucks! I wouldn't advise anyone to use your service

    @FreedomMobile Cheaper is not always better. Service throttles often. I wont get texts til the next day,even verification texts. Service reads emergency calls only often. I feel like I pay for nothibg. It leeches service from my home wifi. Other than that, very poor all around. AVOID THIS!!!

    @FreedomMobile why can't I leave Edmonton (literally can't go 20 mins outside the city) without losing service? It's the opposite of freedom and quite honestly it's a safety concern.

    @FreedomMobile How about network ?

    @freedomsupport I truly appreciate that however I still have a bad taste in my mouth from the freedom home internet service that was so poorly handled in my case. I will touch base with a representative in my city in due course since I refuse to use Rogers, Shaw, or Telus for retail service.

    @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile hello, why are you guys charging me a connection fee for a service i already have with you for more than 7 years. I've upgraded devices 3 times with you and is the first time i am charged that fee.

    @FreedomMobile You wrote that the overpriced data hurts, and advertised another overpriced data plan. Wtf?
