Your 611 agent in #Egypt wasn’t able to cancel my account despite your customer care on Facebook telling me I could phone in. Hey @freedomsupport! 1) your chat rep took way too long to answer my question. Decided to call instead 2) I get hung up on whenever I try to call. 3) I should get more than a $5 credit when other people are getting $15 for the same issue especially when you're wasting my time
@freedomsupport My bills are always paid on time and i never have a problem. You should hire me to do a commercial or be "the freedom guy"!
@FreedomMobile ignored and hung up numerous times to avoid confronting a paying loyal customer.
@RogersAffaires I've tried another Telus customer and they received my text, plus I tried a Koodo customer and it worked. So it seems it's between daughter & her husband, one on @FreedomMobile , the other on @Telus
@freedomsupport It is unacceptable, customers shouldn't have to go without service for days for FM's technical issues.
@FreedomMobile just screwed me and I cannot use my phone or port out until the back office looks at the ticket, which will take days. This is the worst service I ever got. @MobileSyrup #freedommobile
@freedomsupport my wife has an s9 plus I have the same phone and my roaming is not working and heres is. My sons is also not working . Roaming is turned on. Phone sees the nationwide band but will not connect
