    @freedomsupport Nah all good, I managed to get it to $1800.. I did talk to multiple customer support agents and they can’t do anything regarding this.

    @freedomsupport She loses signal and drops calls all the time, in the city, on the 401, even out in the country - recently found out why. She's on the network, not able to roam between towers other than freedoms. Didn't know about different. It's a prepaid plan so I'm not stuck with the service.

    @freedomsupport @ophelialie Bull crap! What network expansion? 5G is out of the roadmap, this is robbery! Freedom hasn’t expanded its service in over a year, if not longer

    @freedomsupport Got it. So in theory if I change phone/plan being an existing customer I shouldn't see a connection fee charge. In theory.
