@freedomsupport So, as an example, look at. The LG 8x atm, I see it says to check stores, but unless I login, there's nothing about online stock. Or is that the sign in and of itself?

@FreedomMobile @MarkArruda76 CVG is a terrible company with very immature supervisors that are not very skilled at all. A 10 year old could make nicer shirts!

Will be switching from @Koodo to @FreedomMobile today. Phone service has been great for me (Mrs CM has constant tech issues), but the customer service has been awful every single time. Going from $58 for 10gb to $45 for 20gb /mo.

@FreedomMobile I am extremely disappointed in how horribly I was treated by one of your store managers and several of your “customer service” reps. It took a CRTC complaint and hours of time to reach an acceptable resolution. I will NEVER recommend Freedom to anybody

@FreedomMobile I don't suppose there's a way to see if a phone is in-stock online without needing a login? Alternatively, what sort of process do you guys do for stock, anyhow? Like, if something goes out, should it *theoretically* come back in, etc...?
