    @FreedomMobile Terrible Protection Plan with “Likewise”😡 they are a bunch of scammers!! People don’t buy protection plan from @FreedomMobile - “LIKEWISE” will happily collect your money but will not help you if you need them!

    @freedomsupport having issues with my service…. My data is still being choked out even though the billing cycle has reset… And I have not used 5 gigs of data in Less the. 15 hrs

    @freedomsupport I’ve had many weeks of delayed texts and not sent texts, maybe a new SIM card would help? I’ve started carrying around the sim removal tool because that’s how often I’m taking it out and restarting it. @FreedomMobile

    @freedomsupport got disconnected twice , and the bad part is they don’t even care to call back . Gotta dial the 1888 number and do the process again . Just horrible

    @FreedomMobile You know what never purchase phone from freedom if so you will get it 2024. I have prebooked 14 pro max months ago and never arrived. so cancelled it bought from bell

    @freedomsupport Freedom mobile are cheats! I got new number on Sept 02, which never started, I visited their rep NUMEROUS times, called their stupid cust care 100s of times, no resolution, they have been deducting my account for last 3 months. Even after canceling the account.

    @FreedomMobile was on prepaid plan, paid no problem monthly, same credit card use every day. You disconnected service for 4 days without warning. Pushed into postpaid plan & to change my number, billed 45$ activation fee and extra 50$ for postpaid plan that you pushed to prepay.

    @FreedomMobile the worst network and the customer service for any network. They are thieves so please stay clear. I bought 2 lines and it was completely unusable. I had no reception half of the city and moved out promptly. Now they are not refunding my money saying tough luck.

    @FreedomMobile All I got was a sorry and will deduct five dollars a month off your next bill s***** customer service won't return the money. They'll never see another dime from me.
