    @gfinockio @koodo @FreedomMobile Mr went with freedom. Hes never been a client. Looking forward to seeing if they have improved

    Will be switching from @Koodo to @FreedomMobile today. Phone service has been great for me (Mrs CM has constant tech issues), but the customer service has been awful every single time. Going from $58 for 10gb to $45 for 20gb /mo.

    I’ve been on multiple calls with @FreedomMobile and when one rep can’t solve the problem they literally hang up on me in order to push the problem on someone else when I call back

    @freedomsupport Really! Been on a call for 3 hrs trying to get a bill resolution and supervisor and agents were of no help. I will be porting my service over to Rogers tomorrow after 8/9 years with Freedom/Wind mobile.

    @freedomsupport Merry Christmas! Any issues with text messages today? Just got a new phone and text messages won’t send at all. iMessage is fine, but SMS won’t send.

    @freedomsupport is freedom having issues in the edmonton area? I can't seem to text out and neither can other family members using freedom. Calls are still working and internet seems to be working as well.

    @Crackmacs @koodo @FreedomMobile Freedom doesn't have service outside of calgary? What are your thoughts on this?
