    Hey @FreedomMobile... just filed a formal complaint to the CCTS on you. 16 years as a loyal customer and you wrongly shut my phone off due to an "unpaid balance" that wasn't posted until yesterday, and shows DUE MARCH 19. Your customer service reps were no help.

    Hey @FreedomMobile why can I dial my wife on your network and only get through every 3 time . Your service is brutally bad in the Rural area’s outside of Edmonton .. Tower issues ???

    @FreedomMobile just ended the call with Aya c10480. After 2h, still got scummed by your company. Never again! No more talks! Folks - do not sign with FreedomMobile especially the prepaid services.

    @FreedomMobile Yes stuck on repeat with no one taking ownership. I've been bounced btwn two depts for 2 hrs!! 9 people I spoke to!! u have effed up my profile in the DB either a sync issue or corrupted and I'm stuck in middle. I'm going to CRTC if I don't get help ASAP
