@freedomsupport Hey, is there any way to flag fraud phone calls with you? I've got 8 automated "Service Canada caught you doing a no no, you need to pay bitcoins or go to jail" calls today. All from different numbers. I can't find anyway to flag is fraud.

@tlrowanrmt @FreedomMobile Downloading more on the customer in the name of Self Service, but still charging us for that service they should be performing. Yup with Rogers buying them, this is makes sense as they are falling in line with their bad business practices.

@FreedomMobile hi freedom, my autopay is suddenly disabled and the customer care isn’t able to enable it. I’m also unable to pay my bill using my credit card - idk why! Can I be connected to a help desk?

@freedomsupport Perhaps considering changing it to a "Network Improvement Fee" then? Connection fee makes it sound like you provided me with an actual service.
