    @freedomsupport are there any issues with voice call reception ? I keep missing two second 2 seconds of reception every 4-8 seconds. Other person seems to hear me fine. Calls through data only work fine. Rebooting has not solved issue. In Peel region.

    @FreedomMobile I tried ordering a phone online but that seems to only be done through a agent that never answered me. So I missed out on the s20 fe 5g for 55 now it’s over 60 :/

    @FreedomMobile I called freedom services today. I waited over 30 minutes. Nobody picked up. Explain this poor service.

    @FreedomMobile Received email for $10 off for 15 months. I pre order iPhone 12 pro max on Nov 26. Yesterday I went to pick up my phone. They said this deal is over. You can’t get it. I want to buy phone on that day but you guys didn’t have phone. any solution?

    @freedomsupport myself. I tried online but it says my current sim number is not in their records. I tried validating using my DoB and it said not correct. I tried contacting phone and Whatsapp support but they were unable to help.

    @freedomsupport I’ve been online shopping for a decade plus, done a ton of returns, and never have had to go back to the local shipping company to get a return label.
