    @TheJUNOAwards @FreedomMobile The gate at my home was locked not by me on April 13 ! I was unable to get into my own home until a lock smith came to open the gate with difficulty !!! Reported to 'police' but they will not help at all and said they can see nothing suspicious ! Hong Kong is no longer safe!

    I have yet to have a good customer service experience with them, literally the most user unfriendly phone company that exists @FreedomMobile

    @freedomsupport Can't make calls, cellular network down. Any feedback or expected resolution?

    @freedomsupport I've used the same credit card to pay for many years until the issue occurred starting last month and this month. So it doesn't really make sense how and why it is happening still.
