    @FreedomMobile Fido offering me 25GB for 40$. You guys have a better offer or should I switch from your network?

  • JF_Viljoen Frank. (@JF_Viljoen) reported

    @freedomsupport Yea and the hopping between towers during a seemingly fine call was a deal breaker for my iPhone 12. I just find it a little rude that you promote a product that your company knows works at a subpar level. Now that I’m on a Telus network the basement is completely fine.

    @DownStatus: you (re)published a Tweet I authored about @FreedomMobile. However, you failed to acknowledge the context of my Tweet, and you're using it to promote your service. Remove it please. Thank you.

    Oh hey there twitter. Just popped back on after a few years to tell you all that @FreedomMobile is a sack of ****. Just spent 4.5 hours chatting with customer "service" because they ****** up a phone plan and refuse to fix it.. Anyways, that's all. Do not use this provider.

  • percyvuv3 Percy Villena (@percyvuv3) reported

    @FreedomMobile Why do I need a 5G phone on a 4G service????

  • ItsManaBitch Mana Scott (@ItsManaBitch) reported

    @freedomsupport Do you have ANY options anymore for clients who can pay… just not in time? You used to work with clients who could guarantee a payment in full by date, and help us avoid service suspensions and the related additional costs that come with that… when did you stop?

  • CraigDax25 Craig Dax 🇨🇦 (@CraigDax25) reported

    @freedomsupport Hahaha that’s all you can say? 😒 I don’t have Wi-Fi at work. How about offering better service so I don’t have to keep my LTE antenna off all the time or so I don’t lose signal when I’m at the mouth of the Etobicoke creek, which is in Toronto in case you didn’t know.

  • JohnathanOnland Johnathan Onland (@JohnathanOnland) reported

    @FreedomMobile No 5G and LTE doesn't work in my hotel. I can't get a dedicated internet connection here because they ripped it out and you stopped selling hotspot modems anyway. Only choice is to crack wifi because you can't get prepaid unlimited data with cash anymore. Way to lock out the poor

  • Melie_C22 Melissa C (@Melie_C22) reported

    Switched from @FreedomMobile to @koodo because freedom doesn't have service in small towns and was cheaper at koodo for more data, just to realize I barely have service in Peterborough which seems to be a pretty big city 🤨 one bar and finicky data is pretty ******.

  • CraigDax25 Craig Dax 🇨🇦 (@CraigDax25) reported

    @freedomsupport Nope, I am done with you guys. I went to freedom cause I thought it would be cheaper but it’s not. Instead I am paying the same amount as I was with Bell and Rogers and I’m getting worse service.
