@FreedomMobile thanks for the basically Black Friday deal on my new 20 gig data plan, been a customer for 20 months now

  • MattToronto 爪att (@MattToronto) reported

@freedomsupport 2FA is great, but the site should remember me and I shouldn't have to 1) perform 2FA when the site recognizes me, and 2) require me to enter my phone number or email address every. single. time. That's absurd and bad practice. Especially with the app, but even in a browser!

  • Shahin_Za Shahin Za (@Shahin_Za) reported

@FreedomMobile Week coverage, you don’t get service when you need it.

  • anishaleslie Anisha (@anishaleslie) reported

@FreedomMobile Horrible customer service. Employees make (mis)representations to make u contract with them then u get a bill for twice what they promised! They promise you discounts that u will never receive! Over charge u then say sorry again. They don’t even have email!!

@FreedomMobile Folks now freedom has been amazing service for a fraction of the cost. Curt needs to block rogers from buying. Monopilization isn’t the answer

  • NavsKaur Navneet Kaur (@NavsKaur) reported

@FreedomMobile Sad to know that you would like to let a loyal customer go rather than match a phone plan your competitors are providing! #disappointing

  • McLeodPerry Perry McLeod (@McLeodPerry) reported

@FreedomMobile You cell service sucks. Data plans might be priced right but your service is bad especially in rural areas

  • YYCtj1 Mr. Canuck🇨🇦 🇺🇦 (@YYCtj1) reported

@freedomsupport I called and complained all the time (before I left). I would get put on hold. Then the call would drop. So now you see the problem!

  • Sidular Sidular! (@Sidular) reported

@ThorneDoesStuff @FreedomMobile That’s pretty expensive… just switched away from Freedom and pay $85 for 50GB at 5G speeds on Telus. Bigger network, but less expensive, but still expensive, cause ya know, “Canada”.

  • MattToronto 爪att (@MattToronto) reported

@freedomsupport IT sec doesn't have to come at the expense of customer experience. Thanks for taking my feedback.
