  @FreedomMobile your website seems to be down? Wouldn't load anything after the home page. The app is no different. Always had a back experience with the app in the past too.

  @freedomsupport Totally scam! The sales told my current number could be ported over, so I paid and am using your service. But now the porting team told me the porting can't be done. Only solution is to have a new number. Kidding? I need my money back.

  @FreedomMobile You have lost a customer before they even started. Your team was unable to provide me the device I wanted at an equivalent to the price advertised for postpaid users simply because I do not have the privilege of qualifying for a credit card.

  @freedomsupport no surprise that ive been on hold with @FreedomMobile for 4 hours as some sort of ploy to prevent me from cancelling my number with them... filing a complaint with the commissions of complaints for telecom services
