@Climate_Pete @FreedomMobile We went back to Bell after 2 years with FM. Any savings you get is not worth the slower speeds and weaker coverage. And the support outside of billing was minimal.

@freedomsupport So everyone that deals with freedom they're not trying to get it back service because I had a customer service rep they won't even reimburse or compensate people that pay for data and I just lost a whole day's work and they said well that's not our problem that's yours

I suspect the data outage is related to a ddos attack, and those are one heck of a cruel way to disrupt service. Whoever is behind it, likely got bribed. Compromised botnet is likely behind it. @freedomsupport

I keep getting messages about my nationwide data pass being drawn down, so I check to see what's up and I'm still on @FreedomMobile network. The whole point of getting that data is for when I'm up in the mountains, so why is it being used in the city?

@freedomsupport thanks for getting back to me, sorry I didn't see it til now. Service has returned and all seems fine now. I was having issues where it couldn't find any service and put me on 'data roaming', even after restarting my phone but it seems to have the signal back. Using galaxy S10+
