    Seriously, @freedommobile is throttling my data. Acts up every time the exact same. It's slow, l can't get things done. Very annoying especially when I have not used up my data. Suddenly new month begins, works perfectly.

    @freedomsupport It’s 7:16 AM and the service is still unavailable. This is deliberate. U guys cut off service to my phone as well and shouldn’t have done so until tomorrow respectfully as that’s the last day to pay. I’m going to report this issue to the CRTC as well. U caused the inconvenience

    I was a @koodo customer for a grand total of three days, before I realized that the company is a bad joke. I'm sticking with @FreedomMobile.

    @FreedomMobile I came to Jamaica on January 15 because my granddad passed away. I activated the Freedom Big Gig Roam Extra South (unlimited call/text and 1 gig data) for $64. after 3 days my service was suspended and im told I have a balance of $900+ bcuz I went over the 1 gig! Which I did not

    @freedomsupport I spoke 5 technical representative and 2 hung up the phone, 1 help me but it doesn’t work out,2 said they going to call me back after they said I need to turn on the airplane mode. I dont have access in cellular data and my job depend on it

    @FreedomMobile how is it that a team lead, who never missed a shift, was never late, gave sufficient notice before leaving your company would be denied an opportunity to join back as a part time sales associate? Just curious as to how your human resources does their thing.
