    Just got charged a hefty amount by @FreedomMobile for using my phone within Ontario when I already have a province wide calling included in my plan. Spoke to them on the phone who couldn’t even tell a difference between data and calling. Horrible service in every way! #scammers

    @freedomsupport I kept getting 503 errors saying it was unavailable but literally right after I sent this it worked on a refresh lol, but thanks.

    @FreedomMobile Please get rid of your "The Party you are calling is not accepting calls at this time" messages; and give proper intercepts. If the number I call is not in service, you say above; but my Telus phone says "cannot be completed as dialed." big difference in details.

    @FreedomMobile My cell phone service is abominable with Freedom. Sometimes doesn't end up on the 'Home' network and no data ever works on 'Away' despite this being in my plan. Who has any suggestions on who I should switch to?

    @freedomsupport Seriously whats wrong with you guys? Mismanagement at its peak. Freedom store doesnt help, customer care disconnects the call and now agent at twitter is also acting inhumane.

    @FreedomMobile is disgusting. How are you telling me you didn't get my money and I only paid $35 when my bank statement says otherwise. And instead of fixing it you sent me back to the store when I asked you to forward copy of the receipts?? Manager nor customer service does ****
