One thing we can't lose in the @Rogers @ShawInfo buyout is the excellent customer service at @freedomsupport. So much better than the rest.

@FreedomMobile your customer service is bad. I have asked to speak to a manger and they told me they where going to call me back. The supervisor can’t do anything about the agents inability of do their job.

@freedomsupport Why did you wait almost 5 hours to report an update? You could have probably avoided thousands of calls to your technical department.....I was in Scarborough and all the way to Hamilton and the service is down since 9am.

@FreedomMobile you guys have no customer service. You have been charging my husband 198$ a month for a plan that was supposed to be $65. Because the person that activated the line forgot to add the long distance. We have called twice and they are still charging for long distance.
