    @freedomsupport I'm literally trying to buy a phone. No change to my account. No change to my contract. I asked if anybody at the company would sell me a phone and I was literally told by customer service that I had to buy it in person or buy it elsewhere. Absurd.

    @FreedomMobile 75% of the time I pay online with a credit card, I get a payment error on YOUR site but my card still gets CHARGED, and my service still DOESN'T get reconnected. Why...?

    @freedomsupport you can call our customer care at 611 for help if you do want phone service. We do not offer outbound calls here however. -S.C YOUR SERVICE IS DOWN !!!!!!!!!!!! I CAN"T CALL YOU> THAT IS THE POINT!!!!

    @freedomsupport it has nothing to do with the security procedure. Before telling me they were closing, they asked me what I wanted to do. therefore, they chose the type of service to be provided.

    @freedomsupport if i could pay online, do you really think i would drive 5km? your answer is as disrespectful as the shopkeeper was with me. This justifies my desire to cancel this plan. 4 years paying to be treated this way. Ridiculous

    @freedomsupport Mistakenly ordered a new line from Freedom instead of upgrade, called to cancel immediately on Jan.26. Freedom didn't cancel, charged my account $1350, didn't ship any device yet suspended my account for being overlimit. Are you serious?

    @freedomsupport @SCommandante I placed 47 calls to this number within the past 24 Hours, not one when through and can prove it. Your service sucks.
