@FreedomMobile You just don’t care about your customers or the current situation in the world. Rather than making things easier for your loyal customers, you just made it much worse. I had not at all expected to be thrown away like a garbage after giving you business for 2 years

@FreedomMobile you broke my heart. I would have been loyal to you despite network reach being not the best everywhere I go. But the sale to Rogers is an utter betrayal.

@FreedomMobile I just moved to a complete dead zone. Do you have range boosters or something I can plug into my home network to get LTE?

@Crackmacs @koodo @FreedomMobile We were paying Bell $163 for 2 phones and 3 tablets. We switched to Shaw which we already had for internet and now we pay $6.66 for 2 phones! Poor phone reception in the house but we switched to wifi calling and that fixed it.

I don’t understand how your system is working and you don’t seem to have a listening @FreedomMobile customer service agents. I don’t sent PICTURE MESSAGING or MMS with my line. I am sick, tired and fed up with your unskilled agents.

@Crackmacs @koodo @FreedomMobile I just moved 3 of my family’s accounts to Shaw - was on Bell - $25 / month for 25 GB (because I pay them a boatload of money for Gig internet and cable) - no issues. Some coverage ‘blips’ in certain small areas - but 98% of the time I don’t notice the difference.

@Crackmacs @koodo @FreedomMobile I loath Freedom because they made it unconscionably difficult to close my Mom's account after she died. You can do anything online with Freedom INCLUDING CHANGING CREDIT CARD INFO - except cancel their service. That required sitting on hold for an hour and then being refused.

@Crackmacs @koodo @FreedomMobile Swapped to shaw for the new year.. in the city it's great.. if I leave calgary I have minimal to zero service, but for $0/month it's still better than bell.

@freedomsupport I just received a second one today. Why would customer service tell me it is spam and ignore it? An email telling me someone has changed my billing address? Very sketchy
