    @freedomsupport Yesterday the service agent told me you don’t have options to help clients anymore until after service has been suspended. I’m guessing it just a money grab for the company from people who during the pandemic have fallen on hard times? This feels really wrong and shady to me.

    I had the worst exp with @FreedomMobile today! The service reps at 200 Dufferin street store are the worst, not friendly and they have this DONT CARE attitude towards customers. I req any1 planning to go for @FreedomMobile as their network provider think twice!

    @FreedomMobile Am I able to cancel the service with you and get a refund? I am trying to use my data when I’m travelling but your service keeps saying “Nation Wide” and the data speed isn’t good.     @freedomsupport I guess I'm not seeing the 0% down on your site. On a basic iPhone 13 Pro, you require a $840.00 pre-payment for the device—even though my account is well over 5 years old with regular payments made.
