Paul (@Paulofthehammer) reported@therobmilne @FreedomMobile They stole 50 bucks from me last year. Said it would go back on my card if I was charged twice. I never got it back. I tried arguing with the useless customer service but gave up.
-
Darshan Nathwani (@dnathwani) reported@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile You guys shipped my mobile through fedex almost a week ago and it is still sitting at @FedExCanada Mississauga location. No service from FedEx customer service rep.

Laine Robson (@robsonlaine) reported@Crackmacs @FreedomMobile @koodo If you generally stick to the city center, Freedom should be just fine. I live in Auburn Bay, and often have service drops on my Freedom phone (which doesn't have "roaming" plan coverage). My work phone is on another carrier, and never has issues in the same spots.
