    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!

    Ugh! Tried to set up an account with @FreedomMobile, but their system is horribly broken! I've wasted too much time on this. Does anyone know where I can get a cheap plan for my upcoming backup phone? The original data requirement was 40 GB for the year at $15/month after taxes.

    @FreedomMobile I don't get any network in my office building in downtown Toronto and when I call you technical support team, the people either shout or cut the call. If this is the service one receives I am done with your service. Scammer company

    @FreedomMobile I contacted you guys 4 hours ago about a very simple issue, my internet was working great but I couldn't reach one site, now my internet isn't working at all! I've been on WhatsApp for 4 hours with 2 of your techs and nothing! I'm disabled & work from home
