    @freedomsupport Your service sucks.... You dont even sending welcome email to new customers..... and when i tried to login first time it is asking for PIN send to my registered emailll..... How come i know which email i registered to you ?

    @freedomsupport Yes, but as an existing customer looking to BYOP and upgrade the plan on an existing line - I'm better off switching the line away from Freedom and coming back as a "New Customer/Line" to save that money. No reward for a loyal customer to keep an existing line...this is my point.

    Beware of @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport they will take you $$$ and give you no support or customer service at all…

    @freedomsupport And why wouldn't I qualify for the BYOP discount? I never buy a phone through the carrier. Why reward new customers and not give that same reward to existing customers?

    @freedomsupport Looking to upgrade or add a new service? Order from the comfort of your own home by messaging an agent today. -- when I tried messaging an Agent, clicking it does nothing.

    @AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile Was a former Freedom customer and although the plans were cost effective, the reliability of service was mediocre at best (dropped calls all the time) and the customer service over the phone was painful. I tried supporting the ‘small guy’ but didn’t feel supported back.
