@FreedomMobile horrible customer service! Y'all offering new customers a special plan and don't want to allow your current customers to opt in, really shows us how much y'all appreciate our business. And customers with pay as you go can cancel service and rejoin to get the deal

@freedomsupport been a customer for over 4 years and trying to port my number out from Freedom to another cell company because I don't get service in my new condo so I need to leave my residence to make a call. It been 10 days now and Freedom is still not working on it?

@freedomsupport Called Freedom mobile when it happened, advised to go to kiosk to reactivate service. In kiosk payment can't be completed and I better of with postpaid plan. So basically needed to cancel phone number, and pay with SAME credit card for postpaid plan, which I also asked to prepay

@freedomsupport Freedom mobile are cheats! I got new number on Sept 02, which never started, I visited their rep NUMEROUS times, called their stupid cust care 100s of times, no resolution, they have been deducting my account for last 3 months. Even after canceling the account.
