@FreedomMobile Your lack of customer service is terrible
.@scotiabank: "3rd winners are the wholesale network providers... most likely @Quebecor & @FreedomMobile because they are most complementary" "Finally, 4th winners are regulators. We believe @CRTCeng @CompBureau would rather see market set commercial agreements over regulation."
@FreedomMobile I've been having difficulty getting the answer to my questions because each customer service representative I meet keep saying different thing from the other.
@freedomsupport No. He says tough shit. I have to buy another
@FreedomMobile Your cell service sucks! Phone never rings then I get a notification that people called me, usually anywhere from 1 hour to 3 hours later!!!!!!!
@cyclocrossguy @SMRT_Singapore I get service at most TTC stations with @FreedomMobile 😊
@FreedomMobile A bit confused. Just had a chat with one of your live agents online. I want the Pixel 4. I'm an existing customer. He said $25/mth extra on my plan plus $300 upfront. That's $1300. The phone only costs $999.
@freedomsupport Throttling I understand. It used to be slow but usable with patience. Now even basic websites don't load. That's not throttled, that's useless.
@freedomsupport You know darn well you can't help me. Don't patronize me.
