    @FreedomMobile @FreedomMobile I have officially filed a CCTS complaint regarding the refusal of service for fraud victims and the loop between 611/Retail. I am waiting for an Executive Case Manager to call me to honor the deal confirmed in record C103123786. @FreedomMobile

    @FreedomMobile no cell signal, sos mode or one bar in Vancouver May 11th and 12th, was ok on 13th now back to one bar of signal again, is there maintenance happening again today?

    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

    You guys have the worst service @FreedomMobile, I tried to switch from Rogers to your carrier, no. was not even ported to Freedom, I went to the store, they also cancelled the service after 6 days and you guys already deducted my $88.48 from my auto payment. Are you refunding?

    @CRTCeng Finally. It has been long due. Telcos have been charging it to exploit customers further, although the plans pricing is still high compared to rest of the world but thanks for @FreedomMobile, at least now overall service providers charge less than what they used to few years ago
