    @FreedomMobile Bruh I pay $75 CAD for 10gb of data/mnth and your phone service agent told me I'm SOL. Freedom Mobile is a pain in my wallet.

    @freedomsupport Just strive for better service. Dunno what else to suggest. I switched providers because of the poor connectivity.. *shrugs*

    @FreedomMobile I was on Freedom once, about the only thing you guys freed me from was service and reliable data. Just sayin'.

    @freedomsupport My network never works properly. I always have issues sending and receiving text messages. I’m getting really sick and tired of it.

    @freedomsupport Thanks but I've tried this already....you all are great...Exec is disappointing.. When will 611 be up and running to support customers? Also, I was provided a loyalty promotion for an upgrade but it costs more than someone who hasnt been a customer before?! 🤔 Thnx

    @radgod31 @FreedomMobile Your plan has a high-speed allotment, then slower speeds thereafter. Prices never increase either. Just thought I'd bring that up. Also a customer. 11+ years.

    Seriously @FreedomMobile I can't just buy a fekking phone? Your website sucks, your customer service is horrible, and your "Nationwide Coverage" is great as long as you don't want to go to certain cities! Are you sure your not @Rogers or @Bell
