@FreedomMobile Not only if I’ve been hacked a few times while paying for your services I got 2 phones both 14 Pro Max two years ago. I pay for them monthly now you want $550 plus tax for each one! NO ONE told me this 2 yrs ago. VERY disappointed in your policy and service

@deanholden0 @FreedomMobile True. I moved to Sarnia and the coverage is ****, no Data, Calls sound trash. I even opened a ticket yet I have heard nothing. The tech support seems like they dont even understand what basic tech support is. @FreedomMobile

  • SueSmarz Susan Smarz (@SueSmarz) reported

@FreedomMobile No I haven’t and I have been a loyal customer. I have recommended people to you. No one ever told me about buying out the phones after two years and this is not the first time I’ve traded up. I plan on bringing the phones back. Not OK

@YPM1982 @eeone @FreedomMobile Yvonne, that exactly my scenario what you mentioned. The store took the original hardware but didn’t do a reversal of the value of the phone back to consumer account. They made it look like I broke the service agreement also value of full new phone plus activation of $70

  • MargaretOW Margaret Westaway, MEd (@MargaretOW) reported

@FreedomMobile internet not working in Vaughan area… such a garbage service

  • Weatherman2709 Brent (Weatherman) (@Weatherman2709) reported

@YPM1982 @eeone @FreedomMobile I was told to go into the store and get them to do a reversal and the store told me to go and phone customer service and get them to look into fixing it. Tun around with several days battling with a mess that should never had happened.

  • shred_master JimmyCarter (@shred_master) reported

@FreedomMobile what ******** is wrong with your tech support? They are asking me to check for maintenance trucks on streets, instead of troubleshooting the problem.

  • eeone Shirley Nseiri (@eeone) reported

@YPM1982 @FreedomMobile My hearing aid would only be compatible with an Iphone. I have never had one and do not think it would be adequate for me anyways as I have a hard time and need to use lip reading as well with it to be able to carry a conversation and even then can be very difficult. 1/2
