    @FreedomMobile got scammed for the annual plan. Been paying my dad’s phone every year and they charged me for a plan that they never provided. Instead they gave me the lower plan but charged me for the higher tier plan. Now I’m stuck with useless agent refusing to pay that back

    @FreedomMobile I do not recommend this network to anyone in Canada. After bombarding me to converting marketing emails, I visited their stall at Fairview Mall in Don Mills Toronto- guess the worst experience I had from the sales man in the store he wanted to beat up bse I over questioned him.

    @Kotaku WTF is up with the unclosable @FreedomMobile ad on your website? The little X to close ad doesn't do jack **** so rather than wasting my time (I'm already a FM client), I had no other choice but to leave the site & not read the content I opened on the first place. #BadWebDesign

    @FreedomMobile your cell coverage is so awful since switching to your service my phone is basically useless unless I am on wifi. It’s horrible. SOS mode constantly and we’re 10 min from a city.

    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!
