@freedomsupport Just think people need to be informed of how bad the service is and to double check what agents tell them as they will knowingly lie to you

  • MochaRemedy MochaRemedy (@MochaRemedy) reported

@FreedomMobile freedom mobile employees won't help me and give me some form of resolution. Money is owed to me yet I can't receive it.

@FreedomMobile carl, who answered my call spent 10 minutes on the call with me after reading the notes which clearly stated I need to speak to loyalty department, telling me they cannot help me but him lol You guys need to train your staff to listen to the customers

  • exit716 Rich Thorpe (@exit716) reported

@Crackmacs @Gayosaurus @FreedomMobile They are terrible. Their customer service is abysmal. To send a text my wife would have to reboot her phone multiple times. Networks coverage here in Ottawa is terrible. They only have TD and RBC as options for online payments.

  • stevenbottoni Steven Bottoni (@stevenbottoni) reported

@freedomsupport You are not answering any of my questions. Very poor customer service by @FreedomMobile

  • Vanislandlady87 Ann Gibbons (@Vanislandlady87) reported

@freedomsupport Well you sold me a phone that was still locked, so when I did a backup it said my SIM wasn’t valid. I spent 2 days without a phone. Your staff in-store, phone and online where very rude to me throughout the process, it was a nightmare! 😠

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

@FreedomMobile I gotta say, your upgrades policy in regard to grandfathered plans is really lacklustre. It means nothing more than a penalty against customers who by definition have been around for quite some time. Is their business not worth retaining? There's a fix...
