    @freedomsupport I have been a customer since 2018, I called on Saturday because I have never been able to send SMS since acquiring the number only to be informed that I have a temporary number. I was given a new number that can only dial out after multiple trials but can not receive calls.

    @freedomsupport I spoke to someone already and was informed it was an advantage to some customers and offered $10 discount to risk a fine by violating emergency orders and come in person. I will be switching companies.

  • ArowoloOyeyemi Oyeyemi Arowolo (@ArowoloOyeyemi) reported

    @freedomsupport Have reached out to the technical team, even I was informed that a manager will call. As at present, since Saturday, have been calling every day with the exception of today no one has shown any concern. Have visited two of your stores (Vaughan and North York) but no solution.

  • allanthegolfer Allan Hrynkiw (@allanthegolfer) reported from Oshawa, Ontario

    @freedomsupport Text messaging in Oshawa tonight is hot garbage. No texts coming in. My business depends on incoming messages.

  • ride_rd Cathy Richards (@ride_rd) reported

    I switched to @FreedomMobile in December (from Bell Mobility) and the rate of spam calls is higher and @freedomsupport says it’s not their responsibility. Well, they’re right. It’s my fault for giving Shaw a chance to be my service provider. @simplycomputing can I break contract?

  • UrfadasFada OkNiggaAnd? (@UrfadasFada) reported

    @FreedomMobile fix your ******* app .

  • mackrauss Armin 🍁 (@mackrauss) reported

    @freedomsupport Why could stores not do that? I rather speak to somebody in person than deal with your customer service, which isn't a good experience.
