  @freedomsupport I just called two of your customers and apparently “all circuits are down” 😭 never heard that one, and it didn’t happen when I called users of any other network. Pretending like your service is working while it’s not is crazy. Catastrophic network for sure.

  @FreedomMobile everyone who purchases insurance protection CANCEL IT NOW. They use a 3rd party to fix it and the 3rd party charges you an insane amount... I canceled my contract with freedom.. shady business

  @FreedomMobile I paid my internet yesterday, and ur company is still trying to process payments. I DONT EVEN HAVE AUTO PAY ACTIVATED! THERE SHOULD BE NO ******* REASON FOR YOU TO TRY AND STEAL MY ******* MONEY! AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!

  @FreedomMobile Yes. Been a customer since 2013 and because I missed an appointment for a upgrade and new contract, no one is able to help me. It's sad.
