  • me_skhanal sagar (@me_skhanal) reported

@FreedomMobile Live agent says he needs my login PIN to access my account inorder to suspend a phone line eventhough, I’m already logged in before chat. How can I trust a random person from Freedom to know my PIN?

  • TiffanyKShim Tiffany Shim (@TiffanyKShim) reported

@freedomsupport I shouldn't still be going into roaming service within Burnaby/ SFU areas, especially since you've been under Shaw for a few years now. Service signal completely gets cut off when in high level apartments. I've been a customer since the beginning, and it's the same then and now.

  • MarieBoyce7 Marie Boyce (@MarieBoyce7) reported

@freedomsupport Actually, going to the States for 5 days and getting a $230 charge is NOT AFFORDABLE. Other carriers charge $11/ day, that works out to $55 for 5 days vs $230. Don’t give me this Affordable BS. Then we get the rudest 2 agents. That is NOT striving for great customer service…

  • MarieBoyce7 Marie Boyce (@MarieBoyce7) reported

@freedomsupport I will also not DM you as customers Need to know that not only is Freedom non competitive and non- affordable but they lack in customer care.

  • me_skhanal sagar (@me_skhanal) reported

@freedomsupport I totally understand that Freedom wants to make sure the account to be authorized but how can a customer trust an agent who will have the PIN visible? Can’t it be encrypted? Trust should be on both sides.

  • BawlerShotcall1 Bawler Shotcaller (@BawlerShotcall1) reported

@freedomsupport Hi @freedomsupport, your tower is down because of the storm here so I'm forced to use nationwide service. Is there anyway I can get more nationwide data for free given that I'm unable to use the appropriate service for my data? I'm almost out of data.

  • haulyuhass__ L. (@haulyuhass__) reported

@FreedomMobile how come I didn’t get an emergency alert for this thunderstorm warning?
