    @freedomsupport It is particular disconcerting when no monies are owed and I have not been a customer for over one and a half years. Shame on you! Your business practices leave a lot to be desired.

  • Sidular Sidular! (@Sidular) reported

    @ThorneDoesStuff @FreedomMobile That’s pretty expensive… just switched away from Freedom and pay $85 for 50GB at 5G speeds on Telus. Bigger network, but less expensive, but still expensive, cause ya know, “Canada”.

  • __Triish__ Sunaii (@__Triish__) reported

    @FreedomMobile has been over charging my monthly bill and the agents are of 0 help to rectify the issues. The plan fee doesn't match what the bill is (ridiculously high with horrible service).

  • kwamed11 Swaggy P (@kwamed11) reported

    @FreedomMobile Hey freedom mobile I need you to have a manager to contact me please. Or somebody in customer service that deals with customer relations

  • hallacoast halla 🤎 (@hallacoast) reported

    @freedomsupport What’s the point of having a messaging service if I’m going to wait 15 min for a response? I have a simple question which I’ve been trying to answer for last 45 min

  • BrownGuyMadeIT BrownGuy 🎥 (@BrownGuyMadeIT) reported

    @freedomsupport I haven’t had service with you in 4 years, the consistent down time cost me more money than it was worth business wise..

  • ZADOROV16 C (@ZADOROV16) reported

    @FreedomMobile Your coverage ******* sucks

  • ToanQuyTran Chức Năng (@ToanQuyTran) reported

    @freedomsupport Hello, I've just had a very frustrating experience with a CX Care agent in one of your call centres, perhaps located in The Philippine, going around in circles about my specific billing inquiry. Can I get some Canadian on-site help please?

  • MattToronto 爪att (@MattToronto) reported

    @freedomsupport 2FA is great, but the site should remember me and I shouldn't have to 1) perform 2FA when the site recognizes me, and 2) require me to enter my phone number or email address every. single. time. That's absurd and bad practice. Especially with the app, but even in a browser!

  • TransitYEG Transit Edmonton (@TransitYEG) reported

    @FreedomMobile Haha funny joke. Show us the real deals! Oh wait that’s Freedom always making jokes about Freedom mobility deals. $45 on 4G networks with crap service and no phone included what a joke. At this day an age mobility is a right!
