@freedomsupport I am just wondering why I can't respond in a group chat with Google messages? It's a chat with Android and IOS users, thus is SMS. I am not able send a reply, it's says "service not activated on network".

Well, after all the dealings with @FreedomMobile and them insisting they can not put a phone plan on hold, even with the (validated) account holder on the line and a police file number - I was able to do it myself, online. Ridiculously poor customer service! #Canada

@FreedomMobile the above feature would making being a customer of yours approximately 75% less annoying and would motivate me to stay with your company.

I swear despite not being over my data limit. It feels like Freedommobile had throttled my data. Third day it has been slow. Nearly messed up on something important because of it.

@FreedomMobile So new customers on black Friday can get 40GB data deal for $80 Canadian but me a customer for over 5 years can't get mine changed from 25Gb for $100 to anything close to the above offer. Please make this make sense. Gain new customers while losing loyal ones?
