@FreedomMobile Why is it that I can pre order an iPhone 13 as a new customer on a $60 plan and $35 tab, but when I log in as an existing customer I’m forced to a minimum $80 plan with $35 tab?? This seems pretty hostile towards existing customers.

@FreedomMobile @freedomsupport @Apple Yesterday I paid $914.17 CAD to Freedom Mobile to preorder the Iphone 13 Pro Max (256 GB), then told me the preorder is not going through and that they cannot process it or refund me so the only "solution" is attempting a CC charge back.

@freedomsupport Two things: Firstly, "what the cost it" -> "what the cost is" may wanna fix the typo; secondly: it mentions texting help to a shortcode to get info... is that free, at least? How does one go about figuring out the charge *prior* to incurring it?

@FreedomMobile put me on a $90 promo plan that went up to $135/mth after promo ended. In order to reduce my plan they told me I need to pay $240 on my tab. Customer service is horrible, coverage sucks, and let’s not get started on the solution provided.
