It’s like once @FreedomMobile gets comfortable taking your money… they make it their MISSION to make your service absolutely beneath them worst possible… fix up.

@freedomsupport Woke up this morning to no phone service even though my account/payments are up to date. Sent you guys a DM.

@FreedomMobile That's it. I've had enough. I've been a Freedom Mobile customer for 10 years now, and this is the last straw. I can't have my phone plan being run by a company that thinks that astrology is real. I'll be taking my business to a real company like @Rogers

Ever try to cancel a deceased person's mobile? I can tell you @FreedomMobile doesn't make it easy. 3 calls and still I will need to email them. They might get back to me in 5 biz days, ONLY if I've provided all the proper documentation. Should have just lied and said I was him.

  • pmifsud Paul M (@pmifsud) reported

@freedomsupport Like I said in my pm to you. If you call me I will take you through the scenario Freedom botched. But in typical fashion your customer service does not call out. We’re done.

  • VeryGabby_ mo.elleux (@VeryGabby_) reported

And didn't have the audacity to call me back when you said a Manager will call me back about the issue. I left yall to go back to my original providers #freedommobile cause they have NEVER given me such a headache in the 10 years I've been with them.

  • Darren_G1 Darren G (@Darren_G1) reported

@freedomsupport what add on or one-time passes do you have that will help with my roaming in the UK for 2 weeks? I am a current freedom member so looking for as on options. What is the roaming rate $$ if I don't do any add ons? Thanks.
