@freedomsupport I’m happy with everything else about Freedom, but the service that day was really bad. Just kept blaming us. Didn’t care we were 20-30 kilometres away from the US in Canada.

.@freedomsupport $45 charge to upgrade a phone. Just a B.S. cash grab. No service improvements. No wonder cell phone companies are universally hated. Freedom promise to be but they're all the same in the end. Time to bring in competition from the USA.

@FreedomMobile charging me international roaming while I was on Vancouver Island is not right. Customer service is refusing to reverse the charge even though the coverage map shows that it's covered under Nationwide. @CCTS_CPRST @CTVNewsVI

@FreedomMobile, I'm supposed to be on call for work tonight but yet, there seems to be a network issue and I can't call out or answer calls — any idea what's going on or if it'll be back sooner than later?
