    @FreedomMobile Does customer service use another measure for time? 5 min hold is nearing 30. The issue again is over billing as out of network, when all calls are within the network. #regularoccurance #

    @koodo I don’t understand if this is the level of customer service you offer @FreedomMobile is way better being T4. It will be a night mare to think of @TELUS customer service based on koodo’s. Stunned ! #koodowaste👎🏻

    @FreedomMobile We were customers for ~10 years, and they won't forgive a $68.07 mistake that they made silently. Terrible customer support.
