@FreedomMobile great customer support today. Thank. Added a data package to the wrong line at 3 am because I was sleepy. And they fixed it up quickly and easily.

Sleazy @FreedomMobile business practices: -It now costs $20 to do in store what you can do for free without face to face human interaction thru the app -unlike my ISP @TekSavvyNetwork they improved their plans and just left me, a loyal customer, paying more for less

Hi, @FreedomMobile. A friend's son died of cancer. You might imagine that negotiating your high fees to cancel their son's plan and return the phone is the last thing they need on top of their grief. Anything you can do to show some basic humanity and compassion?

@freedomsupport Lol you have no way to check stock, you have referred me to call every store and check myself defeating the purpose of ordering online telling people now that freedom never has stock go elsewhere if you want a specific phone
